Crispy morning beard
Fallen colors swirl about
Blue ceiling exposed
Twigs snap underfoot
Nature resonates to all
Time continues on
orange pekoe tea,
crispy soft pieces of toast,
bowl of strawberries...
and your gentle, loving smile...
the thoughtfulness in your eyes
Mom's fried chicken, crispy fine
tender and juicy
steaming first delicious bite
dripping down my chin
hot drumstick beckons
licking lips
crunch!
Prawn cutlet with mustard sauce
along with meat balls
and crispy French fries,
followed by ice cream.
Water flows in tongue !
Fantastic
Food.
I sit in full sight of Vitamin D
not under an umbrella, bush or shade tree
soaking up nurturing rays of the sun
I will be crispy and pink when I am done
Crispy leaves sipping Autumn's pour
car roofs collect and bathe in snow
milk and cereal for breakfast.

crispy, tangy
lying, waiting, sending
fragrance outward, taste bud tested

Ah! Mouth watering dishes,
Lots of Good Wishes,
With some Pickled Pepper, Mint -
Greenish-yellow tint,
Crispy, Creamy, Pie,
World’s Frankest,
BURRRRRP!
Rose petals dried and coated
In cinnamon and
Sugar with a vanilla
Drop and baked crispy
At three fifty and
Served just warm;
Thrill!
Luscious fibrous crunch,
juicy crispy nectar sweet.
A gift picked from trees.
In The cool night air
I feel the summer breeze
almost autumn time
time for crispy leaves
sunny days and blue Sky's
but with spring is were my true
heart lies.
Cold milk and a couple
Chewy Macaroons or
Chocolate Chip. Maybe
Cherry Thumbprints and then
Crispy Florentines, or
Caramel Biscotti?
Crikey! I'll take them all!
pecan trees drop nuts
leaves turn crispy brown, twirl down
squirrels scamper, horde
honey bees swarm, he grabs me
laid down on top in a ditch
six layers of phyllo
sheets slathered in butter
sauteed spinach 'tween each
several kinds of cheese
savory parmesan
sharp crumbles of feta
served while crispy and hot
Walk a mountain
In the moonlight
See the stars
In endless flight
Feel the crispy air
Breath in just right
Hold your head up
Your way your fight.

Mix black lentil batter
Must add salt and spices
Make holed rings, put in oil
Meduvadas frizzle
Mouthwatering, fluffy
Melts in mouth, soft, crispy
My most favorite snack
so thin and hot and greasy
dipped in red ketchup
crispy, yummy, potatoes
fried and golden white
licking salted lips
suck fingers

The egg said
To the pancake
I’m healthier than
You are, my colors are
Bright and beautiful
Sometimes I even have
Double yokes inside and
My best friend is crispy bacon
Rise above the somber earth
Light shines upon her girth
White glitter on the ground
No birds, no bugs, no sound
Crispy breath, sky so blue
Winter has begun, the only truth I know
