God used Open Heart Surgery on December 29, 2016, and three days hence, Sudden Cardiac Arrest to demonstrate HIS power. Given little hope, God, in sustaining me glorified Himself, and my hardship has been a powerful testimony to others. Hardships can be teaching tools, and there’s no healing balm comparable to God’s touch. God often uses disappointments to realign our thinking with His, and uses harrowing experiences to cleanse and purify our lives. Jesus brought hope to a lost and dying world,* and we are chosen to be witnesses of His love Many years ago, God’s word touched my heart causing me to realize, that no good deed or social ranking could get me to heaven. My salvation is a work of god’s grace not of my works,** My redemption was freedom, gained through being born again.
