Premium MemberThe Not So Great Debate

The not so great debate in America today
Is that even though liberal people fear for their lives
They dare not violate the progressive ethos
Of victim, ie. criminal, first,
And so argue round and round
That everything is okay and only getting better.

The irony of course is this obfuscation
And soft-core tyranny is actually illiberal.
But words today no longer matter

A Father’s Lament to Obama

My son,
When the ancestors lit the candle of your destiny,
We sang for you in the wind,
We carved your name into the stars
And called you Moses for your people.

But you—
You danced in marble halls built on bones,
You became fluent in the language of betrayal.
They did not give you power—
They gave you a costume,
A borrowed mask with

Please Michelle Obama

Please Michelle Obama...
can you save American democracy?

I highly hugely grant
Barack Hussein belated kudos
what with his wizardesses
in tow wrought wonders
to one nation analogous
while an under dog
sweeping in like...
It's a Bird... It's a Plane...
It's NOT Superman
but the Beagle Snoopy
imitating the Red Baron
saving the day.

Analogous to powerful twelve Olympians

PREAMBLE
------------
What I witnessed on October 7 was indefensible. Just to be clear, Hamas are not militants or freedom fighters as many in the mainstream media would have you believe - they are terrorists. Israel is not the ancestral homeland of the people who live in Gaza. These attacks were not an act of war or

Barack Obama

Barack Obama, leader true and bold,
With hope and change, a story told.
A nation stirred, by his inspiring grace,
A path to progress, for every race.

Michelle by his side, a beacon of strength,
A partnership thriving, at any length.
Two daughters, wise and kind they grew,
Guided by love, like morning's dew.

Eloquent speeches, bridges he built,

A Letter To Barack Hussein Obama

I saw you live on the Facebook portal today.
How we are not is the intention as we see
An Adam’s apple in gracious mode
in graceful absence of becoming.
We let you be, and it is still.
An ocean surge within every mode of “I second
you”
As the clock dials with three slender hands
with the ticking band width of

Oh Obama

Oooooh! Obama! Hear the praise of media as it sings
Though we thought you’d gone
You’ve lingered on
In the Swamp still pulling on the strings

Oooooh! Obama You were blest with politics your game
Your success complete
It sure smells sweet
And the wealth comes right behind the fame

Oooooh! Obama every night you sit and count your dough
No more income

So Hard To Feel For Others, Other-Wheres

I
The voids between galaxies
Look empty, but in the way of Zero
Black Holes and voids hold Eternities
The universe is a multiverse too

II
How do I, with such Space, identify?
Here: ground after the ground where I die
Where war breaks out, we ARE one family
When tsunamis suck millions of lives!

III
In life we will have days we WALK globally

Inaugural Prayer For Barack Obama

Dear Lord, as I sit here watching the Inauguration
Of the 44th president
Of the United States of America
A black man, heaven sent.

Thank you Lord for Barack Obama
Michelle and the girls
Thank you Lord for this man
Who is uniting so many worlds

Thank you Lord for answering his prayers
Because we know that Lord with you
A wish is just a

Barrack Obama Full American

I have seen the black face of his Kenyan father
With whom he didn’t go farther:
an absolutely Black Papa
Describing not the Diaspora Rappa,
His loudest trumpets for Jomo,
As Barak’s nearly were for The Homo:
Safer A self –reclaiming returnee
Than an ever groping escapee:
Better Kenya’s social leper
Than an American on paper

And heard have I of his unique white

Had Been Super Duper Blooper

Started out super
turned out to be big duper
becoming blooper

Am dissatisfied
downhill they did seem to slide
dislike those who lied

always new for sure
looked like a lousey looser
and a big boozer

what we suggested
after all food digested
finished and rested

disaster on brink
