Premium MemberLayered Silence

Layered silence wherein the mists slowly clear,
brings into our cognition, God's sublime light
but if we cling, not flow, these blessings held dear
as with all desires, soon disappears from sight,
for whenever we lend the ego our ear,
consciousness contracts, stifling our heart's delight.
Once we vaporise, ceasing to weigh and size,
nonchalant stance beholds each breath in surprise.

Premium MemberLayered Pain

Deep tunnel of wound gripping
bored deep in sensual strata
surface sheared in excruciating trauma,
sink to petrified depth of unfeeling...stillness
at benumbed bottom of layered pain...placid.

Luminously Layered Lights

Luminous layered lights, dancing through the starry darkness.
Vividly brushing strokes of vibrant shades, jiving to the eerily inducing silence.
Luminously layered lights, Waving through the night, proud and patriotic like a flag, it is natures salute, natures pride being expressed through pure pulchritude.
Luminously layered lights, Illuminating the gloomy atmosphere, lifting you out of the clouds and hooking you into the pellucid light.
Luminously layered lights, Entreating you to trudge through the dense ivory sleet and rocket through the rugged mountainous terrain.
Causing your eyes to glisten with gaiety and face to light up like a searing bonfire, for it is a blessing and a curse, hard to find and difficult to reach but radiating with a permeating elegance.
Luminously layered lights,
swaying through the glacial breeze, always transforming your aspirations, netting your hopes, making them never more dreams.

Life’s layered people

We are born naked

Layered Aches

Strange it looks,
some one crying on winning a race.
He was o loser and a victor.

After such a long fight,
what is left on a banished field ?
broken skulls and roaring laughter,
Everything was crushed under falling snow
of ruthlessness.

And over the fire hangs a skeleton
of past.
The real truth again hides in the
Survivor’s eyes.
There is no witness of any crime.

The court adjournd and the symbolists
rejoice.
Justice has come for a sale.
The highest bidder will get the chair
now
Now will begin the layered aches
in heart.

Layers

Hear – these symbols shape the mourning; I have stated this before – the weight of your
soul is mass entrenched, un-moving, seamless, locked and blended in time—or so it seems
dear brothers few who guide this pen to page; the standards, your age to follow your
stagnant point of view – you are angry at your placement no matter how much you stand and
smile; for miles I have traveled to impart this wording all to do: nothing.
Sit and watch the world pass for it will – with or without you, whether you stand and
shout, whether you sit and cry, weathered-you face unto the rain, unto your neighbor’s
lasting pain unto all that stands restrained, they are simple lists and commands, they
pull the brilliant and the bland, they stave the warm embrace, the needful void – layers
is all, layers do fall to reveal what lies within – that drivel from your chin, that
3-mile stare within; a taping on your head, the valid seasons dread is all writing in the
sand, a smile within the storm, layers clipped and shorn.
