My patience is finally gone
I've been holding on so long
Now I'm at my breaking level
Causing fury like the devil
On your two faced lying butt
You need to keep your mouth shut
Before I start losing it
More and more your full of sh--
Promising me things that you
Can't deliver or work through
Why do you insist on causing
Havoc on my heart that's pausing
Love for you in many ways
I thought it was just a phase
You were going through a while
So I wore a friendly smile
Waiting for you to be real
As the man I'm meant to steal
This phase seems to never end
My smiles starting to bend
Into a frown of pure disdain
Put there by torture and pain
You used to be my sweetie
Full of sensitivity
Now I do a double take
At a guy who turned out fake
There is only one thing left to do
Get as far away from you
As I can for my freedom
Learning not to be so dumb
The next time my hearts a flutter
I will think of you and shudder
It's been a few days now since I thought of you
But my recent poetry to you is still true
This one will be a bit of a different view
And maybe with a sassy attitude...
Chris you've always meant a lot to me
But I feel like you don't take what I say seriously
I'll try & break it down the best way it can be
I feel like you give me a lot of false hope
And that a lot of what I say you just ghost
You have a tendency to be inconsistent with me
And lately I'm looking for consistency
I would except consistency even as a friend -
Or if not a friend, I'd expect it with something entirely different with me
And you're leading me to believe that:
(a) You're just playing games & it ain't what it seems to be
(b) You don't want me - yet from him, too, you want me to be free
(c) You're deliberately leading me on, just to retreat us entirely
I'd like someday for OUR intentions to be clear
'Cause I won't move back if it's our last relationship in the mirror
This time around, I'd rather do BIG things with you & start anew
A clean easel for both me & you
I wanna put the work in this time to create something with you
I don't need games, alligator tears, or more wasted & pointless years
I'm tired of all the two-faced fakeness & I'm sick of the unknown fears
This time I'm approaching it a whole other way
'Cause if you decide this time around to give me a second chance
Just watch -
'Cause I'm gonna slay our second romance
The best thing about popcorn is its taste,
crunchy, salty, I like mine with butter.
You can buy cheesy, caramel, and sour cream
just to name a few.
Moving along to smell, no time to waste.
Fresh popped, bagged or canned, popcorn's unique.
I think it smells like a movie theater
and like ball games too.
The touch of popcorn? these points I have traced:
it's sometimes hot, then it's warm, and then cold.
It's food for comfort when I'm feeling sad (or glad),
it's not "hard" to eat.
About the sight of popcorn, it's two-faced.
Hard, tiny orange kernels turn into white puffs
it's not very pretty until it is cooked
the magic is heat.
What's there to hear about popcorn but haste.
Listen quickly, it's sizzling, then pop, pop, pop.
like a bunch of firecrackers cut down to size
but don't let it burn.
Now on its pedestal we have it placed,
a standing ovation for this favored treat.
Low in calories (just leave off the butter).
to popcorn I adjourn.

I remember when I was verbally bullied,
I would not tell my parents or teacher of what was happening.
I would only take it all in solitary stride,
I remember always feeling both sad and happy in being alone.
I think about it now,
I realize the reasons why I was bullied, why
I was resentful of those who done so to me…
I realize how silly it all was as a whole.
I notice how it seems to be my fault,
I rejected their offers for friendship.
I still think I was right,
I intuitively knew of their potential two-faced sides.
I have had friends long before then.
I unwillingly moved elsewhere (away from mine friends back then).
I seem to have lost them for as long as I shall continue to live.
I eventually had no one but [one] older and [some] younger cousins.
I remember when I was my parents’ only beloved little one.
I would have everything a child wanted and needed.
I realized my parents often never played with me,
I have come to feel they were never a good refuge for my feelings anyway.
I see how I’ve changed from a beloved child to now this lonely soul.
I notice how everybody else eventually changes.
I have had good few friends in these passing recent years of youth.
I have taken the toll that life has had in place for me.
I reminisce it all now,
I felt so alone, still feel alone.
I remember my pain, I remember my joys,
I still console myself alone.
I notice how everything is not the same,
I realize the happier days of my past themselves cannot repeat.
I know even if they did then I would face it all again.
I forever now accept it all to be an essential part of me.
I'm a portrait of misplaced trust and forced hatred
after false friendships escaped true tracing
through good faith and naive youthful grace
believing no way would close mates be two faced
but hey when you struggle colours change
in failure they tailor a taste to upstage and maintain
your pain so you remain where life shames
showing true pain overwhelming your brain
and mental state while they display window pane
glee happily raising their own social status to places
their own game couldn't claim without you drained
driven insane by the fight you fight in vain
destined to lose and lose again just the same
until you're beaten and their higher up the chain
put the blame on you for falling a way unexplained
as if destined as your fate reflecting your traits
offering a true indication of your place
as a waste of space in place below where they pace
but facades are fake and only ultra lightweights make
toothless toothpaste for tooth ache too fake
a desperate way but hey I rise up out of the flames
success is my aim fuelled by their game to upstage their lame
weak strain of blood in their veins stained shameless
tactics of the talentless and truly brainless
who I trusted never thinking the unthinkable, traitors
The demon spawns temptation in the minds of mortal men
Exposed is their dark desires, lifted from the pits of hell
Evil breeds in the fiery depths of Satan’s beastly lair
Seeds planted to grow in shadowed corners of a heart
Abysmal minds of the frail are openly inclined to accept
blasphemous words angrily spit from irreverent lips
His rancid breath lights a wick that bursts into flame;
a dastardly exploit, a wicked game orchestrated by Bael,
infernal king with power to devour the weak, the frail
The fallen one leaches on mankind’s thirst for lust
Inside a mind he creeps, contorting visions in dreams
A soulless corpse lies where a man reasonably slumbered
encumbered by vile creatures at the Devil's command
Taken by Satan's hand, a life fuels death’s appetite
His Craft forged in the hotbeds of his dwelling place
A two-faced fiend, slayer of men, father of the lie
Skillfully he plies his trade with false promises he's made
His dirty deeds spring from need and jealous greed
No sleep comes to the one trapped in eternal torment
Screams are cries of fear the devil craves to hear
He accepts no alibis; no second chance does he give
There's no escape from the clutch of his sharpened claws
He'll hold you eternally, without resurrection from the grave
Darkness falls from his shadow, across every land
Scoring souls of modern man from depths of their despair.
He seeks the lost and wicked who'll do his sinful bidding.
Fair warning: be mindful when weary and in need of rest
for the Dark One is a bird catcher, waiting to pounce
and capture those he knows he can lead astray

