don't ever come knocking
i closed that door
there's no turning back
i locked it shut
no denying you've gone too far
forgiveness might be possible
but forgetting absolutely not
it's written in the cards
you've had your chance
wasted your nine lives so
pick up your baggage and move on
i'm past caring but i'm wishing you well

I’m on a one way ticket goin’ home
To the place where I am known
No more travelling around for me
Home is where I want to be
I can see it out there up ahead
All the love in my heart led
And there I’ll rest away from harm
No more roaming no longer alone.

How my sight is set toward the East for we be ready to go home-
Call me name Sir for it is written among the oppressed law keepers.
Call my name..the name you give me..one the white folk beat into me.
Forgive me Sir, when I don't answer at first you did call me
whips done gave me a new name even the dawgs respond to-
East, freedom to serve my God who give me life..not take it away.
Liberty say she freedom for all..she freedom only to the white ghosts-
Pale white ghosts bowing down to an image as unholy as themselves.
Who yet seek the one thing they will never have..our inheritence
An inheritence their unholy white ghost cannot provide its image
But I say..
Prepare my brothers, keep alert my sisters keep your churrins close.
The East is calling..WE BE GOING' HOME..

Goin To Town
David J Walker
Hey Farm boy
How’d ya get to town
On tractors and trucks
And 50 bucks
And a flask of my
Daddy’s Crown
It’s Saturday night
There might be a fight
And we ain’t
hanging around
This damned old farm
We don’t see no harm
In getting out and goin down
To drag the street where
Farm boys compete
For the Fastest pickup around
Me and the Boys
Are out to make noise
With some girls we
Met downtown
It’s Saturday night and
It wouldn’t be right
If we didn’t make it
To town

Wearing love’s unbalanced bow
elegance lost in a long distance
A scrambled discord in each era
Lost chapters leer, at every goal
Last of heart’s patchy piecemeal
Going a shorter way is tempting
Only, soul knows it cannot be so…

Be careful not to lose the letter
attached to the top.
I finished mending the pants
she said, I hope you like them
them, I didn't know that Blue denim
Vest and pants where so heavy, they'll look
nice with those snakeskin shoes you
got for Christmas.
I hope she'll go with you,
I mean if you ask her to the dance
I hope she except, the Lady's at the
church spoke of a Man from somewhere
in Peru, coming to speak at the church, if she'll go
dancing with you maybe she'll come to hear him
speak.
I think the subject is on some new findings in a Jungle
research, they dug-up an ancient city and found the ruins
of Pragenti Solti" the gift giver of the Incan Indians.
the translated the scroll of the ancients, and the ladies
in the Dram Augsillany are sponsoring the ordeal.
If she say's yes then maybe just maybe you can use the
barn to have a party.

WHERE YA' GOIN' ?
Dr. Jim Martin
Where you go in life is up to you,
Or so folks often say.
New places to go or things to do,
Can often bring much dismay.
Going to a place where all are unknown
Can unnerve even the very strong.
Expectations are perhaps vaguely shown
As you try to decide where you belong.
In many new trials discovery is made
That endurance is put to the test.
Through much deep water you may have to wade,
Perseverance is that which is best.
So go where you’re going,
And new things learn.
In knowledge you will be growing,
And satisfaction you will earn.

GOIN’ NOWHERE FAST
At any rate
the traffic…
…”God, get that finger out of there”
….”cripes, she wiped it on the seat”
stalled….
…..”She’s puttin’ on eye make-up”
…”she could put her eye out”
stopped…
…..”He’s watchin’ a freakin’ movie”
idled….
…..”The dog’s on his lap”
What!!...
…..”some woman’s drying her nail polish”
…………..”One finger at a time’
Yeah….
…………”Same to you Lady”
Damn….
…..”I missed my exit”

Who needs a your highness or sire?
Hillary and Jeb should retire
Though them we can chuck
The needle is still stuck
As behind the curtain’s a liar!
Author's note: Title inspired by Simon and Garfunkel's song. For a dose of the 60's check it out--fun.

There's nothing, nothing goin on
Same old small town, some old gossip goin round
That's what them haters be on
Visions and out of body experiences
My super-conscious laying it all out for me
Whatever, however, I'll do whatever it takes
to make it out this hell I'm in
I must remember the actual events
How close am I to the truth I am unaware
Is there any room for hope for a pardon of my sins
Will they revisited on my sons am I a cursed man
My plight is it a figment of my imagination
Or is it a reality I can't run away or escape from
I'm filled with questions and dread and a premonition
if I make the wrong moves my life may end
And everything at this point in my life
I consider it all to be sacred ground

Wish their was a better day so far away
Tired of this pain with it I can not gain
Feelings of hurt an pain I feel like the rain
Wish this hart would heel but it shows the way I feel
Inbound with hurt I'm dieing inside no one knows it but me
Why do bear this pain like a foul you walk out
Of my life an hart never caring no doubt
I love you I shall move on with out
Maybe better maybe not with out you is what it is
I shalt no more break you made me weak
I shall stand bold no more you carless hart will leave me cold
I'm better than that no more fret no more tears
But I really can't see how you left after all these years
So here's to goodbye to you an the hurt you caused
I found someone new I'm goin to set here an drink a few here the middle finger
An I'm thru with you
Thanks Tim Kelley

A feller went to the doctor's office 'cause he wasn't feelin' well.
The doctor said, "You ain't lookin' all that swell, this I can tell!"
He had a banana stuck in his right ear and a celery stalk in his left!
From his nose dangled a pair of carrots thus leavin' him quite bereft!
The doc without further examination relieved him from his plight,
Sayin', "You gotta change yer eatin' habits! You're not eatin' right!"

Goin over goin overs keepin' me in pain and locked inside.
Goin over goin over till I'm insane and I've lost all my pride.
Goin over goin over till that day I go on over to the otherside.
Years go by, four seasons in each.
Thirteen so far in to the past I reach.
The air begins to clear as my life comes into view.
It's time to see tomorrow with someone besides you.
As new love shines with rays of hope.
Yesterday keeps calling till I'm almost out of rope.
Too weak to climb, I'm barely hangin' on.
Waiting to be rescued to my feet back on the ground.
Filling the hours with sunshine and flowers.
Till the beauty wilts and dies with October showers.
And we're left with a cold fridgid feeling.
Waiting for our hearts to melt, and our heads to stop reeling.
Just how much more can I write from behind?
Digging for the gold till it's all been mined.
Wondering what I'll lose first, my heart or my mind.

Granny cut off our credit at the store.
You were going to school
So we thought you could do anything.
We'll write a note, we decided,
Joe can write.
We devised a long list.
Sam, who was four, said, "Don't forget to sign Bert's name."
So you did, we thought...
Off we marched wth our scribbled list.
Mrs. Lamb, the storekeeper, never let on
Adjusting her glasses, she read that list
As if it were real writing.
"Does this say three Coca Colas?
My eyes aren't too good."
Yes, we would answer, until our shopping was done.
Of course, she told Granny
Our sins always found us out!

Nightmare,reality,dreams,life,
what is it as i look in your dream eyes,
what is it i feel when i kiss you lips
knowing at any minute i could see my dreams die
i look at how close we were
and where we are now
i cant believe how i feel
im not one to just give my heart out
but im not asking for your heart
im asking for a chance
im not asking for the stars
im asking for your hand
it's like im under the stars
and your over the moon
im stuck here
trying to ind a way to get closer to you
we grew so close
so much i wanted to share wit ya
but cuz of your work
you had to go to america
told you i was willing to wait
my feelings will always be the same
i know we cant be together now
but in my heart you will remain
