Predication Poems

Translucently Inherent

Vanilla victories over inner wars,
Sisyphean speeches to oneself.
Tarnished trophies shoved in drawers,
endless errands placed on the shelf.

Purposeless projects of predication,
purport prisms of pellucidity.
Fathoms of frailty, falter the foundation;
left with inconsolable invisibility.

You don't see me....
you don't see me....
walking through life like a ghost.
You won't see me....
you won't see me....
alone is how I like it most.

Languishing lies, laughingly polluting,
crowing at my own incompetency.
Draining desperation, directly diluting
concentration and all confidency.

You don't see me....
you don't see me....
I'm here but I'm transparent.
You won't see me....
no, you won't see me....
translucently inherent.

According To Much Predication

According To Much Predication

According to what is much predication,
When it was involved with an election,
And infer,
Should concur
With right to vote needing protection.

Predictable

PREDICTABLE SCHMICTABLE!

There’s one thing assured in this physical world
More than death and taxation so physicists say
It’s the increase in entropy, in time unfurled
With less predictability, more disarray

Now I’m not being morbid asserting this fact
(Only true without man sticking long finger in)
And there are some of us with compulsion to act
And resist ineluctable chaos and spin

But imagine the converse some might choose to hold
Each atom predictable in a neat stack
Every instant in utter precision pre-told
And announced in a modern Old Moore’s Almanac

There are days when we feel: Just a moment! Hold on!
Could I have some more predictability sure
I’ve enough of this chaos so let it be gone
And I’ll live more like my perfect neighbour next door

But then what of the thrill when we once get it right
No not every time; that’s for slaves not the free
The uncertainty principle kept within sight
Will give us some relief from that old ennui

So join with me to now go forth boldly and say
A perfected predication with no adverse
Minute portion of spices of disarray
That alternate bland menu could be but a curse

Observation
Of the situation
Requires contemplation
Of the devastation
Throughout the nation

It’s a sad realization
At our fascination
With mass retaliation
To satisfy the need for
Instant gratification
Of your mental castration

In histories evaluation
of your predication
to take a mental vacation
and force the eternal sedation
of those innocent to your revelation
that you are beyond condemnation
and your act was an abomination
drenched in trepidation
and beyond imagination

It is with genuine fascination
That I offer this validation
Of your dedication
To your insane fornication
Of this nation
I pray for Salvation

More Grandiose Than Poetry

What be more grandiose than poetry,

     expound at your own discretion,

bottle sunshine, save it in a jar,

tie an affectionate knot, spread it 'round

flood desert mirages with flowing spirits,

speaks kindly and murderously about love,

can tempt winds to uncoil temptation's gist

thrust upon or written asunder desperation

relentless in its seizing of human behavior,

magnifying moonbeams or star's decimation

    perfumed magnolias 'neath winter's cruelty,

call of the wild midst sweetness of fresh rhubarb pie,

infinitely vast in its incalculable grasp of predication,

  beyond limitless infrastructures' fancied significance

Mightbite-A Fishy Tail

Water wonder glides in form
Ever eating, oblivious to storm
Self protector in location
Hides from hook and predication
Sly to guy who sits above
Always sensing disproportion
Out of element and able motion
Camouflaged for all unsure
Reads the link of food chain closure
Sees the means for end of gliding
Brings the hider out of hiding
Eyes a nibble in compulsive time
Motion instant to the foreign slime
Eating a reaction of sense to survive and outwit
Consumption, an identified weakness of habit
A worm on a hook appears as friend
Within it the end
