The waning sun brightens the skies.
Love carries you home via meadows.
She would have time to shield her eyes.

Young swoons are playing with shadows.

Sounds, never before heard, shout deep within my heart and soul, as ears go unneeded, and the arrested atmosphere surrounding me bathes in utter silence.

I was staring at your picture
For some time today and
This is what I imagined:
I walked up to you and said
I need you to take my hand
And the other one too.
Pull me to you with those
Big strong arms of yours,
Wrap them around me
And never let go.
Kiss my forehead and rock me
From side to side.
Look at me and kiss me
Whisper I love you in my ear
As I lay my head back down again.
For I am home now.
Home is being wrapped in your arms
Cradled by your love
Shielded from all things
That aren't you
I am safe and free.
Please don't let me go,
I love you.
I will do my best to give you
Whatever your heart desires.
No cost is too big or too small
For you are always worthy
And welcome of my love.
I appreciate you and your love
I thank God for blessing me with you.
I am yours physically, spiritually
And emotionally
Or whichever way
You chose to have me,
I will always be yours.

SHIELDED FROM THE TERROR OF THE NIGHT
Prism at twilight
Multifaceted skyline
Blushing countenance
Lapis lazuli’s untoward release:
Slides of amber, magenta, crimson
Like a longsuffering firework fleece
Underneath the metallic sky
Forests darken and hide
Fortress doors locked tight
Shades shield us from the fierce unrest
From nightmare beasts and howling winds
Cradled baby eyes
Comforted with quilted care
Sleep rebukes child’s fear
Squeal of delight squelches the terror of the night
Flicker of sunlight peaks through satin sheets

As I close my eyes
I can visualize
Sweetness in the air
Love stirring.. between
Star-beams of Beautiful lights
Sparkling Colors within the Twilights
Tis as you take me
gently by the hand...
As we slow dance
our body’s swaying
foot prints in the sand
Then I realize
Wait...
This cannot be
for I know... Truth
I must run...
I must go...
As I Run
Fast as I can
As my long hair
Blows within the wind
For I am sure… tis be..
tis just a trick..
for Truth tis known
There tis be No way..
No Man... would Truly Love me
for me... as the way I am...
as memo... pass
tho tis Love to behold
As I know within my heart
Tis real...
but tis be....
Love for me... must be... tis be
I am sure... tis Pretend
So.. I cannot allow
Myself...
I must run...
Safely through
To be by my Lord's side
Shielded within Shadow of His wings
I shall hide... Here I know
God Love tis True
Forever to behold
Protection with His Undying Love
Come to Jesus
His Love shall protect thee...
