Love in love with love keeps no score,
etching bliss burns in weary heart
and as God’s grace does so in-pour,
scent of lilacs sees fears depart.
Although we have drifted afar,
love in love with love keeps no score,
on spine’s thirty three stringed guitar,
playing music that makes folklore.
In the boat God Himself does oar,
our soul ascends, though we slumber;
love in love with love keeps no score,
yet we sigh grazed by bliss thunder.
Though we’ve sinned, misty eyes cajole
God to enter through our heart’s door,
that we may feel joyous and whole.
Love in love with love, keeps no score.
FALLEN TRINKET
Swiveling from her ears, dangling starlight. Smile
like a crescent moon, seared into his eyes.
She’s a Mona Lisa, with no fear of flying, slowly
gliding through his glasses ~ a sparkling, dear dove.
She’s soaring through the rainbow clouds. He hears her
joyous flapping, tears like sprinkles on an ice cream cone.
They touch his heart, her red lipstick smeared on his cheek.
The mere scent of her pulse, pounding out blue skies ~
the felicitous cheer of the heavens. She shakes
her head ‘yes,’ as one star falls near his knee, in proposal.
“C’mere,” he grins. They ignore the fallen trinket, as a
diamond appears, stunning the fairies, who fawn over
the rock, from their hiding places. “I love you, m’dear,”
Her hair tousled by sighs of the atmospheric zephyr.
Reflective years would bring children into the fairylight.
Generations would disappear after birthing shooting stars.

FOLLOW PEACE WITH ALL MEN-
There are wars many wars and rumors of wars;
In and out across the hemisphere an waters;
What are these men fighting for;
Oh, and does it matter, yes it matters;
Well, we should follow peace with all men;
Come to the Father;
Learn to just love them;
They are our brothers;
We should just follow peace,
Yes, just follow peace;
Follow peace with them…
People we need to drop the weapons;
We need to engage in joyous hugs;
We need to stop being threatened;
Come together in agape, love;
So sweet,
The peace…
Alleluia!
Come to the Father;
Learn to just love them;
They are our brothers;
We should just follow peace,
Yes, just follow peace;
Follow peace with them…
Follow peace with them…
Follow peace with them…

Written words by James Edward Lee 2019©
Both as Crass and as Callas
As it is to admit openly out loud
I find myself recently trying to reconcile
Why it is I sorely miss much more
Not those amongst us currently here
living I beside
But those who have both sadly moved
and been passed on
I wonder if it is because the dead do
not so much annoy anymore
As apposed to those long already
dead residing besides once happy
joyous memories in ones head
We can talk to them about later on at
night before we go to bed
Because they wouldn't let us get a
word in edge way's or shut up and
stop endlessly going on about
themselves
And I am going on holiday with
said set of individual's tomorrow
As unfortunately they who I am
referring to are my nearest and
dearest family
Whom unlike friends I never got to choose
The transmissions inspire, made of pure white light.
The masters will conspire, to kidnap the night.
To fan the fire of love, and to seize the day.
with help from heaven above, and that golden ray.
Waiting around for the time, that meaningful scene.
When it's said the time is mine, and it's not a dream.
The energy of being, that makes your feet move.
Leaves the most joyous feeling, and you're in the groove.
Words as smooth as liquid gold, to harden the heart.
Those who go and sell their soul, are lost from the start.
What the garden really needs, to be an Eden,
are the flowers not the weeds, and love to feed-'em!

Once upon a time
Lived a child's rhyme
The magic we believe
Every Christmas Eve
Tucked into my bed
Prayers all said
Comfy, cozy, warm
Gentle kiss from Mom
Door open just a bit
Window candles lit
Couples now arrive
House becomes alive
Voices all drift near
Name them as I hear
Doorbell keeps ringing
Wishes they're bringing
All shed their jackets
Such a happy racket
My parents' best folks
Sharing stories, jokes
Finger foods and eats
Eggnog, fondue, treats
Food utensils clink
Ice cubes in drinks
Laughter by the barrel
Stereo playing carols
Footsteps in the hall
A joyous time for all
Listen for Dad's laugh
(And his better half)
Such comfort to hear
They're happy and near
Colors, shadows, more
Dance under my door
House of Christmas joy
A drowsy, happy boy
Mind drifts off to sleep
In a memory I'll keep
To warm me in the cold
And write a poem of ...
When I'm old.

The embodiment of the unique existence,
life is the construct of the transient elements,
that design the plethora of perishable patterns
within the ephemeral mundane body-mind entity.
Beneath the sensual surface of mortal perception,
mind transitorily shapes the innate images of awareness
on the fleeting screen beyond the frontiers of sensitivity
within the quintessence of corporeal being.
The perception layers are crossed in inward journey
to discover the divine lotus blossoming within,
where the joyous music of freedom is heard beguiled
in the serene depth of sublime silence.
As the absolute truth emerges from the acuity crypt,
the embedded beacon of insight in the existential recess
turns into the inspirational divine luminosity,
harmonized with the radiant exuberance of existence.
In the live network of intricate unassailable design,
layer on layer, the enlightened psyche is stratified,
the divine strata of the innate discernment align,
with the unique sagacious patterns of awareness.
When the immanent senses bloom as the acumen lotus,
the vision of soul unbound by the limits of perspicacity
gets focused by the lens of transcendent consciousness,
suffused with the spiritual perception of the supreme.
Seems long ago - a distant time, at first when I saw you
My heart did leap within my chest; was love to spring anew?
I should have known, I couldn't see, enthralled I was with you
The guard that was upon my heart had lifted and withdrew
When from the start our passion flowed - so intimate were we
We'll stand a test of time and stay as close as two can be
Long walks beneath the twilight skies and joyous times we shared
We spoke of secrets buried deep and still our passion flared
Betrayal! sudden and complete - a knife has pierced my heart!
Your other "lover" on the phone?!? You Cheater!! It's time to part!!
Oh ache, oh heartache go away; sweet sleep, please come to me
These tears, these rolling tears must stop - I need to be set free!
How sad it is when love runs cold; Loves' flames die down and wane
The mind is filled with memories; the heart is wracked with pain
Too long I've felt this emptiness in finding you untrue
And though I'm filled with sadness now - I'll cry no more for you
Love is a calling
Let me be the Romeo you need in this hour;
Let me be the one to bring you flowers.
Let me stand hand in hand with you beneath the shower;
With you in my sights, I could never be dour.
If love is the game, then by all means play on!
In film, in poetry, in life and in song!
Let hatred be scorched and banished from loves eyes;
Be joyous! Be happy! Don’t worry or despise.
For u2 shall find love, if you wait a while;
If all else fails, love will help you raise a smile.
I bring good tidings to the empty of empathy;
And I spread love all around.
Love can never become a bullet, a paintball maybe;
The laws of nature leave love and happiness, eternally bound.
We are all seekers of love and love forever evolves;
Loves existence cannot be denied, even in the coldest of souls.
Every foot on the planet is hoping to move forwards towards love;
So who are you to give up?
Love is waiting out there for you to give it a hug.
Love loves to hug;
Love loves to be loved.
Love is waiting;
Love is a calling.
Lovers love to love.
