"Sight of both eyes lost",...
I wake up in a world of infinite darkness.
My new receptors learnt to succor my woe.
A shadow cast in an illusion of light,
now winks and mocks my scourge.
Asteroids crash deep within my citadel of dreams,
and swirl in a black hole of a pit
usurping a halcyon montage of images.
But within deep eons of my mind,
ionized dust squash together into unknown plasma.
A revolving square of astral grandeur
A new galaxy is born in my nebula..
Rapacious Red and Flamboyant Orange
now brighten all my black to refulgent glory.
Light years away in a sea of new cosmic space,
I search my old love... in my new moon.

Scratch paper of the composer
Is employed for creating song;
It is useful or functional
To correct the words that go wrong.
Scratch paper of the keen author
Is always there for nifty note;
Sublime sentence is quickly penned,
So do the phrase and classic quote.
Scratch paper of the chronicler
Is painted with a short story;
Five Ws and the one H
Areseen the way they used to be.
Scratch paper of the superb scribe
Shares the wisdom and the knowledge;
It shows stellar information
As well as great groovy message.
Let the poet practically
Perfect his craft being writer;
Allow his ink to be with the
Scratch paper of the composer.
Hey little kiddies, have you heard this story
Bout the Teddy Bear who could count up to fifty
Only problem was, the numbers weren't in order
But his Bear friends all thought he was nifty
He'd start out, “one... fifty-two... sixteen... two”
Mama Bear said he was doing just fine
Didn't want to hurt her little guy's feelings
She knew he'd figure it out in good time
“He'll learn them before he grows up,” she thought
When it's important to get numbers straight
Like when he's buying honey for his sweetie
And the store sign says five ninety-eight
At first he would count out nine eighty-five
Now that was too much for the honey
Then he remembered what Mama Bear taught him
And gave the man the right amount of money
You can find him going around counting all day
He goes, “one... fifty-two... sixteen... two”
And laughs when Mama Bear gets all flustered
Then says, “one... two... three... fooled you!”
Who Would Have Thought It!
Only Forty?

Our lives are like and opened book,
from which we all read and learn.
We must always take a serious look,
before allowing It's pages to turn.
For as surely as each day will slip,
we'll become wiser along with age.
It seems our past is a blurry blip,
until we're turning our fortieth page.
As our body ages we may show wear,
like a book that the dog half ate.
We've lost teeth and some even hair,
with most all "Packin" extra weight.
Most past forty need glasses to see,
seems our arms have gotten shorter,
In a recliner, you'll be content to be,
though once considered a sporter.
My intent hasn't been to make you sad,
its just that I thought this was nifty.
And should you at forty think Its bad,
memory loss occurs around fifty.
At times in our past we were down,
with a feeling we couldn't keep pace.
God so gently removed our frown,
while placing us back in life's race.
There's a treadmill in the corner of the room
Gathering dust, gathering dust.
I must get my fat ass on it very soon,
Yes I must, yes I must.
This time my New Year's resolution
I won't break, I won't break.
I'll get into the rhythm and the motion
Till I ache, till I ache.
I need to drop a couple more pounds ... like fifty,
Yes I do, yes I do.
To get back into shape and looking nifty,
But forty would do, forty would do.
There's a treadmill in the corner of the room
Gathering dust, gathering dust.
I need to fit into a swimsuit real soon,
Yes I must, it's Mexico or bust.

After the remote Big Bang cosmic chaos
in infinite void primal dust of matter chose
to cluster in captivating clumps so designed
in ethereal forms of nebula defined.
The cosmic winter’s prolong dark night
illumined in the universal primeval light
of unique stellar creation of sprawling galaxy
ushered sparkling spring of heavenly ecstasy.
In the celestial singular celebration
from the tapestry of Scorpius constellation
flew million light years in the deep space
the butterfly nebula with the cosmic grace.

Eve saw the serpent eat the fruit
and through her sight, he found the route
to the recesses of her mind
then made her think he was so kind.
She heard one speak in tones so sweet
slick words that entered wisdom’s seat.
So, through the portal of the ears
she was suckered by Satan’s jeers.
Satan seeks access to our mind
His goal is to deceive and bind.
And when at last he gets his way
He treats us like lions treat prey.
Guard well the access to your mind
Let not allurements make you blind.
If you would make Jesus your Lord
Then you must sever Satan’s chords.
The doors you once opened to him
which made you subject to his whim
You now must close and bid him leave
If you to Christ desire to cleave.
Be mindful of the things you watch
The Devil seeks your soul to catch.
Through movies and music, he sets
His trusty traps and nifty nets.
To sight and sound, scent, touch, and taste
demon possession can be traced.
Once Satan gains access to the soul
He seeks his victims to control.
Satan seeks to steal, kill, and destroy,
To this end, he designs his ploys.
Jesus offers you, life and peace
He longs Satan’s chains to release.
His eyes tired with endless sights
Against web's background whites,
Heavied by seas of tips and dots;
All spun and cast by lifeless bots.
His ears deaf to loudest bangs
Listen still to thundering gangs,
Detailing zillion wares of worth;
All distinguished by fiscal math.
His lamed limbs yet peregranate
Between countless errands' bait,
Each more vital than the previous;
Fettered by cords fizzling devious.
His breath and total being all sore
Last collapse under fatiguing woe,
Every ghoulish groan more piteous
Than doom's under-soil enclosures.
And sigh not for he has lived.
Pen eulogistic elegy trimmed
With nifty poets' finest tropes,
On one who nursed tall hopes.

Generation gap, but Rents would go with the flow,
Wiz kids never lost their Wig,
