Mama Squirrel fussed with her curls,
claiming they were “the finest fall swirls.”
Her leaf-crown of gold,
kept slipping in the cold,
Papa strutted like he was king of the squirrels.
Junior kicked leaves in a blaze,
sending showers of amber in playful displays.
Pumpkins lined the scene,
cider steamed warm between,
and the portrait looks like they were a bit crazed.
The three wives of the chief held a meeting.
They came to a consensus on fighting.
Their husband the Chief must make a poster.
To avoid any one of the wife not on the rooster.
These was unanimously agreed at the final meeting.
(Goldilocks)
One bear - two bears- baby makes three,
Mommy making hot berry tea and brie.
Soup is way too hot,
No sleep on a soft cot.
New home and not needing to flee.
(Little Red Riding hood)
Mommy gave me good advice,
maybe I should have listened twice.
A wolf I did find,
lost my love and mind
Now pregnant paying the price.
(The Three Little Pigs)
We are three of a family kind,
except one got caught in the wind.
One got caught by the fire,
he was in a house fryer.
Wanting new homes space aged designed.
there was a young lass named May
whose parents thought a virgin she would stay
one day she missed
then took a test
and said oops I'm in a family way
Xavier, my family doctor, was blunt,
He told me my days were numbered, upfront.
I thought “what a creep”!
Then died in my sleep -
My heart declined to bear the bilious brunt.
I brought her some flowers and red wine
And I hoped that one day she'd be mine
Crept round the back quietly
And I was aghast to see
Her naked with the neighbour, the swine...
"I was just being neighbourly," said he
My ex could not even look at me
I saw her phone and real quick
Took a compromising pic
Then sent it to her friends and family...

We put up the family Christmas tree,
decorated with lights for all to see.
Then, said have you seen the cat ?
Within the branches she sat -
and all day . . . that's where she wanted to be !
As a mom I prayed for forbearance
Been tried with many an incurrence
But when your OCD talking starts
I want to run to other parts
Then Jesus gives me some assurance
He grew up in a town named Haskell,
but his brother was the family rascal.
He took no guff,
Nor did he bluff,
and no one messed with a McCaskill.
Big news! Sponge Bob married Miss Piggy!
Got pregnant and named the kid Twiggy.
Piggy's sauce was the boss,
Twiggy sucked up the sauce,
But, it made Twiggy a bit jiggy!
Her thirst for Piggy's sauce wouldn't stop,
Sucked it down to the very last drop!
Then Twiggy kept yellin',
Her belly kept swellin',
Looked like a seed tick ready to Pop!
Poor Sponge Bob, had no clue what to do,
So, he bounced off the walls till he knew.
Had to drop to his knees,
To give Twiggy a squeeze,
Leaked sauce on herself, Bob, and Mom too!
My family joined a summer outing
So excited for swimming and rafting
Mom got our swim vests with suits
Dad just brought his parachutes
And kept eyes on us, flying and shouting.
April Fool’s Day
There’s still time to find jokes from think tanks
If family offers you a gift say no thanks
Not on April first
Family is the worst
Unless you’re not the brunt of all their pranks
Cinco De Mayo
Come join the fun on Cinco De Mayo
Latinos grab a bat and don’t be shy good fellow
Hang the Donald piñatas
We’ll serve up the Chiladas
Batter up, swing it hard, and aim down low
A relative who used to be a good fit
Has evolved into something we must admit
Has a unique downside
Like a Jekyll and Hyde
Now if you give him a hand, it might get bit
Though frazzled and flummoxed and frayed,
Still, none of it all would he trade.
The father of two
Knew not what to do,
But knew that in love he was paid.
My cousin Vince was no prince you see
Just a bully in the first degree
He'd curse as you went by
Maybe spit in your eye
Or you might get slammed against a tree
Our family knew he was wackadoo
He was our shame and our black sheep too
He might noogie your head
Or just punch you instead
And once he took a pee on my shoe
At last all the locals took offense
And chose to dispose of cousin Vince
It's where it all went down
In our quaint little town
Where they say no one has seen him since
