A Sad Story Told From a Battlefield

He didn’t have a native land,
therefore, he had no reminiscences of any sort,
neither good nor ill, other than reckless killing
at the battlefield where he was compulsorily taken into
and deployed to fight unwanted fight: the legend of warmhearted provisions provided in the name of el Cid Rodrigo Diaz De Vival
to the foes is only the beautified story of Castile.

The Faithfulness that even risks own life for fidelity is
though lonely one’s heart’s desire, he knew not the friendship
for he lived the life without a friend other than ghastly cry of tottering, collapsed, crawling and mutilated bodies of neither to call the enemies’ nor friends’: the beautiful friendship that of Pythias and Daimon is
the drifting clouds above the Sicily, it is the fancy of dearest wish,
the concocted tales that to honor the tyrant of Syracuse.

He didn’t have a home; therefore, he doesn’t know what is the love,
other than the deep wound of maternal love he saw at the battlefield;
the grief that of an old woman who was holding her slain son in her arms
with absent-minded, who was washing the blood off
from the slaughtered son’s face with tears: it is the horrifying myth
of Persephone who can only able to have a stillborn child.
It is the dark shadow of the daughter of Demeter who goes back and forth
along the other side of Styx counting days till spring is to come.

He didn’t have wife, therefore, he lived his life without knowing
what is the intimate love, other than touch of a foreign woman
who sales long kept chastity for a loaf of bread in the gathering darkness;
who weeps alone in the ruin at the roadside where
the cannonade booms to deafen the air: it is the shadow of the curse
on Oedipus who though able to solve the riddle of Sphinx
able not to flee from the irony of life. It is the damnation on the king of Thebes, who roams in the darkness led by two tender aged daughters.

None Of This Would Have Ever Happened

If we had kept our feelings to ourselves
and avoided stranger's eyes doubting us,
none of this would have ever happened;
this secret should have remained sealed.

We wanted to lead a personal life,
stay out of the limelight, feeling free;
we sworn fidelity as husband and wife,
built a house and dreamt by the sea.

We are sure nothing would ever happened,
honoring our vows, making them stronger;
what excites us is being near and together,
growing in trust, joy and love until our end.

Oh, it has come to our attention
that happiness is not worth losing
over dreams without realization:
all it matters is never stop giving.

Very little is gained by showing vanity,
let's pursue this path with dignity;
nothing will ever happen without desire...
if our conviction can't withstand time.

Beyond the Veil

Sacral veil that shrouds bright hopes, dark fears
Screening altar that christens so deep a bond
Scrolled with the innocence of carefree years
Sacrificial shutter signifying all self-serving interests will abscond
Separating from the corporeal ties that correspond
Shade shielding truant desires from the dawning light
Mantle that merges burgeoning stems into fertile frond
Curtain hiding fawning beauty; maiden's honor not to spite
Mysterious tapestry woven to purposely slight, then seemlessly delight
Universal symbol sanctioning fealty, consecrating fidelity
Satin awning whose placid eaves opprobrium doth disquiet
Temporal cloth lifted; two souls span the bridge to immortality
Ceremonial threads relegated to the scrapbook of blanching time
Cherished patent that spawned a new love in it's prime

Do not let the dawn, that tirelessly heralds light, slip from your arms,
The man who sows fidelity with the thread of time, his honesty clear as crystal.
He, who launches flying doves bearing messages of "Good morning" and "Good night,"
Do not let him flee, for he asks, "How’s your day, how does your heart beat?"
Even in moments that seem mundane, he is the one who always stretches forth his thought to touch you,
Moment by moment, day by day, like a shepherd of stars who watches over your inner moon.
Proud ones may blossom in your path, faces carved out, with deep pockets and plaid pleated in gold,
But they, in their rush, do not weave with pale hands memories like your favorite cloak.
Do not wither the crown of rays he has crafted with trembling hands, a treasury of giving both minor and grand,
He who digs his kingdom beneath your steps, wants you as a queen in the palaces of shared moments.
Do not leave him on the altar of forgetfulness for newly gilded illusions, for behind the shine may lurk emptiness,
Keep him in the temple of your heart, for the guarantee of happiness is not found in the fleeting smiles on a temporary face.
Let not the man who with each word tells you he cherishes get lost in life’s grand weave,
For he is the binder of your days, the one who keeps the seams of simple, beautiful joys intact.
Cherish him who chose to be a bearer of beauty and generous in secure arms,
Like not a tear forgotten at sunset to sink, let him shine, for perhaps another will know how to see him, if you do not give him his place under the sun.

I Can Make You Feel Beautiful

God didn't make you a great beauty,
but I adore your glow of feminity;
charm me with those smiling eyes,
start the passion in me before it dies!

I can make you feel beautiful inside
and erase the doubt of uncertainty...
when I could start to flirt with girls shamelessly,
take me down from my heaven and face reality!

Would I love another who's more irresistible'?
Could ever I trade you and your fidelity?
If I did that: I'll be coming down too quickly,
and the hurt I'll cause would be unforgivable!

