Shielded Within Shadow of His Wings
As I close my eyes
I can visualize
Sweetness in the air
Star-beams of light
Within the Twilights
Tis as you take me
gently by the hand...
As we dance
our body’s swaying
foot prints within the sand
Then I realize
This cannot be
I must run...
I must go...
As I Run
as.. Fast as I can
As my long hair
Blows within the wind
For I sure… tis know..
you are trying
To trick me again
Love you behold
For tis Pretend
I cannot allow myself...
Tis too much pain
I must run...
Safely through
To be by my Lord's side
Shielded within Shadow of His wings
I shall hide... Here I know
God's Love is True
Forever to behold
God gives His Divine Protection
Even for my Heart
Come to Jesus
Receive His Divine Love & Protection