some ladies are annoyed
because boys will be boys
they call it toxic masculinity
based on logic they think they see
feeling there is a need
to teach us boys
how we should be
and that means more pleasant
than we are presently
they say that because they know more
that’s what they say but I’m not too sure
believing they’ve been sent to save us
from our ghastly horrid behaviours
when really they should go away
or understand the way we play
cus they see nastiness in us
interactions torturous
that we banter just because
that's the way been taught to us
by the older males who are horrible
according to these women fools
who fail to understand the difference
between hurtful and hate filled speeches
and banter with our near and dearest
for laughter to make an appearance
through their eyes it’s all just weirdness,
but then again they’ve got no shlong
they ain’t men so they are wrong
don’t like what you’re looking at move along
men and women are not the same
we use humour we call names
while you judge us like we’re insane
then interact just to complain
and tell us our ways can’t remain,
I think you might have half a brain
please remember
we’re different genders
and you can’t mend what you ain’t been
just go on home luv and flick your bean
then try and learn to understand
that men don’t flick they hold in hand
we’ve very different parts on us
and banter isn’t harming rough
because it’s humour look that word up
then look up the word retardedness
that’s you little Miss Marvellous
as you have never been a boy
next time when you feel annoyed
coming our way with your noise
is not a very clever choice
no patience left for your stupid voice
boys will be boys
and since you ain’t one
Bugger off!!
Girls fight behind each other’s backs,
Why don’t you concentrate on that,
not like boys who go face to face,
no, because women prefer to be two faced,
honourless bitterness and all a fake,
behaviour littered with mistakes!
Understand your flipping place!!
Scars can be the sky
The unpleasant pleasantries before I ever tried to please,
One's initial impression,
Pressurised to press against my very mind,
And selfishly dissolve my very sense of self
But scars can be the stars
A dancing dissaray of swift strokes
coordinated like a swift's inordinate slicing flight
In their cumulative crowd, countless in their layers
Swallowing the serene sight of the stationary sky,
Beautiful and bountiful, fizzling- fading out with time
And scars can make up the moon
A collected culmination crisscrossed into a crescent
Calling the collapse and crashing armageddon,
b'tween self and selfless sabotage.
For as tainted tissue fades with age
The unfused flesh skirts the sea of scorned'n scarred skin
A sea of reds, whites, purples
Red as the ragged retch as fresh flesh is surfaced
White as the teeth of a two faced sheep gnawing on a frail fawn
Purple as the bruised hue hailing the eve of the eventide.
Select solitude calling the collapse and sudden relapse
For selfish selflessness hath torn my scorn'd soul to shreds
See not past the unsteady smile marring my malformed maw.
Though, see to it that,
My scars may make up the night
But I will shine unselfishly as myself, during the day.

I never will forget in junior high
this girl who was a two-faced friend of mine.
I can’t remember now the reason why,
but she got mad for something asinine.
She said, “I’m gonna beat you up! Be at
the park, beside the water tower.” She
then told me, “Bet you won’t show up.” That brat
was MEAN! All day I fretted needlessly
of what could be a real bad episode!
So after school with my best friend, I went
And waited for that witch; she never showed!
With great relief, I then began to vent
to my best friend of things that we could do
to that “tough girl” - a chicken through and through!
*True story & dedicated to my junior high school foe, who later
went on to marry (and then divorce) the brother of my BEST friend!

Treacherous two-faced hypocrites
Speak up against one when one attacks you
They'll group together the bully gang crew
They follow like sheep to try to seem cool
Encouraging each other, each torturing tool
Lecture on righteousness, go against it themselves
Bullies own egos stacked high on their shelf
Clever smart answers to try and impress
Wilful nastiness they will not suppress
Pushing, goading with a poisonous tongue
Septic words spoken that can't be undone
Negative words tightens noose round a neck
Friends and families mourn their own dead
Why batter and beat to control and feel strong?
When most know its wicked and morally wrong
No bullying, no tears, no victims to suffer
Kindness, respect - no pain to another.