I can male you feel beautiful by holding you close,
never feel unworthy of my manly tenderness,
never miss my touch in moonlight or darkness...
when I search for your lips with the aroma of a rose!

“Having somewhere to go is home. Having someone to love is family. And having both is a blessing.” From “Family Love Quotes”

Fueled with fidelity flames of faithfulness-fervor
Around altruism’s ardor against apathy’s ailment
My family meets, maximizing moments toward meaningful memories
Inspired… invigorated… by parents’ influence
Love-led through the Lord* midst life-lessons’ liberating light...
Yielding young home buddies; yet yearning for yesterdays.

*Psalm 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

I Bespeak To Let Me Go

I bespeak to let me go
On my quest to find my destiny
Subsist my own enduring
Where my true self wants to live

You and before you
Words were said and deeds were done
None to stop none to object
Why am I your guilty subject?

Your natural tendency
Is to devour my identity
So fragile, so docile
You know I'll never speak

I'm looking out for the silver lining
I can see the stallion among the clouds
You just need to let me go while I'm still young
Trust me I can do it alone

Its now or never
The autumn has begun
Before the spring comes
I want to be home in all my flourish

I beg your fidelity
Let me prove myself
Taint will not be your glory
I promise you father.

Love and Rhyme Captured In Poetic Paradigm

Our lives center around love, dreams and a common wish to be forever surrounded by happy (and for the poet, poetic) themes. Just close your eyes and set yourself free! Escape to that place where Light & Happiness unites with Love & Eternity. A meeting that can only take place when you flee the social confinements this world and our society often impose. Look forward to a happiness that is within your power to create-- Be the master of your own destiny!

A bird of hope and love takes flight, and with it dreams can soar to an even greater height. Where there is a will there is a way, for love to finally stay. Although it might have journeyed far and wide, its wings never saw rest, yearning for its true loving nest. The place where fidelity exists, because love persists. A place where bonds of affection remain unbroken and a lifetime of happiness is all that's spoken. And all that remains for us to do is choose--choose to pursue that path of flight, where truth and friendship never fight. Then, and only then, will you find your days in this world to be filled with calm and serenity and a Great Light---The Light With No End!

Angel Michael

Tree,
Like to be the idol Eve,
Fallen thinking,
Teen,
Nevertheless, she is queen, princess,
I'm the angel of shame for her,
Stopping the deluge, cataclysm,
In human energies,
With personalities,
The services,
Gabriel, the angel of fidelity,
Stay help me, please,
Raphael with the medicine,
Against this fallen thinking of Pharisee,
Eve, by shame, was stopping here,
Not Judas Iscariot and Caiaphas even on knees,
The service of forerunner precursor Elijah priest,
"Angel of wilderness", the mantle like the wings,
On John, Jonah, and Elisha in the same mission,
From Apocalypse,
Born in anguish,
Joy of black night shining, sweet,
When I hear the voice of Virgin Mary,
Which, the New Eve, arrives pregnant by Jesus,
Open celestial door I see.

A positive impact on others

Gratitude suffuses me today
at prospect to plumb the depths
of a fledgling friendship
(respecting fidelity to wife)
even one bound
within the parameters of cyberspace,
I feel courtesy your amazing grace
figuratively stitching omnipotent binding
with virtual satin and lace
proceeding cautiously to experience
belonging to human rat race.

Night and day, a thrashing
like an invisible whiptail
surge van hail,
doth swell me bosom
excruciatingly, doggedly blackmail
capriciously be-numbingly,
aggravatingly assail
mine conscience in
what paltry pale
capacity of this gamboling male,
I can "pay forward,"

whatever means shale
be moost apropos avail
to offset bewail
ling (internal psyche doth ale
hankering) against utter
lifetime (mine) peppered
with emotional, physical
and social destitution
bereft, viz fail
ling to maximize inspiration
reverberating as vibrant detail

lacking even justa minimum
desire to live
(visa vis no way
discover ring, nope nar even
"FAKE" king minuscule appeasement
of my body, mind,
and spirit triage during)
hell...shove (shelve) aside
such gloriously noble benighted role,
amidst upending folktale
re: King Arthur and His Knights

of the Round Table
futilely searching for holy grail,
where steadfast conviction
emboldens this heart and hale
spirited mindful,
sincere hard drive spurs
(neigh saying horse
sense of mine),
where ambition saddled
to air (dan sing) quailing,
yen propelling (yours truly),

with sincere humanitarian,
(i.e. blood driven)
philanthropic spiritual zeal,
I tried to unveil,
this reasonably rhyming thumbnail
sketch poetically versatile
within this spurious verse despite
any trials undermining travail
rather mine heart felt genuine
motive fueled by impetus
to contribute within e kale

logical, fizzy hollow gee, humanity,
with integrity, magnanimity,
and quality fervency,
while still adept, adroit,
agile, and alert,
(cuz America needs more lerts
to become great again)
ironically steel tougher than
nine inch rusty nails,
duh pleating ability dovetail
to bug (or wug) gee wholesale.
