Sorry, I had placed this one first and there was some weird thing that happened when I tried to finish the contest. So I got your right placement to first now. Big congrats. I never had this food but it sounds great.

you are welcome. I don't understand when people tell me they can't fix mistakes like that. it' very easy to go back and (un)finalize a contest to fix placements!

Yes, it's been requested by my family for any get together. The more melted butter used between layers of the phyllo, the crispier the finished product. thanks, Duke.

Dear lin, its fun reading these food poems and this pleiades is so beautifully woven! Love how delicious it sounds, it reminds me of french vegetable pancakes , what cuisine is this?
