He was hooked by bleach blond fish
Only concerned with his
Onyx deed and red tie to please
Kinda dumb to be at
Ease
Really Trump is a rump

Salt Rings and Seaweed

Tangled seaweed shore
sharp in salt and sweet decay
Crab claws still clenched shut
in defense of losing prey
Sun, to bleach, is on it's way...
Form: Tanka

Her Shell

A lady on Waikiki Beach
Was bone-white from drinking Trump's bleach
But Trump did not gloat
For she could not vote
She's no longer a Georgia peach!

A Beseeching Moment

It's time for a dose of disinfectant
Cleaning both house and home as expectant
Someone get the bleach
I plead and beseech
But not in the arm as an injectant

The annual migration to the beach
The manatees are basking in the sun
Be sure to pack large quantities of bleach
The eyes will need a rinse before you’re done

The cook kept smelling something stink
Found out, it was the kitchen sink

Premium Member Probably Worse

I know this will get better
because I cannot fathom it feeling any worse
although my eighty-eight year old mother put
bleach on her shingles.
That was probably worse.

Mister Trump they all want to impeach
For constitutional overreach

Premium Member santa in pink

Santa was embarrassed I kind of think
Because of a bleach mishap, his suit was pink.
Mrs. Claus apologized, up and down her sink.
But in the end, I think he looked darling in pink.

Premium Member Stress Test

 Trump gave Putin Covid tests
 While Americans were very stressed
 To Putin he was drawn
 As the pandemic raged on

Premium Member A Small Beach Full of Bleach

There once was a small beach full of bleach,

Each bottle held a silvery leech.

Those nasty leeches did hiss,

And they would readily kiss,

We carefully stayed out of their reach!

Passion

Our love burns-
Like bleach on a flesh wound,
My love will never,
Can never,
Fail me,
Bodies like oil paint on the wall,
Intertwined so severely,
One cannot tell one from the other,
That is us.

Rehabilitation

It sinks in deep
Staining you like bleach
It will stay there even when you are free
The weight of it will be excruciating
But you’ll move on despite it all
And you’ll be ok even on the hard days

Politicians

If they refuse to step up
to do what needs to be done
we'll find a place for them
out under the sun.

If they continue to quibble
and won't lend a hand
we'll leave all their bones
to bleach white the sand.

lipstick on his bleach white collar
in the shade of his wife’s blush
his pulse point still feels her breath

Premium Member Covered Bridge

Poise, strong, sun bleach form, an old covered bridge from long ago, nestling in an old forest grove. While water flows beneath its sole, a refuge of passage between two worlds.

Supplication

Tear me down and rip me up
throw the carpets out
all my wires and plugs disrupt
scrAPE AND clean the grout
  wrecking ball ,imploding
brains
drano down in all the drains
bleach my soul of all the stains
cleanse my heart of doubt.

Premium Member Leech

You are a total leech
sucking what is good for you;
Plagued with pitiful speech
always mumbled and garbled;
Never had a far enough reach,
you embarrass yourself;
Thieves always hide what’s true,
little did you see I am made of bleach.

Premium Member Facts

Facts are precisely what they are,
Indisputable;
Stubbornly enduring stains.
Pour gallons of bleach
To completely submerge in bucket,
Fat chance; the stains remain.
