Seymour was sad that everyone generalized his kind
They do not think I hear, but it hurts, I truly do mind
They say we are slow, because we are snails you see
He did not have to tell me, said his Grandma Vee
She knew that the world made fun of the way they moved
In her day she had been a jitter bug dancer, who really could groove
But now she was just an old snail woman, alone in her chair.
But she knew Seymour did care, yes, her Seymour did care.
I think I will get a cycle and ride away good and fast.
Grandma smiled at his enthusiasm remembering her past.
She opened the garage, where inside sat her own Harley D.
Delighting Seymour when she said “you can have it for free”.

I know someone to whom I am a fact
But I can be generalized to an opinion
Which disappears fast if they distract
And so I hibernate until they turn me on
United with my opposite, I laugh
In someone’s argument I do the demon dance
One time I’m crazy, then I’m soft enough
If one can pick me in a better mood by chance
Next time I’m just a goldfish in your bowl
Generalize me more in your opinion
Distinguish me from others of the shoal
Before I slip away into oblivion
But as a fact of life, I’m not so pliant
And I permit no one to use my mind
For what they call a truth I’m quite defiant
I have my own, and yours is out of my line.

GRACE is neither earned nor deserved
IN the grand scheme of things, all need grace
FAVOR is very similar to grace
TECHNICALLY, God's grace is generalized,
and His favor is specialized
SALVATION through Christ is indeed a gift

Girl against being generalized
Look out here comes my generation.
The ones who are gonna reclaim a nation,
Spreading truth meant to be realized.

I believe the roots of love differ,
Between men and women from the start.
Though while generalized and inexact,
The fruits yield a common harvest to the heart.
With men it seems physical attraction is
Needed, to arouse his predatory pursuit.
While the woman must admire and respect
Her suitor, beyond the visual tribute.
Often times when these are lacking,
Any love once built becomes lost.
Whereas neglect may lay claim to the
Atrophy, only to be measured at great cost.
Humanities culture compels this recipe, while
Some seasonings add variety to the meal.
Yet regardless of the male/female interaction,
The family of mankind will survive . . .
And spin the wheel.

Human nature
Cannot be generalized
What is natural for you
Would in no way be natural for me
It would be easier if human nature could be generalized
But would it seem natural if we all loved cats and hated dogs?
If everyone had black and white houses and despised color?
Or would the world lose its charm and its grace?
We might all lose our identity
And individuality
If Human nature could be generalized

The guru knows people,
and through that knowing
understands none can be generalized.
All is never a word you can use when describing them.
Each is more accurate.
Sure we may have similar ideas, but even people of the same sect
or religion or family will each have their own outlook and ways of doing
The guru gives each leeway
Sends all skin and hair color love
Does not generalize locales or customs.
Understanding we are each unique
Identical twins are not the same.
Not exactly.
Pete and repeat have diverse ideas.
They are each individual with their own thinking mind.
The guru understands nature.
Appreciates the seasons, the elements, the cycles.
The guru tries to change no one.
Inspires, uplifts, and sends love.
To each.
That is what the guru does.

Gray Boy, an elephant faerie
decided to try and sneak up on the village yesterday.
Easier for Cudbo, a silent deer faerie
or Flitpay, a dainty flying butterfly fairy.
Sneaking is not so easy for Gray Boy
We figured it was him when we saw trees falling.
When he gets excited his trunk trumpets loudly.
He got excited three times.
All faeries are not the same
Some faeries have an easier time sneaking than others.
Just as all Republicans are not the same
And certainly all Christians are not the same
Those who do not believe in faeries never know this.
For they cannot see them.

You see a car and you instantly think
She’s young, She’s cute. She’s blonde. She’s perky.
She’s a smiler. She has perfect nails.
Then you catch up.
She is a he.
About eighty.
Struggling to see.
You see a truck and you instantly think
He’s the boss. He has little cowboys. He is rugged.
Then you catch up and she’s a junk yard dog,
The inside looks like the home of a hoarder
She is dropping cigarette ashes out the window.
You are amazed at how wrong you are.
Even traffic
cannot be generalized.

weightless astronauts...
they've brain and body problems...
no sense of balance...
there's information...
but input contradictions...
so...computers...
native peoples brains...
same as ours...but for knowledge...
we have weather men...
they do not need them...
bodies react to weather...
and the surroundings...
that information...
the input into our brains...
is generalized...
changes cause headaches...
and other body symptoms...
just weather response...
we go to doctors...
doctors blame stress and tension...
but brains are plastic...
so get out and walk...
exercise your gray matter...
get off all those pills...

Osteoporosis, spinal stenosis
halitosis, that's the grossest
Hemorrhoids, hypo hyper thyroids
gallbladder removal will leave a void
Arthritis, pyelonephritis, gingivitis
we will survive in spite of these
Toe fungus will not be the death of us
its' cure you will ask what was all the fuss
Crooked toes, snotty nose, itchy down below
Pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, myocarditis
cannot frighten us, though impotence might
and possibly to a womans' delight
on not
Torn rotator cuff, oral cancer from rubbing snuff
COPD will make you huff and puff
Diminished brain, malfunctioning drains
generalized aches and pains
of these we are not deprived
BUT, it's still awesome to be alive

O.K., let’s see where you are with your math,
Which areas do we need to work through.
Algebra, space, number, or measurement,
Which topic do you need to review?
Today, algebra, a fantastically obtuse idea,
Instead of numbers, use letters, counting the ABC’s.
By the end of this tutorial you’ll love these letters,
Counting everything with ease.
Words like simplify, expand, and collect like terms,
Will become your new second diction.
Don’t use these letters like in tedious essays,
Nor like when expressing your poetic fiction.
Algebra strives to abbreviate everything,
Every single concept’s to be generalized.
It establishes an effective working formula,
Making it all neat, sleek, tidy, and stylized.
But don’t ask me who uses this at work,
Laborers, builders or for financial investments.
Just make sure you use it next Monday morning,
When you’re sitting your math exam assessments.

Preposterous Poem of the Day
While working on poem he wanted to write
Of subject about so suddenly lost sight
Soon started searching for another one
To use until new poem was finally done.
People reading his poems were not amused
Because all of his subjects were overused
Worn out, worked over and becoming trite
And of each poem's fact they had lost sight.
Horn then completely changed subject instead
And after his poem has been completely read
He generalized and was no longer meticulous
Each subject he used seemed totally ridiculous.
Not only that was found after further review
Subjects were completely insane and untrue
Way had been was indicative of irresponsible
And itemized it was completely impossible.
By anyone his poems could not be understood
Were outright outrageous, nonsensical and no good
He took each trying poem and then threw it away
Poetry Soup calls them Preposterous Poem of the Day.

Mindfull of a parallel sequence
we seem to function light between
thought and hurt hoping for
easy advancement up the channel steps--
pecarious invoking with someone who
knows--- and not knows inescapable from
ourselves compliant (fraud) if need not be.
Backwash of hidden intermittent terrors preclude
external sensitivities---like my aching back
heat waves of generalized dizziness and
gender--izing. The sweet bird of youth
never suffers a jet lag stupor as we enjoy
and (softly) murmur the last rungs in a
flaccid present tense loss of self faculty.
But the nevertheless picture of realitivity
lends a jargon journal future sometimes
nameless but (at least) omnidirectional
happenstance.
