Premium MemberHappy 60th Birthday

Fifth June 2021 you passed on to glory
Seven days to your 58th birthday
And today as the world celebrates
Your 60th posthumous birthday
Your legacy of love lives on
Your legacy of charity lives on
Your legacy of forgiveness lives on
One life for Christ was all you had
One life for Christ was so dear to you
He was your strength
He was your all
Without Him you would have fallen
Prophet TB Joshua Happy birthday!
May your gentle soul continue to rest in His bosom!

Premium MemberLegacy of Our Dear Father

Legacy of Father prevails
Etched in my heart, never fails
Goodness with truth he implanted
Asserts through virtues imparted
Compassion midst prudence does reign
Yes… such and my siblings did gain.

Optimizing servant-leadership
Father* offered loving fellowship.

Fulfilling roles by the Lord’s grace
Attending to home’s needs always
Tested, tried, triumphant indeed
He is champion of kindness’ deed
Ever-living through his portrait
Radiating peace as best trait.

*Proverbs 3:12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Lord, let your love burn so hot in me
That no hate can abide in my presence,
nor occupy the same space with me.
When I enter phase two of eternity,
May my first phase continue to inspire

May the works of my hands
Build indestructible structures.
May the deeds of my heart
Bind wounds and heal hurts.

May the travels of my feet
Deliver aid and comfort.
May the words of my mouth
Be fitting words, filled with life.

Lord, some things I have not understood;
But I have always known that you are good.
And when you decide that it's my time,
May I leave a trail of Godliness behind.

The Secret

There is a blessed secret,
To glorious not to tell,
So strange yet so familiar,
A mystery known so well.

If you look beyond the sunset,
Just behind the golden stairs.
In a place where dreams find meaning,
The answer to our prayers.

Happy Babes with eyes that sparkle.
Where the Christ shines like the sun.
Happy voices blend together.
And laughing Children run.

Not lost and not forgotten,
They wait for you and me.
Till at last this life is over,
and our Saviors face I see.

Do not worry Momma's coming.
It won't be very long.
It seems I hear the music.
Of that glad Angel's song.

Home Safe

The crowd roared, the batter ran,
The ball sailed through the sky.
" Home safe" the Umpire shouted,
In joyous, loud reply.

The weary soldier in the fight,
His Mother on her knees.
"Home safe," were words she longed to hear,
To put her heart at ease.

We struggle through the darkness.
It's a long and arduous fight.
In weakness and frustration,
We reach toward the light.

Oh Christian journey onward.
And don't forget the prize.
That's waiting, you will find it.
Just beyond the skies.

Just beyond our sorrow.
Our pain and silly fears
"Home safe" He will declare us.
And wipe away our tears.

Raising the Children

Carry the light as best you can.
Whether at home or a foreign land.
But teach your children while you may.
To read the Bible and what to say.

You feed your children and watch them grow.
You send them to school, this we all know.
But teach them to live in the way that is best.
To walk in the way of those who are blessed.

To always be true and know right from wrong,
To remain productive long after you're gone.
Raising your children is a difficult task.
But it's so important and they grow up so fast.

Don't live willy-nilly, watch what you do.
You'll be very happy after you're through.
Someone is watching who hears what you say.
You have to be careful how you live day by day.

For children are born we know that is true.
But that's the beginning the rest is on you.
Babies are sweet, their skin soft as silk.
Babies are born but leaders are built

Madonna's Legacy

Heavenly Mother,
How could you bear to lose your son?
I weep reliving your agony.
Born from anxiety and despair, beneath
My stomach the babe which the State
Will judge and find guilty.
To shackle, beat, enslave, and murder against
My motherly will.

Beginning with you, beloved Mother,
Inherited from mother to daughter
My damnation of motherhood.
Praying constantly unable to stop.
Perhaps my child will be spared?
As I am their mother,
There is no guarantee.

Cursed inheritance, an unbroken shackle,
Hated fate, branded into the flesh of the heavenly son.
Reborn in children who bare his image, thus branded.
The child peers over a shoulder awaiting punishment
Whether they committed a crime or not.
It matters none to the State.

Devoted Mother, how could you know
Your son was not to be the last?
Centuries after his crucifixion, children following
His death and mothers overwhelmed with agony.
The scars on soul and flesh echo over the centuries.
Fresh and deepening, your trauma’s lifespan grows.
Fracturing my heart.

Premium MemberMy Father's Legacy

Godly legacy
trusting Christ always
that’s you, Daddy dear
who instilled in me reverential fear…

Your divine hope
heavenly clear
propped up my faith
to seek the Lord…

Joyously
I greet you
with great thanks…

Happy
Father’s
Day!

*Proverbs 14:26 In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.

Legacy

the stupidest things I ever heard We are no longer a Christian nation and we will never be at war

Premium MemberThe Legacy of Christ

We are His legacy;
We, the untold children
Who have heard about the Cross...

We are emboldened to say His Name
Proudly and without
Fear or loss

Jesus Our King,
Our Warrior in our fight against the Devil
Here, on saddened earth

Jesus, love us,
But we know you do, for you have proved
To us our worth

Premium MemberA Legacy Span

A LEGACY SPAN

Daily my precious gift my one and only life
A life which someday may run old and dry
Everytime it's prick with knife and strife
A continuous battle flaming how or why

A day to be with family then bond
A whole day sharing time with friends
A day to roam, reminisce the land
A Church day to praise and transcend

Sometimes, I will meet and kiss rainfall
However, I shall stand ~ try understand
Over heartaches and a jar painful
I wear my gear and take full command

Each Day, I will first stir the urge
To anyone needing some time
I will share opting not to splurge
To love and care my finest rhyme

A passing day will forever gone
My life sparks with Master plan
All things that's done and undone
My dusts dispels a legacy span

Premium MemberMy Legacy

Of all the things I may acquire in life,
be it fortune or great fame.
The legacy I'd like to leave behind,
would be a Christian name.

I'd like for those who know to say,
that I walked as a Christian should.
And when a hand reached out to me,
I was there to help, and would.

Then should you at my graveside stand,
linger not alone there long to weep.
Neither death or grave have victory o'er me,
I am not here, in death I do not sleep.
