Footprints.
Follow me, As I walk upon the sand. Thinking deeply, Of footfrints left behind. Imprints, Copies, Of places I have seen. One moment vivid, With wave… they become unseen.

Mockingbird Around
Mockingbird Around

You can tell when a mockingbird is around;
While it always copies another bird's sound;
Message does bring.
When it will sing;
Such a variety causing your heart to pound.

A Paranoid Poem
I’m a poet.
An original or a mimic. The canvas can decide.
In papers that see faces other than mine,
they’re vague copies of artful work.
In all else, they’re threads holding my sanity,
Saving me a crisis, every once in a while....

Bold color vision
lost in a grey world;
Baked carbon copies;
Always following
leaves an empty shape;

School of hard knocks;
Misunderstood
high aptitude
slowly grows dim;

Fresh faces
aren’t jaded
forever;

Spirit
takes the

Travel
I wish I could explore the whole universe
Like the journalist in town
And I dream taking copies of tall buildings
I am memorizing the continents
I used to admire the position on the screen
But now I have possessed as chairman
I seem to be a blessed child
But I'm really blessed...

Premium Member Copies On Copies
If you just stepped out for a second and looked in:
We set up in rows, and they stare
We fill our minds with recycled air
We read words that others have spun
And we think we learn,
but truthfully were becoming undone
Copies on copies the system repeats
Stacking minds like paper sheets

Birds
Birds

Birds should be
up to date with
sky traffic in the
foreign countries they’re visiting. ‘Send to
all nests copies, not ones that’ve
been shortened, parts removed – ASAP,’ one
bird should
spread. Also, injured in
the air birds have had
all the time to
make parachutes.

Shadowplay
A shadow walks where light won’t go,
It knows your pace, your highs, your low.
It copies truth, it mimics lies,
Then slips away as daylight dies.

It never sleeps, it doesn’t speak—
Yet trails you close, quiet and sleek.
You’ll never touch it, never quite—
But still, it haunts the edge of light.

Premium Member Being Mimicked is Annoying
mimicking Lu often copies me
terribly annoying, can't she see?
If I chopped my hair, she would chop hers too
No original thought or idea for Little Lu

It gripes me that she is this way
We used to play, now I stay away
If I broke my arm, she'd be wearing a cast.
Here she comes, so I am running fast....

A Piece of Love
I like to feed

the beacon of sempiternal bond

On each petal of blue

Echos on the philosophy of other sky

I can mind the silence

merrily tweeting after the rebirth of midnight rain

the shadow of a promised river

copies the steps of secret winds

...............and love triumphs over all....

My Computer Luv
Her hardware, silk, drops to the floor
Her software, warm, soft with curves.
CD rom all over her until she boots up.
I megabyte her neck slowly.
She goes into hard drive, i into RAM
as we both work like a keyboard.
Her eyes like chips, start to monitor me.
And the printer in my heart copies over
and over again....

Mercy For the Ugly One
On the mirror,
an unexplained word,
tired from long nights,
on long beds,
with strange men;
green,
gray,
copies of themselves...

Snow in sorrow,
a stepmothers love,
burning slow,
in a dying fire,
begging mercy,
for the ugly one...

Down the street,
by the sidewalk,
an open eye,
dead,
like a frozen bullet......

Lost Cherry
What speech was free
was lost for Cherry
When Don went bye
for words of tarry

That all his hopes
were wearing poppies
When much too forced
was airing copies

That all his press
was shaming Cherry
For all the years
they claimed him scarey

And all his faith
was down to years
When stars burn out
for Heaven's Jeers...
