Heedful Poems | Examples

a twilight sonnet

Twilight tiptoes through curtained clover leaves
Cape starlings stanzaed thank mighty Lord
spindly legs shake on spritely evensong breeze
closing chirp reminding that day is just a chord

What achievements marked chanting hours
manifesting with helio hands and heedful head
paper, pencil, thoughts danced about in bower
patterned sensations twirled needle and thread

A silent hymn I sit awaiting bright sickle moon
indwelling spirit dissolving wispy wanton wishes
blossoms lotus, liberates mind a special boon
intentions iambic winking flimsy floral fetishes

Moment to moment tasks tangent complete
each twilight twins a masterful morrow sweet

Mirror 's song is always full of bliss,
         enraptured grassland. .
It's beauty is frequently decked with the
 resplendent, heedful Spring.
Oh! a beloved butterfly, your purity,
     innocence, is like the light
   of diamond.
Oh! God, i beseech you, to ornament it
with perpetual, enduring forbearance,
unrequited kindness and unfeigned
goodness.
The glorious tapestry of a daydream,
enhancing a dreamy footpath.
Altruism is the unbounded beauty
of timelessness.
The zealous verity is enshrined in
a lasting ,abloom moonlight.

"A gentle heart is wrapped with silken threads,
let your eyes and mind dance in each moment,
to untie each one of those silken beautiful threads."

                                                     Quote by _ Constance

Have always had a gentle heart,
and will 'til the day I depart;
I have a peaceful quiet way,
my gentleness is here to stay.
I gather feelings in my soul,
oh, in nature I like to stroll;
I am in harmony with God,
with his creation I am awed !

With eye mindful I see this world,
each flower I view that unfurled;
each beautiful forest hued green,
respectful, heedful of each scene.
I am quite careful with feelings,
thoughtful in matters and dealings;
conscious of how words are perceived,
send love and love will be received !

Tombstones And Cemetery Await Us All, Be Brave

Howl of the blowing winds waywarder than others
In the darkened cave where evil desires wait
Caste us into stiff clans with warriors and brothers
Those of evil wrath, villainy and hands of Fate
Allow us this our fallacies and heedful needs
We of mortal flesh that walk barefoot and so brave
Always comes the bad, the pains and the massive bleeds
Salvation hardly ever comes but mercy saves
We who wait around campfires and hold our heads proud
Ready to fight the wicked world and thank our God
Do not think evil demons in their long black shrouds
Can meet anything from us except our iron rods
We the brave that face the hungry snarl of cracking
With gritting teeth and our courage never lacking.

Robert J. Lindley, Sonnet
April 9th , 1972

Note: Or so spoke the brave son of Beowolf the Viking warrior.,
as the clan celebrated the death of its enemies after the great battle.

At the edge of shafts, you quested for calmness.
In a Utopia, we whimsey you survived a slash witness.
I swung the specific option to guzzle your unhappiness.
I wiped my knuckles to remove the pleasantness.
Weakness has instantly made my mouth swell across.
Such a blood clot, they plied to moan voiceless.
Supposing we're neutral with ourselves on sharpness.
Concepts might not have evolved this grotesqueness.
How can I be heedful, or may I eagerly shred my kindness?
Nothing would delight me further than to live harmless.

My words bestow you to a serene, blue sky.
The clouds are fading as dusk awry.
On that hill, all is peaceful.
And soon more gleeful.
Autumn's dawn.
Leaves.
The views drawn
To each peak heedful.
Swing leaves are joyful.
Distant snowy peaks imply.
My words bestow you to a serene, blue sky.

The Artistry of a Woman

She owns the delicacy of a human touch
She can be the spice to a foodless lunch
She has a silence to make a man hear a threat
She is curvy even when she stands up straight
She has a smile that melts a man in the cold
She has eyes that beam even when they are closed
She can cuddle a giant and make him hairless
She can blow a kiss and leave a man breathless
She has the swag of a lioness in the woods
She has a roar the makes the world heedful
She can turn a house into a home with her presence
She knows from her womb the meaning of existence

Age

Age
A message
Comes to us-
As we receive
We must read it
Properly and progressively

Let us be heedful
To its nuances
Let us get rid
Of expected nuisances

As days pass on
We grow on
As we get old
Many will unfold

We must find
The thing to be found

As we dwell
We must get well

Our present
Must be met
Our past
Should not be
Our future

Age
A message
It should convert
Into a literature

We Are Not Safe Any More

We are not safe any more
Our culture has diminished

We are not safe any more
Mankind has lost its kind mind

We are not safe any more
Enmity between humans vanished not

We are not safe any more
Ethnical cruelty has not been reduced

We are not safe any more
For peace no search was carried out

We are not safe any more
True friendship has not been found yet

We are not safe any more
Sages’ sayings were not listened

We are not safe any more
Our intelligence has been improved

We are not safe any more
Technology has developed

We are not safe any more
Let us be heedful to the truth
We are not safe any more

Flower of the Night

Flower of the night, sleepless on a river bank,
You didn’t flee from my heedful kiss -
like a bumblebee, your nectar I drank,
On your dark petals, jolts of inner bliss…

Away, the water course carried my vessel,
I took you with me within sinuous galleries,
listening faraway the archangel warning yell:
“Do not awake with a gift from the faeries”

Defiantly, I caressed her on my left face,
drops of crimson blood colored my sight
“I shall never attend to another Grace,
my core belongs to the Flower of Night.”

I am awake and with me she remains,
the blossom I took from a dark Heaven,
her petals marked by dry blood stains:
“Then what”, my heart pounders uneven.

On the Balance Inbetween

Its bending around my brain
And constricting around my heart
I don't know what I'm supposed to feel
What comes after this part?

I feel locked up and shut down
My body moving on its own
I don't see anyone around
These darkened and heedful moans

Where do I go
When I cant even see
I really need a light
To try and find me

So here I sit
Trapped and forever lost
Maybe one day
I'm willing to pay the cost

Because its worth more
To be right over there
Knowing what I'm doing
And knowing that I care.
