Summer nights,
staccato crickets,
croaking frogs,
barking dogs;
firefly lanterns reeling ‘round,
an august concert.

Thunder claps,
drum beats echoing
through the clouds,
oh so proud.
They dance with lightening fingers;

We walk along hand in hand
We start a path in the desert sand
In unison we are in motion
We share the wind that blows
the hot summer sun
and snowflakes on our tongues
We pass onion and poppy fields
We hear concerts in the park
and sonic booms
Many walks of life all moving along
and paving this path as we are one....

Well, even that place is crowded
and sometimes very difficult to find

Turning exercise into therapy

so that I can abandon my post
