pizza shops, barbers

hustle here and bustle there
adrenaline keeps flowing

Disasters

.

See pain, hear dread sounds.
Smell fear, taste adrenaline.
Feel. Touch hurting hearts.

Adrenaline

COVID-19 put her in bed
Quarantined out in the shed
So what could she do
But play peek-a-boo
With the doctor, vicar, and Fred?
Form: Limerick

Thrill

Adrenaline rushing, blood pounding
dropping at a 90 degree angel,
up and down, swirling around
doing a chaotic fear filled dance!

Adrenaline

There is too much energy,
coincidentally,
Too much memory,
incrementally,
Too much sensory,
What has entered me
So unnaturally?

Midnight

The moon is glowing;
Party tunes are flowing;
Couples are kissing;
Sensual adrenaline is rising;
The timing is very right;
It is midnight.....

What is an old head
to do when reeling in love
with a renewed heart,
might of her adrenaline
flows through teenage affection.

Stoned Again

Adrenaline rapes
the nerve of addiction

silence rages
in a reverent
skull of lucidity

bound to a violent
obsession

freedom …

destruction…

Speed

The rush
The speed
The adrenaline of love
     Touch
      Feel
     Taste
Experience the warmth of what you dream...
 of what you watch...
 of what you can.

Random Thoughts *29* Double Rhyming Haiku

trembling, my bones.
My feet are numb, frozen toes.
temperatures low.

Back-up pilot lights,
my adrenaline ignites.
curing my frost-bite.

Spring Cleaning is Sarah’s dreaded routine
She gets exhausted, drinks lots of caffeine

   Who gives her the ‘what-for'
Then shoots Sarah full of adrenaline

Adrenaline addicts
Assigned always as airborne
Armored assault armies allied

Chasing

Chasing down the devil, you have to be quick, your adrenaline is seeping through
your body, your gasping for air. But its all worth it to catch that beautiful angel the
devils trying to consume...

Forbidden

Forbidden love is the best love yet. Feeling so on edge and heart thumping hard all the time.
Knowing that if you get caught is the fuel for your adrenaline. But its all worth it for that oone
person.

Winter

Adrenaline rush of frostbite maps out sail
Fugitive senses converge to disrobe snow blindness so bright
Though fluffy and soft in the air
Hard hitting the ground, beauty in opposites ignite

A Stone of Hope

Let adrenaline fill my veins,
Prepare me for my descent
Descent into a visionary
Into a world of the greats

Let my blood pounce,
Pounce for success
As this mountain of despair
Holds a stone of hope.

Light Fading

to see the light fading away
to see the darkness take way
oh the feeling it gives
the adrenaline given
to have the power to take
the power to feel
this feeling is like no other
nor have many others felt it
