To live is to forgive,
Asia is larger than a novel by Joseph Kessel.
To the icy ray of moon that crosses the window,
To the bee that stings your honey on the table of abundance,
Forgive the indifference and talent of New York poets,
To live is to forgive,
To his parents who scolded and lied to you often,
To the teacher who strikes his baton on the desk,
To the student who recites his fable without knowing it better,
To live is to forgive Joseph Kessel in the mountains,
To the nervous lions that hunt the elephants of Tanzania,
To capricious girls who take shampoos,
To the girls who want seducing cats and griffins.
To live is to forgive,
To lovers who eat dark chocolate,
To the bulls that haunt the dreams of the Spaniards,
To the prime numbers, this ridicules our cute reason.
Baldies of the world, do not despair!
It's not the end, you just lost some hair!!
Balder men are more virile, thus spake a sage
And many a woman "testify" to this old adage..
Balder men are noted to be wise and mature
Trusted by everyone, their thoughts kind and pure
No need for shampoos, combs or for hair cream
No need for a barber even in the wildest dream
Every day we can have a fresh head bath day
Not just once a week or only on one Sunday
Hairline well receded, you never seem to age
As you reach middle age, that'll be an advantage
You can fit into a cap or hat or any headgear with ease
Or you can wear a stylish wig, as fashions never cease
Father of our Nation was bald, so were Nehru and Patel
You may be considered great, and you can weave a tale!
So, Baldies of the world, don’t despair!
It is not the end, you just lost some hair!
My hair is thinning
I am going bald
Like a tree in Autumn
my hairs fall
Down the drain
into my comb
Soon I will shine
with a hairless dome
Grow a beard
wear a hat
Do the comb over
a toupee at that
Or damn it all
and let it go
Shave it smooth
wax it to glow
Be bald and bold
show it proud
Save on shampoos
and wash less towels
I brush my hair
it always seems less
As a child
my hair was a glorious mess
Thick and bushy
wavy and long
And now my hair
is all but gone
Hair today
you know the rest
I'm getting so
bald is best
Soap
Slips
Now skipped
Shampoos to keep
~~~~~~
What's in her bathroom?
Many potions and lotions for face and body.
Two lighted magnifying mirrors, far from shoddy.
Many hair shampoos, gels and sprays.
Plus enough makeup for a classical ballet.
Assorted clip-in hair pieces, ribbons and flowers.
A rainbow light that changes colors every hour.
Makeup cases, floral and gold everywhere.
Nail polishes,and matching crystal nail files,
a stunning pair.
I want to take a shower
Not the kind with shampoos or soaps
I want to get soaking wet
With your passion and your sweat
I've been thinking of you all day long
I had to touch myself
Now that you're in my sights
I could really use your help....
When we are done
Are nice and clean
It's into your arms I go
So I can safely dream.....
Amazon Order
I ordered some things from Amazon, today.
That cold and wind outside,
chilled my body and my bones on this sunny day;
so I chose to shop from the safety of the warm inside.
I ordered things of necessity, or so I told myself.
Those obligatory buys needed to survive.
The laundry detergent and nice oils and shampoos,
and so many other things I could use.
Things I may not use till the thaw of spring
but I’m on a role, needing almost everything.
There at the checkout, I looked again,
as the total was more than I meant to spend.
Delete that one and that one too
surely, I could do without that coffeed brew.
Oh Amazon, how easy you make my purchase,
but alas, I pressed the order key,
let’s hope it’s worth it.
In a public washroom, can Kings ever be DEthroned?
When a cowboy moves to the city, is he DEranged?
Do photographers wishes sometimes DEvelop?
Are former famous models ever DEposed?
When a ship leave for the Caribbean, is it DEported?
Do lawyers sometimes sit on Defence?
When a man gets ready for bed, does he DEbrief?
If they drain the waterway around a castle, is it DEmoted?
When a male is castrated, is he DEmand?
When a scholar is sent back, is he DEgraded?
Can a lady of the streets ever be DElayed?
Do certain shampoos help you DEflect?
When a doctor withdraws a needle, is the patient DEjected?
Can a person survive without DEliver?
If you tear up an agreement, do you DEsign?
Can baseball player ever DEposition?
Ever seen a dog chasing DEtail?
If you lose your extra tire, do you DEspair?
Do manicurists sometimes DEfile
When a downpour stops, does it DEluge?
When a student leaves school, does he DEclassify?
Can someone's old clothing DEfray?
Does a coffin always contain a DElivered?
Can a movie star ever be DEfamed?
I'm stuck in this room, one person, two beds
There always checking my bags
Big window, without a view
I don't want your lotions, shampoos, soaps or creams
I want my own
The one's brought from home
The revenge, I must hold inside
The hatred for this place
Can't wait to go home
Mommy sign me out
I promise to act right
I won't scream, yell or fight
I'll brush my teeth
Make up my bed
I'll make things right, this place isn't for me
I just wanna scream,
I can't sleep at night
The kids here are mean
They don't ever stop
Stop the screams
Disrespecting all the staffs
I don't ever do that
I close my door and think of home
I can't wait to go home
Only one
of my assets
qualifies
as glory crown.
Pampered hair
plumps my ego
and has drained my pockets dry.
Permanents,
dyes and rinses,
cuts and sets
salon shampoos,
never missed
hair appointments,
as if it matters at end..
