I thought I saw a nasty cat!
I did. Oh fancy that!
Sylvester I must tell you,
You're a very naughty cat!
I also have to say
That you are terrible at maths!
You miscalculate your aims
That's why you fall face down - Ker-splat!
You misjudge your target.
You only realise mid your jumps.
You're very sorry for it now
'Cause your head is full of bumps!
Granny sure insists
That you must have your rest.
But if you fail to catch me soon,
You'll have a cardiac arrest!
Can't you see with both of us,
Granny feels so blessed?
So why do you keep putting
Her affection to the test?
Sylvester I want you to know
That I'd like our feud to end.
I would like us both to be
The very best of friends.
And though she loves us very much,
Granny will adore us more
If she sees us playing nice
When she walks through the door!
Yes we could be a family
For a long and happy time...
Just remember, once recovered
You'll be on life number nine!

On Twenty Seventh of July
Two Thousand and Fifteen;
Traveled to Shillong at request -
To Indian Institute of Management;
There in an auditorium luminous,
Students and greatest of intellectuals;
While delivering his lecture brilliant,
Only five minutes, lo, ‘Cardiac arrest’!
‘Pulse down’, they said, he collapsed,
The audience stood stunned as though dead.

Hundreds of years ago, people come and go
And out of many occasions where people go
Life was not as plenty before as it is today.
Life then may be hard, but people don't forget to smile everyday.
One day when some people thought of praying and kneeling,
"What is the purpose of bowing or bending?"
Each week, one person from every family goes out and asks everybody around
Every person asked either nodded or said, "I don't know why? I'm just new here and playing around."
Nation as a whole continued playing, kneeling and praying, bowing and bending.
In time, people from every nation thought of something else.
Time and again people started to scare each other to prove that "boring life" is not everything else.
In the modern times, if you don't scare people, you don't care much.
So, scaring people is a sign of love...
if love or life is valued and respected.
How "Halloween" was coined? Think again... you will know the reason why!
To scare and to be scared can be therapeutic for cardiac exercise.
However, it is never intended to hurt, harm or demoralize people. It is a human behavior or habit for some, but was not designed in life
to promote enmity or instigate evil. It should be not be practised
to ignite chaos and never to build tension or heart attack.
(Prosebite)
The streets are angry tonight
traffic ignorant of the punishment inflicted
driving upon their asphalt backs
Sidewalks click clack with a unsyncopated rhythm
footsteps tapping out a nervous pulse
the throbbing heartbeat of a city near cardiac arrest
lights grow brighter as night drips darkness
Into a black ocean sky
overgrown foliage hides a concrete park bench
my slumber berth for the night
The cement mattress is harder than I can remember.
Can't find any reason to complain
It's time to pursue an evasive sleep
Knowing the catch isn't worth the chase
Left only to wrestle treacherous dreams
The author of a broken rest
Car horns, gunfire and screams
Singing a lullaby off key
Bleeding through night's chorus of lacerated voices
in between brief moments of silence
Sneaks the moan of a lonely saxophone
Crying notes to a tune I've never heard before
Although it sounds strangely familiar

