Nurturance Poems | Examples

Gringai Wonnaruas Photograph

Fire on still water cradled by tall trees
A picturesque photograph pulling one to ease,
Dusky pink sky with spirit overseeing
Mother natures nurturance and changes in her being.

Yellow neon light patterns dominate
Gazing his creation evidently great,
The stretching sun unravels an image grand to gloat
And underneath mere man-made a modest fishing boat!

All Was Done Before

All was done before through eons and anew
Transitional, additional, compositional and true,
Tranquility resulted even after war
Hence never fear yesteryear for all was done before.

Though you maybe a product of ancestors who passed
And nurturance forged furtherance building up to last
Leaping all the hurdles, walking through and via
Journey of our paths in life existing due to prior...

Birthing, dying, all supplying evolutionary sources
Where playing parts flies and darts calculating courses,
Even though we'll never know what our maker has in store
I'm blessed to be simply me when all was done before.

Premium Member Our Bountiful God

Our God is bountiful because he knows no measure to the love He has for us
doting in the wings like a Father regardless of our Faith in Him or not
He endeavors to protect us from above
as if we were the only stars in His galaxy;
There are days when we feel like we ate the paupers last meal
and there are times when we don't have the strength to rise above
Still, He is a God of continuance and doesn't ask much from us
pouring out every drop of compassion and mercy upon our souls
he fills our empty cup and breaks bread, for  the sake of nurturance ;
Regardless of our vision or lack of it, he sees us through
Our God is bountiful because,
He created the earth and filled it with un-barren fruit
so we could have life on earth
and live in His abundance, until our sweet homecoming.

Premium Member Lost To the Wind

The children bask in Mom’s sincerest praise.
Her love and nurturance bring out their best,
but bids for Dad’s attention seldom faze
this cold, distracted man. He’s richly blessed
but seems to have in mind some acid test
no kid could pass! These teens begin to stray,
but not far from the path. Dad starts to pray,
“Forgive my failings, Lord. Please help me mend
the rift and guide them from the worldly fray.
Don’t let my efforts be lost to the wind.”

Premium Member Nature's Nurturance

A pretty flower looked at me
Peeking through the grass to see
Happily growing through the season
Giving me every single reason
To appreciate nature around
In every direction to be found
A creation given to us every day
To explore as we go on our way
The birds sing to me sweet melody
The vast sky shows dreams to be
Colors everywhere in the landscape
When everything else you want to escape
Nature’s nurturance is an endless gift
As we move through emotions, that drift

Premium Member Us Survey of Intentions

I received one of these in the mail today,
and would like to know if you got one too:

Please see enclosed survey for all current and prospective residents of the United States,
to articulate the fullness of your positive reasons for wishing to remain/relocate within these same United States,
and for fully disclosing the emptiness of your negative reasons for wishing to remain/relocate.

Thank you so much for your cooperation.
We will review your application and those demonstrating greatest potential for multicultural strength
and nurturance of our future economic and political health
will receive your annual invitation to pay your federal taxes,
or, for those wishing to relocate,
to pay your requisite fees and transportation expenses.

If you do not hear from us for the next four years,
please do not be surprised or disappointed;
and please do not bother to call us.
We are not listening,
and that continues to be your problem; doesn’t it?

Equivalence

The sum of matter, ne'er be so
that justifies intent ~
the here say polling - to let go
the paying of the rent!

It is the fineness - character
that itemizes ~ spent
and what is left, the battles toll
what nurturance is cleft!

No standing for the rig-a-ma-row
not standing the nonsense
the straight-a-way, insurgent's knoll
affords that last consent!

To change the process, called take more
while hiding, small and bent
equivalence is mercies store
producing . . . . hope's advent!

The main stream's notice, coveting's resound,
nor look for options seemingly profound,
evil is as ~ evil does, be still around,
the same as nurturance choice concern when found!

I carry on as briskly, not refute
the day be won, my victory astute,
as knowing not, some consequence dilute,
do gather strength, from "faith", without repute?

This win, or lose ~ disfigures not MY group,
that I still hold in bearing ~ not by loot!

All of the Above

All of the Above

As a sister, you taught me hope indeed
As a sister, you blessed me with dignity,
As a sister, you taught me how to succeed
As a sister, you followed me above and beyond to exceed.

As a soulmate, you taught me nurturance
As a soulmate, you taught me friendship,
As a soulmate, you taught me reverence
As a soulmate, you taught me no perseverance.

As a friend, you consoled me
As a friend, you bestow me,
As a friend, you hold my heart
As a friend, we renew a new start.

Hopefully we may follow our paths to our future ahead
And I’ll always remember those important things you’ve said,
As a sister, confidante and friend of love
Thank-you for teaching me all of the above.
