out to my lover it goes
A symbol to show my love
is as white as a dove
out this single rose will go
please accept and don't say no

Bright spotlight
displays the quiver
and sullying squirm
of bare blood red humanity,
pushed back in the chair,
beaten for truth.
Blood red sunset,
sinks below the horizon,
reflects off the ocean,
creating a sea of pain.
Today is being pushed away,
closer to yesterday,
clearing the way for tomorrow.

Scarlet roses by her bed
Blood red petals dropping dead
Velvet tears that fall to floor
Darkening shadow near the door
Change the sheets
And sweep the floor

Galactic blood red sky
Gathers for Halloween
Goulish grotesque, zombies
Gross witches and black cats
Goblins, plus gruesome ghosts
Ghastly, grim, while groaning

flows like
a liquid
ruby
down
the sides
of a wax
cerise candle
as its wick
burns with
flames
flaunting
magenta
scarlet
and
crimson
hues.
Once the green land of morning calm and high serenity
Soon waved the blood red flag, stained with the false words “We will soon be free”
Now a grey, barren mountain swallowed by Yaldabaoth’s sea
The trees bent their boughs over the road
shielding the drivers’ eyes
From omens unwelcome in hellish skies
through which blood-red entrails flowed
nightmares blooming in color
like a midnight fire
casting its embers into
tomorrow's dawning
with a blood red sun burning
into the new day

Dear Heart sponsor
Fusing closed
Secrete yourself away
In vermilion blossoms
Inside hushed anguish
Coiling up
In a fetal comfort
Beyond everything
Denying breath
Slowly fading
Within the confines
Of a blood red rose
One of the funniest moments of my life
Was watching my principal’s face turn blood red
When I asked “Would I lie?”
And eight children in back of me said “yes” nodding their heads
In front of two hundred parents.
It bites you,
with razor sharp teeth
sinking deep into your flesh.
You feel its sting as it rips you apart,
its mouth blood red.
Then as you moan in torment,
it grins as it walks away,
careless like the grooming cat.
scorching blood red orb
clouds on silken mirror gleam
noonday cosmic flare
ink black thunder growls, monsoon
squall from volatile blue sky
NB Red orb is a synonym for the sun.
