The Society Calls Me Black!

The Society Calls Me Black!

I looked into the mirror, but all that was painted was black,
"Blackey," they call me, but my brain isn't dark.
These potentials led to pits in the dark,
Welcome, the society calls me black!
I could have danced to the rhythm of their appraisals,
But my "Kolomentalism" left me in columns.
Like Matrix, I left my rows to get my arch,
The society calls me black!

My color made me the "?rú" in my territory.
With my possessions, I'm called an ape with so much savor.
Why must I obey?
The society calls me black!

With my sound base in the pharynx, why do I remain voiceless?
My talks went blank, so I was soundless.
Yet my intuitions are invaluable, but the locks that seized my voice are mysteries.
The society calls me black!

My uniqueness is now barbaric,
Living in a life that snares.
My "ila," the beauty, is now a mockery.
Because society still calls me black.

Limited capacity

With limited capacity
I write to you.
Poems, letters and say
whatever feels true.

With limited capacity
I face the God like world,
raise my flag and with limited strength
I do go to war.

With limited capacity
I accept or deny.

With limited capacity
I had to come and I will bid goodbye.

Our stories,
they never becomes invaluable,
we just follow the other's
with our ignorable sadness and sighs.

With limited capacity
although it is cruel, it is a rule. Why ?
That we never get to know,
and the fact that will strike
eternally like an arrow,
you and I shall have nothing
to remember us by.

I wonder if Truth would be so invaluable if it were not so rarely found.

Premium Member A Message From the Gemstone

Gemstone is precious and invaluable
It has a speciality
In hardness, brightness and colour
It represents beauty and uniqueness
Gemstone matches with
The beauty and wealth of a person
But not to forget, it also asks for
Sincerity and kindness of the heart
An evil person will never match
The sanctity of a gemstone

Premium Member Invaluable Recollections

recall first school day
I stood weeping, scared to move
we held hands at five
she vowed to look after me
we were close, with a deep bond

we had sweet-sad thoughts
dispute with football or dolls
taking both shows care
saddened by her lengthy trip
she cupped my cheeks and we kissed

she flushed when I grinned
felt proud and had butterflies
I soothed her last fall
I hugged her and wiped her tears
we took the shield out chatting

hopes ostracise fears
Brooke faded at age twenty-four
I love her thoughts view
her tomb shares highs and lows
for now, she'll stand as best friend

Premium Member The World of Colours

Children like bright colours
And so kindergartens and nurseries
And so shopping items
And so youngsters
And so tourist centres
And so food and souvenirs
And so bright photos
Colours brighten up hearts
A sign of hope,happiness,confidence
Freshness and life
But too much artificial touch
Will lose the naturality of scenery
The classic beauty
A quiet elegance
The history of antiquity
An appreciation with time
Anyway natural beauty is invaluable
No imitations
No artificiality
Oh
How about stop painting one's heart
with
Colours of greed

Premium Member You Can Only Die Once

To commemorate Qu Yuan
The poet and politician
The Chinese has the Dumpling Festival
And the Dragon Boat Festival
In olden days a revolution is rare
And now it is difficult to commence
one too
Wars kill millions
And we only die once
Life is precious and invaluable
And people wouldn't change
Because you die
It takes centuries to change
The characters of people
A stiff moral revolution indeed
Hopeless
Whenever confronting with
Man's greed and yearn for power

Premium Member A Pendant of Love

A necklace pendant
A key pendant
A gemstone pendant
An amulet
A cross
All are signs of love or adoration
From eyes to hearts communication
A gift or a possession
A memory or a remembrance
A sign to remind or a sign to consolidate confidence
Invaluable not because of
The commercial value of the pendant
But just the sincerity of the person behind

Premium Member A Better Tomorrow

No fighting crowds
No grabbing for food and drinks
No concerts no parties
Maybe an intimate evening with the dearest
Or the family
Surely deep inside my heart still hoping for
A big crowd in the street midnight
An overwhelming joy and a rejoicing countdown
And incredible fireworks
That can be seen from far
To ring in the new year 2022
Surely a great planning for 2022
A looking forward to a better tomorrow
After you live through 2021
Everyting becomes precious and invaluable
Deserve our love and respect
And we will live more cheerfully
Loving people, loving God, loving ourselves
Besides fighting the virus
To win to live to love to share

Invaluable Icon

Have you ever walked in his shoes,
And gone where his feet had trod?
Have you ever thought of what he means to us?
And on your knees, given thanks to God?

Have you ever told him thank you
For being there, when times are tough,
For comforting words and fervent prayers
When storms of life are rough?

Have you ever mind to out-loud thank you,
For preaching God's word to help us understand,
For all the times he has asked for things
That will loan us a helping hand?

He answers our calls even in the darkest hour
Not of his sight passed-by a gloomy face.
He comes with prayer of comfort to share
With his open hands every sheep and goats to cane.

Invaluable Diamonds

Moribund cerebrum was graying yet,
It had set and lost several bets,
It knew not what to do and think,
Yet it was not ready to sink,
It was breathing easy and down,
Finding short energy for a rebound,
All this while the being felt dead,
As if a vegetable which had been had,
Think master rankled its pockets for change,
But nothing came along,
It was dead broke for ideas,
Suddenly it had seen the thing on road,
With eyes that were half shut,
It got the energy it was looking for,
And made the eyes broad,
They focused on the road,
And found that this was what,
It had to goad,
Flashes went wild like laser beams,
Sparklers went berserk on their sulphur seams,
It was a treasure and not just pennies,
The ideas had come in a long time,
It would correct all losses and mistakes,
Of the past hurting now so much,
Make things and set past amends,
These were not simply ideas,
But invaluable diamonds.
