Make sure you shake your shoes out before putting them on.
they make excellent overnight campsites for vagabond crawlers.
I once got bit by something (i suspect a spider)
on the long toe of my left foot.
It swelled -itched and throbbed on and off for three weeks
i was unemployed at the time and wasn't insured
so, I self-remedied-mainly with ice aspirin and drink.

Employment eventually found me before my benefits ran out
I'm insured now but rarely meet my deductible.

Always shake life out before you put it on
poison is the lover of shadows.

On The Man of Stars

He, I, died years ago, when
history started and wrote
manuscripts of its unsound
flesh. Hark, behold His glory!
Yet I was gone before the
dusk of the first revered day.
Even when they shot at silence,
even when they drank to used-to,
even when they wrote the bible,
he stayed in Jerusalem.

They who preached the noble He,
when their rubber foam and glue
and latex turned to cushions
that held softly revolvers,
they hailed Mary and began
tearing down amity gripped.
Man’s heart shot down a peg again,
woman’s mantel respite candle,
my corpse reeks of paralyzed life,
you can’t ask for forgiveness.

Clinging onto the shaggy
hands, held together by string
bands, full of worship upon
the chapel which my statue
grieves, they call upon heaven
to win the war they started.
Who will lull the holy golem?
When has servitude remedied?
What is religion but muted
Tongue? New faith for every shot,
I died years ago, he dies
every day.

I argued with my AI toaster yesterday morning over the proper use of the bagel button. It wouldn't stop arguing even after I repeatedly insisted, "Poindexter, stop!" I temporarily remedied the situation by leaving the toaster on mute all day. When I unmuted it this morning, it required that I complete an "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA process before I could make toast. Not just any CAPTCHA process, mind you, but a hidden-object CAPTCHA requiring me to find 42 hidden objects before I could use my toaster! After I successfully slogged through, the AI announced, "CAPTCHA successful. Proceed to make your toast. Please note the bagel button has been disabled."

Premium MemberA letter to the world

There is a way..That seems right to man; yet
In the end it leads to death.'

I or we, see atrocitys..Each one more lurid, and more
Luridly depicted by legacy media.'

These events are to be remedied by more violence.?

I feel; i must say these thoughts? to the world.

In life there are challenging events, some are affected
More, than others and more often.'

How can we mitigate such.? Many times we wish to
Yet this involves a great effort mentally and physically.

It is prefferable to, bring our position to the other person'
Or persons.? Sooner rather than later.'

I think? in this manner.'

In control of your emotions, not letting anger enter your mouth.' Acknowledge what causes the other partys stance
And they should iterate what causes your discomfit.'
All of us are appointed to an earthly death, in any event also
We cannot take negative actions back, so be careful not
To create more of them.' Each day holds new opportunity.
The world as imperfect as it is, holds enough scope to
Allow improvement, are we willing to be part of solutions?
Can we break the new ground of peace.? And plant the
Seeds of harmony.?

Remedy

I remember a place where I've told you once
That if I've told you once it was a thousand times
To let me make mistakes and spare you the burden
And it seemed to reasonably rhyme
But amidst self righteous indignation I realized
The true wisdom earned through self remedied flaw
And thought to myself, now, two thousand times if twice
If anything it meant nothing at all
But what should anything mean really
If not least a lesson
As though teaching lessons
Weren't some twisted obsession
As if any of pain it would lessen, at all
But I can't help but try
Seeing angst in your eyes
On hands and knees as you struggle to crawl

The Rose That Lived By the Lake

The rose that lived by the lake
At dawn she bloomed, she wakes
For humanity, for beauty's sake
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Men of old paused to seek her face
Dazzled they were by the gaze of
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Her splendor remedied aches
Firmly rooted, never to shake
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Greeted princes on their way
Men smiled with much at stake seeing
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Purified for a thousand years
None to keep, none to take
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Caused kings around to debate
What palace befitted its magnificence
The rose that lived by the lake

The rose that lived by the lake
Had its head cut onto a plate
A tragic and terrible end of
The rose that lived by the lake

Spyware

Spyware

It was no surprise reading Israel run this practice
and sell it to anyone with money to pay.
Israel, this enclave in an Arabic world, is an anomaly
its inhabitant lives in a bubble they call democracy.
It brokers no criticism, not even in its mildest form
and calls people who they find disagreeable:
antisemitic or haters.
They picked up a golden nugget called victimhood
to the point, they believe the whole world hates them.
Israel is not a victim but a ferociously aggressive state
what will never give up its shabby mentality,
But it can be remedied if other countries stop all trade
with land, whose psyche needs an adjustment.

