i feel too much
too much all at once
all at once i start to wonder
wonder why i feel the way i do
i feel the way i do because of the people around me
the people around me influence me
influence me to where i don’t know where i begin
where i begin and where i end
where i end and where they start
they start becoming a part of me i think
i think that is the nature of human nature
human nature says we need people
people to love, to care, to exist
exist is what i do
i do not know what i am
what i am is what people tell me
and people tell me i feel too much

Let’s meet that why nor reason face—
Fair friendship that no mission face.
Let’s understand well each other,
Yon of greys that no confusion face.
Sans obstacles clouding reason,
Few their life’s destination face.
Fewer agree to one’s viewpoint
Sans post scripts, explanation face.
What use over-watering plants?
Fruits ripen, right season when face.
You just nod, not a thing have said,
Silence oft charge of treason face.
So, say something even for fun,
Let feelings feign, some frisson face.

the frisson warms us
when we are involved in hugs...
In these moments our souls disclose
and the heart thrills
and order the mouth say
loud and strong
I love you... !

Frisson Moments
(free-sawn)
By: Miracle Man
7/12/2020
Early life was filled with frisson times,
lately, it resembles a basket of peach centers.
Analyzing the two, it’s been two distinct lifetimes,
anxiety has made me one of life’s dissenters.
I’ve heard that “early to bed and early to rise”,
and I’ve often wondered, if true, this be.
Will it “make a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”?
thus far I’m batting 000 for three.

In the dark of night all alone
Steps behind will chill to the bone
When hair stands on end
No need to pretend
The coroner calls that, "Frisson"

A Frisson of Fear
by Rick Folker
I will not bow to
your idols of
hate
I will not offer prayers to
your false gods you
create
I will not kneel to
your toxic media of
lies, half-truths you
replicate
BUT ...
I will warm you
in the coldness of
a naked, lonely night
I will weep with you
when the weight of weeping
takes all our might
I will wake with you to
some distant future
and reconsecrate
Our shattered souls
In the balm of
day's first wake

Thrill.. that you have mail
and read another's tale
Thrill..of tomorrow's test
in anticipation we dress
Thrill..of Christmas Eve
as tree presents we leave
Thrill..of an offspring born
as responsibilty we adorne
Thrill..of our lover's touch
no word can say so much
