Rob, my hubby's love is the best
He's a good man, I can attest
Supportive and fun,
and can't be undone
And in bed, well, you know the rest!
My hubby dear does make me smile;
spends lots of time in that one aisle.
For his poet wife
makes love come to life
to find cards in rhythm-rhyme style!
my man of few words
tells me he'll always love me . . .
few words are true words
today a husband
tomorrow a valentine
always a lover
I close my eyes and you, my love, are there.
I hear your deep voice as in our love song:
“Endless Love”, you sang, and I am aware
Your missing arms are where I most belong.
So many years we learned to share our parts
As our divine souls melded into one,
We loved each moment in our heart of hearts,
Such opposites we were, yet we had fun.
As this romantic lover’s day arrives,
My memories of you are crystal clear.
You Rest In Peace my love, yet our love thrives,
My spirit feels your spirit always near.
Deep in my heart I know you still are mine.
You will forever be…….my Valentine.

Amid the happy golden
years, Filled with love
Yet touched with tears
I find such joy my dear
with you
A precious love, so strong
and true
Today we celebrate love's
sweet bliss
With cards, and smiles
A sacred kiss
But everyday my heart is
yours
Smiles, and hugs amid
life's chores
The daily love
acknowledging
Through every season
love's seedlings spring
My lifelong love so strong
and true, I honor and
I respect you
Happy Valentines Day

Will you be my Valentine?
Take me out and wine and dine,
Lavish me with chocolate candy,
A bouquet of roses would be dandy.
A diamond or pearl would be nice,
My favorite perfume would suffice.
Ah, Honey, I don't really care,
If all I get is a teddy bear.
You're worth much more to me than material things,
Your crooked grin still sends a zing!
Knowing that you're mine, all mine,
Is gift enough, Sweet Valentine.

Kisses long and sweet
A Valentine's Day promise
Of much more to come --
Words of love written in rhyme
Dinner will be late tonight.
Dedicated to my husband.

Because of you my life is full,
I've grown in many ways.
You've helped me climb life's every hill,
And brightened up my days.
It seemed to me before you came,
I'd lived my whole life through,
In search of something yet unknown,
To fill me like you do;
And though I know it seldom seems,
I have the nerve to say it,
I love you, Dear, I always have,
Together we can make it.

You ignore my birthday,
Our anniversary too.
Most holidays just pass right by,
Without a word from you.
You don't say "Happy Birthday",
"I love you, you're the best",
Or wish me "Merry Christmas",
As you would a friend or guest.
Forget about a valentine,
From me you've had a ton,
And though I've told you many times,
From you I've not had one.
You hate to spend a penny,
If it'snot something for you.
You feel your money's wasted,
All my "gifts" are shared with you.
You wonder why I'm not the girl,
You married years ago.
I'm sadder and much wiser now,
You reap whate'er you sow.
