Lady Claire of Ireland twasnt supposed of?
Dual citizenship misnomer
She's walking on broken glass
Does your company fancy the lust?
Rhonna Channing was laid to die in a diaper in the streets of thousand oaks California
Emaciated Doe
Served Notice Laws
Unlawful dwelling on a matter
As privilege to collect speech
Against better measure of tenure
It is that season again
When men are men
In the upper class ready to defend
Their social status as leaders
With innocent images of being sweeter
Finding ladies to be courted
Despite not being able to afford it
Girls flip the magazine pages
While their beaus make their wages
For one evening out
Acting mature looking good no doubt
They call it a formal dance where the chivalry carries the gentlemen lance
Escorting their ladies
Who were childhood mate tees
Filled with beauty talk they have that certain walk
Onto the dance floor
Innocent romance in store
Prom night is here and trying not to sneer
Since it is good bye to friends
After thirteen years together in one community of academic social mends
It is your stand, your plan to take command
Kids no more saying kindly adult hood open the door
Her name was Regret, with a rocket step
She was chestnut flashing, released lightning
In a century past, an age of side saddles and corsets
She was feminism set free, blazing down racetracks
She matched the undefeated wind
Besting the boys, again and again
Her arduous suitors, fools for the chase
Fell, one by one, under her pace
And, left to shade of golden wings flown
Had to settle for escorting her home
She was the first queen to display the red
Of Kentucky Derby roses around her head
Her exploits so adroit, she won her peers
And named American Horse of the Year
Her place in racing legacy, set
Not bad for a filly named Regret.
(in 1915, Regret was the first filly to win the Kentucky Derby)

Poem of the Day

Unnerving silence filled the air a gloom
settling and deepening with almost complete darkness.
Storm crept within tightly packed and a bite becoming irritated through an angry filled breath with a vicious voice eased back white, yellow, orange lighting.
Fiery blooms, rough quite a sight to see so high in the sky continuously changing.
Orange fire and flickering light reflecting upon the valley
once, twice a wrenching feel escorting wet droplets of rain.
Silence was interrupted seconds later with ardent fury;
lighting once more shaking everything through and through.
Horrific freezing rage and bright lights danced while the lion filled the air with anger.
Thunder rolled across the sky,
it couldn't stop opening the stage once more fueled by adrenaline.
The Thunderbolts were out-of-control of pure terror
plummeting connecting and sinking into the soaked soil.
A surprisingly calm came over and soothed the storm within
moving on with a view off the top of the fringe trees and blue sky beyond.

We didn't wish to climb afar and face rattlesnakes.
Sanguine torrents cling to an impact for life's sake.
A ferrous soul gulps to be coveted as I decry.
Pearl Rivulets will smile if my name arises after I die.
Horrific epiphany may I be an independent man?
Having the charm of a heart to incite a warm span.
How could I escape the cryptic cenotaph misery?
And how my life can brim vermilion vesication jittery.
Escorting as a scarlet orb underneath the surface?
A rebellious breach of nectar threatens my life.
That elevated me from Venus thrall to strife.
Yet the battle was doomed to fail furnace.
O bestow upon me a heart of gold.
Through the tangled web of stings, withhold
And relieve the pollen pain that keeps me down.
Raising the radius of a field by slowing the iris crown.
I have a jar of venom at Fastigium or Acme.
Pulchritude lips fall on a mirror in front of her.
Etching her jailed irade within a tenebrous lair.
I can't bear her veil of solipsism to drag me.
My feral nature shatters reality into a kaleidoscope.
None will offer a free zenith or a thrilling scry scope.
I will be driven into styx abyss if I sit and dream.
Rage will ruin me as soft linen on the insane seam.
Ferrous flavor fetches my soul into a frightful scoff.
My zenith is over; I am ready for an elf metamorph.
My lost spirit is drifting away in the maelstrom.
After pure bliss, it's time to escape this chthonic dorm.
Songs of resistance
are love songs.
Anthems sung together from churches
and temples
to town squares
and capital sold-out markets.
Sounds of acquiescence
are cowering silence
suffered alone
through long and lonely nights
of fear and anger.
Great lovers
prefer to sing
in full harmonies
and resonant octaves
of sound
and loving light,
whether resisting
persisting
or assisting
escorting
affirming love's compassioned notes.
We sing
when climbing up jacob's ladder
together.
When climbing down
we feel alone,
are silent
and live in sorrow
for love life's absence.
Silent majorities and minorities
reassure bullies
and defenders of plutocracy.
Resistance songs
are love medicine
fear-mongerers fear,
yet need the most.
Mind is stratified in the maze of complex design,
in all living beings the strata of different hues align,
making the unique psychic patterns not ever unified,
in the maze of complex design, mind is stratified.
In the fold of mind’s layers many dark secrets hide,
probing search can’t find them from the world outside.
The reticent subconscious silent mind never cares,
many dark secrets hide in the fold of mind’s layers.
I am a lonely prisoner, captive of my own making,
all known faces in the memory lane I see receding.
A cocoon of introvert seclusion coiled by senses inner,
captive of my own making, I am a lonely prisoner.
It’s only me, turning to a Narcissus, I always see,
the luring mirage escorting my deserted heart thirsty,
that reflects on the enticing lake of the oasis of ecstasy,
turning to a Narcissus, I always see, it’s only me.

