The mulberry fell to its knees;
in Smith-Gilbert Garden, it prays,
near the moss-stone steps;
and I look on, in curiosity.
It was an oddity, but I learned
of its plight. In sorrow, we make
it right, a great fall onto infrangible ground.
Like a bonsai tree, twisted.
Listed, like a ship at storm,
but sailors will never use nets,
to cast, for silent butterflies;
In July, they gather.
Hereby is Summer magic,
buzzing bees, buckeyes, swallowtails
and painted ladies (sailors swear by them).
Yes, all the prayers needed.
Unimpeded, the mulberry fell,
whilst fluttering wings that disappear
in season’s cold, bring merriness,
there’s little hope for thee.
Still, we visit the treasure that bows,
climb the steps, for a further glimpse.
This garden is where I stroll
among the butterflied tree.

Mister Gilbert Arenas tweeted that 'no one will care'
if Nikola Jokic, two-time NBA MVP at 24, becomes the heir
to players like Michael Jordan, who played with some flair
'Jokic's not cool enough,' says this Mr. Gilbert Arenas
Well then, Mr. NO MVP OR TITLE EVER WON ~
You can just go and stroke your pen...(al thing) for us

A cabin in the woods, just you and I
Big white fluffy snowflakes falling from the sky
The morning lasts all day, the clock is standing still
The fireplace is roaring, removing any chill
A big, soft cozy bed, fresh coffee in the cup
A homemade woolen afghan, in it we're snuggled up
With books to read and a guitar to play, this scene is one of bliss
And as long as I'm with you it can't get better than this

If Gilbert and Lily put their feet in the pond
How much water up to the knees if they slip and fall
Oh, the yucky green algae green nasty moss
Stains the clothing green that the children wear
Oh, my now Gilbert's eating the wild mushrooms and turnips
Smells like dirty fish water seaweed in their hair
My none of this they seem to be worried or even care
Clipping wild frogs off the lily pad
that's all they need y'all
Yes they just acting like tomboys
Having fun at the pond
Picking up them frogs!!!!!!!

Hedonistic Gilbert;
Most of my days are spent scraping stains off pants and shirts.
Hot sauce crust, Mustard crust, human crust.
Flaking off and falling to the ground.
They collect in specs and piles.
Microscopic mounds of yesterday’s hot dog
And last weeks company.
The chili stain on my pants leg reminds me of home.
The stain the Rum left reminds me of the party
and that curly haired girl.
Some people say I’m dirty
I’m just nostalgic.
