a simple sunrise
naked branches shuddering
in December air
promises of snow blizzard
fill young 'uns hearts with wonder
Her blizzard-like air
Whitening up the universe
Painted pure bleakness
Making me feel helpless
Begging for an escape plan.
chilling winds pick up
ominous gray surrounds me
bitter cold brings snow

A blizzard hit my city
after a calm Christmas Day...
cars stuck in snow, wind lashing;
I abandoned mine following tire tracks.
Children’s’ blizzard of 1888
January 12th was actual date
Grim reaper busy
Turmoil tizzy
Two hundred children met a death fate
blizzard on the brink
everyone is stocking up
weather sequestered
anticipation
eight to ten inches of snow
unmoving traffic
cold winter blizzard
tranquility setting in
its napping weather
maybe hot cocoa
oozing marshmallows on top
lulling me to sleep
Snow dusted rooftops,
Dense fogs covering buildings,
Snowflakes scattering
Across this city's own streets,
As I walk through the blizzard.
my sister turned light chartreuse
after hearing on the news
the end is quite near
a blizzard all year
so we recommend snowshoes.
blizzard of countless
solid cold and blustering
full-fashioned snowflakes

BLIZZARD
blue Monday morning
and 12 inches overnight
the pillow so deep
and outside is white white white
oh for one more hour to sleep
in the frozen wastes
a raging blizzard abates ~

quivering shivering land of white
freezing and squeezing with icicles bright
sparkling ice everywhere in sight

When there's a big winter blizzard outside
and we have no place to go,
cabin fever takes us.

winter
coming too soon
snow, ice, and blizzard winds
time for heavy coats and mufflers

High winds churl, howling
calling forth their minions
open wide the gates
the battle will be long, fierce!
through the mountains, hills and vales

A weather wizard
delivered a blizzard
to Chicago yesterday
If I weren’t so lily-livered
I’d have torn out his gizzard
~ right away
Clarity lives
In confusion
As perfect as
The single snowflake
Whirling in the storm
Seek not to bring order
Where chaos reigns
Ignore the blizzard
Find the flake
sis stepped off the plane
the bountiful blizzard waits
its glow fruit falling ~
likewise glory of set face
in wake of our goodly aunt
