My Miracle Original in Turkish, Mucizem

**Original in Turkish**

Mucizem

Levent, bir rüzgâr gibi esti dünyama,
Esintisiyle savurdu karanliklari.
Bir adadaki isik gibi, yolumu aydinlatti,
Oksijenim, havam—nefesim oldu varligi.

Gelecegimi çoktan bilen büyüleyici bir ruh,
Ovis’te oturmus, beni bekleyen bir kalp.
Evren sesimi duymus,
Ve mucizem, atesin isiginda dogmustu.

Ince düsünceli, titiz ve zarif,
Ceylan gözlerinde bin hikâye sakli.
Seker suratinda bir gülümseyis,
Hem masum, hem de biraz muzip.

Tatli bir afacan, gözlerinde isik,
Hem kibar, hem de biraz yaramaz.
Tanidigim adamlarin en güçlüsü,
Ayni zamanda en romantik olani da o.

Sen bir mucize gibisin,
Yeryüzünde var olan en nadir sey.
Bana güç veren, yolumu gösteren,
Gözlerimde parlayan en güzel isiksin.

Hiç hayal bile edemeyecegim kadar gerçek.
Bana her aninda hayati hatirlatan,

M oment by moment the hours tick by,
I n each one I wonder and ask myself why,
S ince you have left me I feel so alone,
S o utterly empty when I should have known,
I nviting you into my heart wasn#t wise,
N ot when I knew you had other ties,
G one now the laughter of warm Summer days,

Y ou took them all with you, not wanting to stay.
O nly you coulld get under my skin like you did.
U ntil you came along I was just a big kid.

T hen I met you and everything changed,
E xcept for the fact that you were estranged,
R ecently leaving a home and a wife,
R evealing to me you still wanted that life.
I n all that you said and all that you did,
B ut I wanted you so I put in my bid,
L ike a fool I gambled my all and I lost,
Y ou were honest with me and well worth the cost.

                                                                           Judy Ball

Don't ever let yourself get caught up in an affair.
When it's over it's just not worth the pain and embarrassment.
If someone is married they are off limits and if you are married you are not free to sample the other stuff out there.
You could lose everything for a cheap, very temporary thrill.
Let cooler heads prevail and don't let your loins think for you.

This poem was written to convey this message.
It is , however pure fiction so don't feel sorry for me. ;)

Justice

I
Justice from heaven: low threshhold
Evidence on earth, different!
Spirit witnesses against unbelievers
Unless Jesus is the one we KNOW
Since the Cross made Pure Lamb pay

Such a huge price (Heaven's credit card)
Allows payment for unlimited number
Value the realtionship (with cardholder)
Except U enjoy relations with Him, U can't
Share in the justice he bought; slaves he freed

NOTE: the first 4-5 readers saw sausage being made. It ain't pretty.
I had not completed this POST or ENTRY, but posted as I wrote ... too often a longer poem gets lost in cyberspace by the time I select CATEGORIES or hit "post poem" icon/ key. My apology.

II Some Bible Basics: background
God gave Adam all but did withhold
The tenth (tithe?) in trees, seed
So Heaven judges all Humans guilty
If we miss one commandment
Heaven's out: a miss is as good as a mile

When Jesus paid, it's like rent, mortgage:
If u know the one who paid, U don't pay twice
The parent or guardian pays for a home
But since they are related, the kids don't pay also!
Basic lesson of Jesus: love grace, not justice -
For me: I love saying: Jesus is God's face of Grace

Showing You the Way

S-eventeenth September
H-e had shown you the way;
I-n the midst of darkness,
R-ight path God did display.
L-ord had shown you the way,
E-ven though you didn't ask;
Y-our eyes were widely opened to realize your holy task.

D-ivine God showed you the way
O-f entering the heaven's gate;
N-ever did you ignore the Father's call,
D-enied not the Lord's love so great.
O-ne God had shown you the way, by disclosing His master plan;
N-o other means to reach the crown, but to obey God's design for man.

M-aker had shown you the way,
A-lthough you didn't seek;
R-evealing the hidden mystery,
K-illing the devil's deceitful trick.

D-espite the transgression,
A-lmighty made you His servant;
R-eforming you into a new man
U-ntil you emerged triumphant.
I-n spite of the status in life, God chose you to be His child;
S-ince the beginning of the world, He is so merciful, tender and mild.

P-rowling lion-like devil
I-s roaming around daily;
C-reating confusion and chaos,
H-e snatches the man from the Almighty.
A-fter listening to God's words, close your eyes and pray;
Y-our heart though must be opened for God is always showing you the way.

