Blizzard

BLIZZARD

blue Monday morning
and 12 inches overnight
the pillow so deep
and outside is white white white
oh for one more hour to sleep

Gives me chills reading this...it had been a nasty winter, Daver. The snowmen around here had taken up their brooms and headed to the border. Hadn't you heard about their rebellious spirits when trying to cross without passports? There was straw and carrots flying all over the place. They'd gotten into a brawl with the customs officials. Joking!! Best to you! Mikki

Dave my dear poetic friend; are you the reason for us all getting all of this white white white ! ? *smiles* Great Tanka Sir ! P.S...the missing james, first had to spring for a new 'puter, and then he fell through the floor at one of my job sites, causing me to be fixed to the deep (pillow) for a spell. Thank you for your concern, and brightening my day with this fantastic write ! Have a wonderful day my friend ! much love, james

Daver, a forward means when I get some funny story or something in hotmail and I just forward it on to my other email buddies. Also I sent you a few regular emails. I am wondering, did you change your address? email me sometime so I can check if it matches with the email address of yours that I have in my list!

You have correctly remembered. Shakespeare's was influenced by this myth A comic recapitulation of "Pyramus and Thisbe" appears in the play A Midsummer Night's DreamThe "Pyramus and Thisbe" plot appears twice in Shakespeare's works. Most famously, the plot of Romeo and Juliet. Also the tale is told by Ovid in his Metamorphoses.