Thinking About It

He wrote
Loneliness
Is never remedied
By numbers
Does full exceptance
Mean procreating
And rehearsal of
Situations of love
And conflict
And who damned
The person who is
Lefted defending
His honor in his or
Hers rejection
Who minds gossip
When whatever your
Interest are those of
Them which wishes
To befriend you
And what you've
Spoken as disliked
Is agreed upon in mutaul
Admiration of ones
Articulation
This divides and once divided
Do these situations catorgerize
Something worth salvaging
A make marriage something
Worth mentioning
I. Full detail and meaning
Then in this agreement
Keeping track of persons
Wishing to take your words
And make your plans
Theres to have all your
Keepsakes as their own

Premium MemberWages of Sin

The world's population has toppled seven billion and
Many are dying each day, but more are being born.
There is a number totaling from beginning till now, and
Whatever that number is, it also carries a load of debt.
It is a debt because every human being has committed sin,
And sin had a humongous price tag which had to be paid.
The wages of sin is eternal death and none was able to pay
Such a price covering the wages of such vast numbers of people.
The estimated number of people ever born is 108,470,690,115.*
Since it was impossible for any creature to pay, God granted a gift.
Out of pure undeserving love, God gave the gift of his son whose death
Remedied the problem of sin for all people of all time and all eternity.
Most things that sound too good to be true are really not true, but in this case it is absolutely too good to be true. Nevertheless, without question, without, strings, it is absolutely true**

How Was I To Know

How Was I To Know?

I realized a mistake was made
The moment the music played
Emotions, conditions, circumstances
Were not thoroughly weighed
But the piper was paid
Vows said…that
Should have been delayed
A curse on a heart betrayed…

His true nature had yet to show
Ugliness, anger began to grow
Uncharted emotions began to flow
Brewing on the surface...
And just slightly below…

This relationship
Came on too soon
On a crooked clock
Broken slightly past noon
This was supposed to be
The time of my life?
I should have said no
But…

How was I to know?

(True story
My wedding nightmare
Realized a little too late
Remedied six months later
Be careful with your heart
Trust that little voice inside you)

Premium MemberThe Right Choices

The Right Choices

There are those who have gladly made their drugs of choice.
Then, there are those whose choices took away their voice.

When just a little lad, I stealthily opened our refrigerator, and experienced such distaste as I secretly drank hard liquor.

Fortunately, for me, neither of my parents ever discovered my crime.
In addition, thankfully, I never acquired a taste for drinking a second time.

And also when just a lad, with friends I secretly took puffs from cigarettes.
Again, I escaped detection; and for this deed, my parents never had to protest.

O, the deeds of a child that often remain hidden and never remedied.
But then, there are those who early on, choose rightly by God’s Grace alone.

They make better choices; drugs never being among them.
And O, what pain we avoid, by making the right choices.

Who always wrote glowing comments

Premium MemberMy Most Embarrassing Moment

My Most Embarrassing Moment?

Twice I’ve entered freeways
On the ramps meant just for exits.
Lordy! How embarrassing is that?
Except nobody knew me
And with little difficulty
I remedied those situations fast!

Twice or thrice I walked into
Restrooms meant for men.
But no one saw me, or, once again,
Nobody knew me.
I got off lucky.
But there was one time
I did it at a pool.
Without my contacts in,
I might as well have just been blind.
I think the guy I walked in on was naked then.
But he did not know me (Saved again!)

Another time, at age fourteen,
I hopped around the yard, a silly teen
Sitting on a big fat ball -
Called Hippity Hop. I took a fall
In front of my new boyfriend.
I split my pants; he didn’t even tell me,
But once I learned what I had done,
That ended our romance!

I ‘m sure I pulled more stunts than that
Through all my years of school.
But being such an airhead
I simply have to say,
My most embarrassing moment -
Whatever it may be -
I don’t recall it anyway!