It seems that, much to my elation,
they’ve scheduled me for an ablation,
the actual ramification
being no more need for medication.
The actual source of frustration
has been atrial fibrillation;
regularity takes a vacation
and causes a thumping sensation.
Electrical cauterization
shuts down the heart’s over-stimulation
via pathway elimination
of excess cardiac innervation.
‘Twould be nice to see a cessation;
there are certainly good indications -
the hard work and culmination
of research in my generation.
In the process of ideation,
the heart boasts personification,
depicted in fine illustrations
of longing and imagination.
And so, Lord, grant my supplication
and eliminate all consternation,
such that I might thy glorification
continue with much adoration
and improved syllabification.
I fear I'm losing patience in the midst of your neglect,
It keeps hounding me like stations of the cross ...
And a cardiac ablation holds more pleasure, I suspect,
Though the very same dear organ feels the loss.
Six decades have now passed without a sign of amity,
All your focus on my failures and mistakes ...
For eyes like yours are monochrome, incapable to see
What a lifelong search for purpose sometimes takes.
For you success is money, it's how your life is skewed,
But I'll never see this spinning world the same ...
For me there is a balance, heeding all that is imbued,
With much that can't be seen or given name.
I hoped that in our later years we might yet reconcile,
And find a peaceful shore where we'd connect ...
But you now specialize in squeezing grimaces from smiles,
Thus, our waters churn with mutual disrespect.
Oh, I will always love you, as you tried your best to be
A provider who could work and scold and boast ...
But most kids want a daddy who can care and touch and see
That love is what their children need the most ...
And when it's come to such ... you've been a ghost.
* Dementia pulls a number of extraordinary things from everyone, including the patient, and you discover some rather odd emotions throughout the process, one of which can be caring for someone who has never cared for YOU ... love becomes very basic, and keeps all in the proper perspective. *
Dangerous days
Truly , we are living in a world wher life has no guarantee
We have no clue of what's happening in the system.
We are no safe ,The lean people leaving their life through heart stroke.
The young people are suffering from cardiac arrest .
Life has no stability ,now a days..
Dangerous days..
We might be laughing ,standing ,walking but the next moment we are prone to brain stroke ,fell down become unconsciousness ,wake up in the hospital bed.
Dangerous days.
We can't plan our life ,because we might never know of death disturbing us..
Truly ,dangerous days ..
No life has warranty...
We might be proud of technology ,but still no sound knowledge of direction of death..
Technology doesn't stop death ...
We hope for a good days .expecting the life span raise up to atleast 70 ...
Dangerous days..
December Twenty-Seventh 2016
(My journey began)
Written: by Miracle Man
This day, three years ago, I began a journey
that culminated with Sudden Cardiac Arrest
on New Years Day 2017.
God used Open Heart Surgery on December 29, 2016,
and three days hence, Sudden Cardiac Arrest to demonstrate HIS power.
Given little hope, God, in sustaining me glorified Himself,
and my hardship has been a powerful testimony to others.
Hardships can be teaching tools,
and there’s no healing balm comparable to God’s touch.
God often uses disappointments to realign our thinking with His,
and uses harrowing experiences to cleanse and purify our lives.
Jesus brought hope to a lost and dying world,*
and we are chosen to be witnesses of His love
Many years ago, God’s word touched my heart causing me to realize,
that no good deed or social ranking could get me to heaven.
My salvation is a work of god’s grace not of my works,**
My redemption was freedom, gained through being born again.
If He could cause the waves of the sea to be hushed
why should I doubt?
*1 Corinthians 1:18
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”
**EPHESIANS 2:8 KJV
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship,
My Healing Prayer
Written: by Tom Wright
The “Miracle Man”
6/30/2018
Jesus, the Good Shepherd, you’ve heeded another’s plea,
While on the far side knowing, they interceded for me.
You touched my body during Sudden Cardiac Arrest,
Placing me in the low percentile, who survive this test.
You gave sagacity to those who attended me, each day,
Your Spirit was mentoring them, each step of the way.
You know what it’s like to endure pain and even loss,
For you gave your life for my sin, upon a cruel cross.
My cardiologist called me Lazarus, others, Miracle Man,
And at times the Protected One epitomizing God’s plan;
Now I seek to feel useful and productive once again,
And thank you Lord Jesus for your healing touch. Amen.
Burn, Baby, Burn.
I was born in flames
In the screams
In the tears of despair
On grief that never healed
On bodies left broken
On shattered glass and empty hands
Just rage
And night
Burning through their eyes
I was born in fire
Burning with city fever
On July 14th
A night when time froze
Tweny-five hours.
No light
No mercy
Just blackout
A hole with no fireworks
A silence too loud
Dark night
Dark hearts
Cardiac sirens
No trace of kindness
The heroes hid
And “Son of Sam”
Yes, “Son of Sam”
The lover-slayer
Wrote love letters dipped in venom
His poetry
A slow, cruel burn
Each word
A loaded match
Each line
A whispered threat
But even then
Even there,
Something still breathed
I was born in flames
Between a siren’s scream
And a DJ’s scratch
Patching the universe
With stolen vinyl
And holy defiance
I was born in flames...
