Why

I'm hitting rock bottom
I'm losing my concentration
I'm feeling like I'm going to cry
I'm feeling horrible
Why today?

Serene, at peace...
Calm's a unique kind of cool

Fools too oft get excited
Wise men, not thus incited

The Coldest Screams

Beautiful ice crystals
Adorn these barb wired fences
At the concentration camps, but
The coldest screams
Flow through these prison walls

driving through the wilds
roads carved through granite and spruce
dusk is approaching...

Skating

There is no sound
Except for skates scraping the ice
Spinning fast
Jumping high
Complete concentration is needed,
To perform this beautiful sport

Knowledge whispered in hushed tones,
he listened in silence and concentration all honed,
he now whispers to others-who may or may not listen the drone.

Finds a Piece of Flint

finds a piece of flint
sits chipping away at it

Premium Member life is a choice

in the Nazi concentration camp
when a starving prisoner gave a flower to another prisoner
he showed we have a choice
to be compassionate and kind
in spite of circumstances

She ping
She pong
Digging both sides
With concentration
With hand slamming
Calculated precision
Eyes rolling pinning
The striking win
Over this green
Rectangular board.

Revisit of the Rainbows I See

Breaking concentration,
Losing conscious of this
Undivided world (yea right!!!!!!!)
I see rainbows repetitiously
of the contradictions it's met with, right along
With a pot of gold

Wearing Clothes of Death

In this pouring rain
They take away our names
We march into these trains
Who are we to blame
To live in concentration camps
The light who shines is dim
We wear these cloths of death

Often Oppossed To Obsessions

Often Oppossed to Obsessions

Often have been opposed to obsessions;
And then you must obtain more sessions,
Thought needed,
Never impeded,
Of constant concentration on confessions.

Racket

The radio, the children and thoughts in my head
If I crave concentration, I must go to bed
Can’t think through the racket
I simply won’t have it
I’ll get this piece written, one day, when I’m dead
Form: Limerick

The Great Forgetting

Gray old age brings our memory to naught. Concentration goes quickly to pot. So the point I will make — it’s my personal take — is that folks should… hold on… I forgot!

My
Anticipation
Concentration
Education
You have been with me since birth

My
Socialisation
Peer-pressure
Escape
You are with me still

My
Dark side
Humour
Passion
You will be with me to the end

My Nightmare

if I am in its path
to resist- I won't succeed
a civil war inside myself
on my struggle it feeds
an evil fruit
a beautiful Hell
eyes closed in concentration
for rather than remove myself-
I must remove temptation
