You can acknowledge the emptiness at the core of your being
or go crazy when the world goes crazy.
The numbers of us overwhelm,
an impending tsunami,
my hopeful eulogy about our responsibilities to each other,
2 jobs 2 hobbies,
the biomass in the crosswalks,
fears that rend and own us,
the Muslim-Judeo-Christian condition.
Your soul is immortal,
it exists outside of politics and poker. Just kidding.
Forgotten, forgiven and foregone.
A man’s ego needs no encouragement.
“I’m gonna be huge when I’m dead,” John said
last time we spoke.

Life is fine!
tough
the reward for our colossal imperfections
a back and forth game
the rivers and selfies of an empire
daily low intensity warfare
Good
a gift
not a curse
new, so let go
a veil, thin if one doesn’t believe in mystery
like all things that are forever changing but always remain the same
thriving
enjoying the passage of time
or will be good
but a dream
okey doke, short, a lazy-eyed tiger

Ghetto Good To Go

I’m not your average ghetto schmo,
I’m better than that
Much sharper than those dull D.C. politicos,
me just stating a fact

Another urban legend tidbit,
impo info you should know
Got laid back suburban wit,
I'm ghetto good to go

How do you talk to this Judeo-Africano
in Latin Esperanto?
Ask any of my Hispanic homies,
and head click how I flow

Partnering up with my Asian crew,
they like things going karma kismet
This is what no border brothers do,
from northern Inuit to southern Aztec,

Maybe you still think I’m not legit,
obviously you really don’t know
I got cool hip urban wit,
Me always ghetto good to go

Island ladies and Caucasian cuties,
they touch my heart on the down low
African queens and princess Aborigines,
give me love, not too fast or too slow

Arabic laughter and Jewish smiles,
my twin Pole dwellers are so mellow
Me be a singing cosmopolitan child,
Mr. Harmony be my road good fellow

Did I leave any of my global friends on omit,
holla back, yo ... let this adopted Native Americano know
This soul brotha always gotta come correct,
stay humble ghetto good to go

Premium MemberThe Perfect Year

The perfect year,
two equal halves.
One with leaves
one without.
Forest thinning out.
Bring indoors
swing sets, pools, smiles, thoughts.

Having enough and not much else is a lot.
The transfer of funds is a loving gratitude for work well done.
Not self-sufficient unless self
is defined as family, community and nation.
The world.
Universe.
Thus,

I settle my haunches like a bear content, snug into coming winter.
House will be warm notwithstanding the Muslim-Judeo-Christian condition
not to mention the Hindu-Buddhist vortex.
Searching space
for an entity
to unite us as humanity.
Carbon-based, earthbound
meeting, understanding and absorbing
the clicking, algorithmic logic
of passionately computing species, insects, machines, bacteria.

A world moves only as fast as you think.
If it moves faster you're not thinking, you're it, dead, chemicals redistributed
in an ever more painless process.
What are my feelings exactly?
Systemic joy.
Lovely the logic
we have invented and applied
identifying, specifying, classifying.
It can keep you busy
counting, praying
while all the leaves are falling.

Dear Mrs. Schiavo: Goodbye.

Dear Mrs. Schiavo: Goodbye.
Fifteen years was a long time to die.
   Your husband was brave
   To withstand the wave
Of inedible pie in the sky.

Why San Diegans remove Crosses from public Land

The SD City Council must hold strong:
Those mountaintop Christians are wrong.
   Crucifixion's the sign
   Of insensitive minds
Not the Native Americans' song.

Unrequited Faith

Dear Judeo-Christian God:
Your behavior's exceedingly odd.
   You let Hitler misbehave
   Then killed thousands with waves
And can't keep your priests' hands off kids' bods!

Rumi's Advice To Emerson

I am the product of Rumi's advice to Emerson and Thoreau,

telling them to consolidate the spirit of compassion and truth in America

wisdom of Persians, layers of Judeo-Christian foundation, civilizing the most barbaric at

     the heart of the world

America is finally hearing of Rumi's love through Emerson

and is struggling, on many different levels, to fill the cup of love.

All Gods Plan

all “god’s” plan

without regret
Zimmerman took
the life of a young boy &
now looks back on it
as if it was all part of
his imaginary “god’s”
plan & regardless of
whether or not said
judeo-christian sitting in
front of their boob tube,
buried in the July-heat-
smoldering (couldn’t
be global warming) empire,
thinks that
Zimmerman
did in fact kill Trayvon,
or that Zimmerman is a
blatant racist, or that he is
a child molester, or that he
is just flat out smug &
sinister, in the midst of it
all,
what remains is the insanity
in believing that
there is a ****ing
“god,”
for whom such maniacs think
that they are doing the bidding
of.