For Brian Strand's Contest : Completely Your Choice (20)
Such a romantic evening
Both engrossed in watching
A movie in the theatre
Naturally ‘together’
He occupies the aisle seat
Away some 20 feet
She’s on his left extreme
In between
He messages
In response
She blows kisses
Movie over
They head for dinner
Yes, candlelight dinner
Soft music and sound
Perfect background
Sitting across each other
Lost in chewing and chomping
Can’t bother
Sumptuous food
Getting them into the mood
The long awaited date finally on
Her company so captivating
Four hours already gone
She glances at her watch
‘Oh Gosh!’
He asks for the bill
Now notices
She’s dressed to kill
The bill arrives
Dues paid, off they drive
She in her Honda City
He in his dad’s Maruti
Escorting her all the way
Telling himself, ‘What a fabulous day!’
Reaches home
Hears a ping
Her message read-
“Thank you for everything
Wonderful time spent
In this age of social distancing.”
The sea scatters oyster shells on its shores,
adorning Gaia with its treasured gifts.
Oysters have shed pearls since the dinosaurs;
seeding sandy beaches between tide shifts.
Mother-of-pearl colors a glassy sky
as Dawn merges with the blue of the sea.
And time is in no hurry to slip by,
escorting endless waves ashore carefree.
Sol's light gilds the sand, and gold filigree
set with quartz crystals sparkles in the sun.
And an oyster open for all to see
proudly holds a pearl that Nature has spun.
The sea bestows its riches on the Earth,
where humans can appreciate their worth.
Purgative debacle debilitated me December 18th, 2020
Hoop fully adequately explains
source of odoriferous dry rot,
ye possibly smell, I jot
within this reasonable rhyme
without putting Johnny on the spot
my absence NOT attending fellowship,
today December 20th, 2020
albeit remotely, cuz off to bathroom
I frequently needed to trot.
Athwart porcelain goddess
at aforementioned date
bare with me rear potty talk,
I profusely apologize
concerning offal topic
wasting proctology boilerplate
nevertheless, quite a disaster
concerning mine excretory freight
said irritable bowel syndrome
necessitated I hydrate
and fast, thus yours truly
spent no time to judicate
nor analyze why rectum
severely overactive of late,
but aside from
lower gastrointestinal discomfort,
I also experienced linkedin symptom
namely upset stomach felt nauseate.
The power of mind over matter
slowly emerged inside anguished pate
physical unwellness across entire body electric
essentially, laterally, and unstintingly did radiate
and sucker punch ground zero i.e. solar plexus
fall out on par with mushroom cloud trait
unleashed courtesy nuclear warhead
without a shadow of doubt ability to function
even on primal level unwellness did vitiate.
Impossible mission to implicate
predilection to experience panic attack
whereby mine entire psyche did crack
blowing major fuses analogous to ENIAC.
In 1942, physicist John Mauchly proposed
an all-electronic calculating machine.
The result was ENIAC
(Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer),
built between 1943 and 1945—the
first large-scale computer to run
at electronic speed without being slowed
by any mechanical parts.
Yours truly entertained no mood
to jump figurative gun
taking no time to think and brood
and shoot from the hip
(perhaps while partially nude)
(regarding sharing his antithetical thoughts
within break out groups)
virtual bodyguards escorting out this dude
possibly unintentionally antagonizing
listeners buzzfeeding misinterpreting
weaponizing commentaries assembled crude
easily mistaken for flak, I sincerely eschewed.
