Noonday July Sky

scorching blood red orb
clouds on silken mirror gleam
noonday cosmic flare
ink black thunder growls, monsoon
squall from volatile blue sky

NB Red orb is a synonym for the sun.

I like this one. It reminded me of late spring and summer in the south. Thank you for sharing it with us. Sara K

hmmm, weren't you on my winners' list? ?but with a different poem? I am so confused. This poem never appeared in my contest and I placed all the poems except for one person who did a long form. I need to recheck and see if you had given me a different poem.
