Premium MemberMossy Face of Decay

I'm at ease in nature
its informality- ignoring stains of unknown origin
in the crease of my blue jeans
Church is rigid like a crucifix,
everything in its proper place
Nature makes the sweetest grape
church turns it into the spirit of sacrifice.
Nature is honest -carefree without need to lie
church has many closets without exits or alibis
My imperfections are just blemish on the pristine.
In nature I'm good enough-good enough to eat
Church will serve up your flesh in a collection plate
sauté your pocketbook and soul week after week

I'm at ease in nature
in my stained blue jeans
sitting on the mossy face of decay.
Beneath an emerald umbrella
face to face with a Paw- Paw tree.

Premium MemberThe Carpet

The carpet has two sides
The upper surface with patterns
The underside plain
It describes two worlds
The rich and the poor
The dignity and the informality
The solemn and the ordinary
The authority and the civilian
The high reputation and the low reputation
The publicity and no visibility
The difference makes the two extremes
Unroll the carpet red and shining
You're the king or queen of that moment
Rolled up the carpet dull and dusty
You're yourself or a step lower
Why not
Always be a figure that live
In the hearts of people
With or without the carpet
Like God who is the almighty
Of all mankind
Irrelevant of man's origin

THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE without grammatical symbols the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and respond thus making the form a two way interplay and often a unique interpretation by the enigma so derived

Premium MemberNaked Dreams

Free from inhibitions
No more shyness to prohibit
The spirit’s intensity
From bringing extreme
Intimacy

Free from embarrassment
A shining example of passion
Awakening the power
Of sensuality’s caress across
Hearts

Free from any hang-ups
That might have been reasons
For never letting go and
Allowing abandon to capture
Informality

Free from the rose blush
Of shame, bringing doubts
Reflections of anxiety and fear
Conclusions that harbor worrisome
Reservations

Free from awkwardness
Without humiliation to graze
The naked dreams that penetrate
Deep within the one who knows no
Disgrace

Free from discomfitures
Without pride or egotisms
The whisper of inspiration from
One who listens to the song of spontaneity
Thriving

Free from self-consciousness
Dancing in the rain that accomplishes
More with it’s melody of lingering songs
Than any concert created by the one who is
Censored

innocence lost, my soul paid the cost

Condemned to be my truth inside,
to you I've given all my pride-
       when our celestial stars collide,
I'll drain out all the tears I cried.
For you alone have broken me,
and threw out all my good debris.

               The depth in your imperfections-
            you destroyed all my perceptions,
          d i s c o n n e c t e d a connection,
     never wanting your affection.
May the shadows keep you quiet,
wishing your secrets are private.

You have stolen my innocence,
   forgetting all my relevance-
     I prayed for my deliverance,
from you a dark bad influence.
         You damaged my mortality,
            and blocked your informality.

I will admit I'm stronger now-
your abuse I will not allow,
my psyche you will never plow,
my body clean and wonder how.
Condemned to be my truth inside,
NO LONGER WILL I HAVE TO HIDE.

Other Social Circumstances

Other Social
Circumstances

I'm not sure I
understand
if understanding is
at all possible.
The diagnosis is
cheap and quick
but not necessarily
accurate.
Nonetheless I try,
to define the social
circumstances.

Ducking in from the
wet
to keep warm and dry
while an acute sun
shower washed the
cobblestones.
I was briefly
approached.
An attractive girl
with falsely colored
hair
and unusually red
lips.

I asked her for a
drink.
A fruit flavored
beer,
stained the color of
informality.
I could see clearly
through the fog
that something was
wrong
or at least it
should be.

"I could just cry,"
she said.
But I'm not sure I
could understand.
She was unknown to
me,
a momentary
illusion.
So I sat quietly
drinking my beer
along with the other
social
circumstances.

Premium MemberAt the Door of a Friend

At the Door of a Friend

With footfalls heavy to this door
Where I would see my friend no more
What comfort could I hope for me
Now you’re gone to destiny

No more welcome of the hand
Just empty space, a rift in sand
And no more face with smile of glee
That heralds informality

Where will I go to search my soul
Who will help me reach my goal
Who will stab my selfishness
Put my mind at ease, at rest

Call me up with sports results
Suffer my insane insults
Mark me as a friend indeed
Be there, in my time of need

Your light was always on for me
The truth I now stand here and see
Those times of sheer belligerence
Those wasted hours in ignorance

The fallouts that we often had
Those times that always felt so bad
Were only testing of our strength
To know what friendship really meant

Opens the door, she passes note
I read the words therein you wrote
That scribble, that once so annoyed
Is more welcome and enjoyed

I smile and read how this is neat
As all my words above repeat
And more to know when I am gone
To look and find, that light still on

This Lonely Soul

The mystical contortions
Of extortions unfold

With the critical exposure
Of emotions untold

Another informality
Where reason can't find it

Separate from reality
Yet constantly reminded

A blue cloudless day
With unregistered kindness

The rules will not stay
Love forgotten is timeless

Incredible, the outbreak
That held this all in

Returns, the cloudy day
With unforgettable sin

Unknown E.T.A
Destination arrival

Yesterday & Today
This lonely soul's survival
