I knew you would be familiar with 'medu vada' dear Chris. Ha, I learnt to make it only a few years back. The contest is yet to be judged. Have a blessed day. ~ Ani

Ohhhh wowwwww what a coincidence! I just had meduvada with sambhar and coconut chutney yesterday and here you are describing its flavours and textures so effortlessly in this pleiades! And what a lovely treat to read your words today, sweet poetess, I hope you've been doing well ~ your wordplay in this one is delicious I must say, haha. Idli and meduvada are my favourite South Indian snacks to have... and the nariyal chutney makes it divine, haha ~ best wishes for the contest. Sending love & light always :)

This sounds delicious. I love all types of vadas. But we have to eat them with special chutneys. This looks a great entry. All the Best, Ani.

Dear sweet Valsa, I too love all types of vadas, but meduvada tops it all. I make it at home. Yes, I have it with chutney or sambar. I wanted to write about chutney, but pleiades form has its own limitations, hence couldn't. Thank you my friend.

Dear sweet Ink, glad you googled to see what meduvada is. It is a popular South Indian snack my friend. Do give it a try if you get it in your place. It should be had with tasty chutney (a side dish made of grinded coconut) and sambar . It is indeed yummy. I love to make it at home and devour it hot when it is rainy season here or winter. Hugs. ~ Ani