I Promise

T-here is every reason to live with people in harmony,
Y-our spirit, soul and body will have amity of mind;
O-bviously to maintain maximum relationship;
K-nowing fully well that you are dust;
O-nto dust you shall return one day, in
S-epucher with surrounded crypts;
U-nder the creator’s feet to autopsy your acts

A-ccept my apology, for today is my birthday.
O-h, be glad because I’m still alive to this day.
N-ever do I want to hurt and bruise friends on media.
D-on’t just feel or take my annoying rants serious,
O-pportunity is here to mirror out my shameless shame;
H-opping not to allow the sky grows dark in the hearts of friends;
E-liminating potholes that dent my image to cause depression;
M-aking people’s frown turns down their smiles into a unique style;
B-ecause birthday increases the number of years you lived on earth;
A-nd decreases the number of years you are to live on earth.

M-arch twelfth is a spectacular day, so I have to
O-ffer myself to friends about my deeds,
S-ince I’m nothing but a human with short comings;
E-rroneous and wrongs identified by friends,
S-hall not be repeated again for that I promise.

Premium Member Army Soldiers: Army of the USA

America's bulwark, strong and true,
Resolved to defend, the red, white, and blue.
Mighty warriors, brave and bold,
Years of service, stories paroled.

Since '75, a nation's might,
On fields of battle, day and night.
Loyalty and honor, their guiding star,
Defending freedom, near and far.
In every conflict, they stand tall,
Embracing duty, answering freedom's call.
Ready to fight, for liberty's flame,
Sacrifice and courage, their noble name.

All through history, their valor known,
Rising to challenges, never alone.
Modern heroes, with hearts of steel,
Yearning to shield, the public's zeal.

Onward they march, with purpose and pride,
Fighting for justice, on every tide.

The Army's strength, a powerful force,
Heroes among us, taking their course.
Every soldier, a testament to might,

Unity and valor, shining bright.
Serving with honor, a legacy grand,
All across the land, a helping hand.

Ince St Child

Ince St. Child
by Michael R. Burch

When she was a child
in a dark forest of fear,
imagination cast its strange light
into secret places,
scattering traces
of illumination so bright,
years later, she could still find them there,
their light undefiled.

When she was young,
the shafted light of her dreams
shone on her uplifted face
as she prayed . . .
though she strayed
into a night fallen like woven lace
shrouding the forest of screams,
her faith led her home.

Now she is old
and the light that was flame
is a slow-dying ember . . .
what she felt then
she would explain;
she would if she could only remember
that forest of shame,
faith beaten like gold.

This was an unusual poem, written in my youth, and it took me some time to figure out who the old woman was. She was a victim of childhood incest, hence the title I eventually came up with. Premium Member Howling Wilderness

High winds have come to a land remote and wild.
Oak leaves tremble in the black of night
While critters to the underbrush for the present are exiled.
Like a giant thrashing fiend, wind roars with all its might,
Increasing in intensity as if something got it very riled.
Not many birds will still remain where there is great height.
Gone into thick shrubbery, they’ll hide away tonight.

Wolves huddle together, for they are clever.
Into their dens they go or seek shelter in other spots they find,
Lest things worsen, however,
Dogs of the wild won’t leave any of their pack behind.
Emitting long howls, they communicate.
Rolling thunder proves the whipping wind is more than scowling.
Not too soon will the wailing tempest’s tantrum abate.
Every wolf joins the wind in prolonged persistent howling.
Since the fierce fiend has now begun screeching like a banshee,
Scintillating stars tonight the wilderness won’t likely see.

Premium Member Life's Mysteries - Revised Yet Again

Live and learn; that is what all humans do.
Illumination of the mind may not
Flow quite as much as we would like it to.
Enlightenment forever man has sought.
Some things, however, we can’t know for sure.

Man searches for the truth of what things mean,
Yet often he is met by some detour
Since certain things man simply cannot glean,
The “ALL” of which are called life’s mysteries.
Evolving, man has solved things that were once
Riddles, but solved, these riddles gave life ease.
In otherwordly things, man is a dunce.
Elves, UFO’s, or where (on death) we go -
Such things folks claim are true we crave to KNOW!

Unstoppable Force

One foot in front of the other,

Listening to the Mother.

Rumbling and tumbling,

Through the water.

And thought about,

The path it sought.

Since it began,

A trickle in the sand.

A puddle on the land,

S?ince time began.

Winding and Flowing,

Finding its way.

Eroding and growing,

Never knowing,

Where it's going.

Bestowing life,

T?o all along the way.

A path now showing,

It'll never sway,

Stays the course.

Patiently waiting,

Building up force.

A persistent existence,

Going the distance.

The path of least resistance,

Can change in an instant.

Is life any different?

Unstoppable,

Flowing freely.

Controllable,

Packaged neatly.

Who will you be?

Contained, trained,

Refrained from its domain.

Or connect together,

Let our river of life,

F?low on forever.
