Brisk falling temperature
Blue sky turning into a soothing gray
Hinting of Winter snowflakes
Shorter days with early nightfall
Spring bulbs hibernate in the cooling soil
Birds gathering in pine trees at night for warmth
Searching for bird feeders during the day
Leaves falling creating a multi color carpet on the ground below
Fireplaces scenting the outside air with a sweet smokey smell
Attention turning inward
Sweater weather
The smell of hearty meals fills the house
Sleeping on flannel sheets
Enjoy all the fall changes

Cloudless skies endless,
gardens blooming in colors,
summer solstice warm_
Love a picnic in the shade,
and lazy long forest walks !
Until trees let go,
of their lovely decayed leaves,
to dance, fly and prance_
I love collecting those leaves,
in the autumn's equinox !
Then, comes biting winds,
and lacy snowflakes falling,
winter solstice ice_
Cold walks with fireplaces to warm,
'till spring equinox divine !

Waking up in the middle of the night,
heating the stove to make a pot full of tea.
Oh, how this silence soothes and calms me.
Looking over at the clock, it reads 11:11.
Embers crackle softly in the fireplaces light,
Settling into its warmth, everything feels just right.
Over my shoulders, a blanket is draped with care,
moments like these are beyond compare.
Every cozy hour is a treasure to keep.

In the thoughts I have of us
We sure have lots of fun
Thoughts of us together
Thoughts of us as one
And in my wildest dreams, I've had
Big ones where snowstorms reigned,
Hot ones where fireplaces roared
And we added to the flames
But take away the snowstorms
Take away the flames
Take away what passion comes
When calling out our names
And what's left is what's important
What matters most, above
The physical, the sensual,
What matters most? The love

Canvassers of the word, from the fireplaces of
Pregnant minds let us, with ebullient enthusiasm,
Pen flaming words to melt away the dismay in a world
Wrought with war, bigotry, injustice, hate, and loss hope:-
Let us not merely pen-paint entertainment, but more importantly,
Let us vision awareness, inspiration, confidence, determination,
And ever burning faith in ability to work and overcome despair
And apathetical slacking attitudes of deplorable indifference:-
Come let us ignite ingenuity in those who have lost all hope;
Fueling them with belief in self and God, that while oppression
Presently holds its head high, the days of the very hairs of his head
Are numbered; and that with undying faith and work, they will be cut:-
May the words of our mind’s mouths likewise excite ebullient
Enthusiasm in the hearts, minds, and souls of those whose eyes view us,
And whose spirits, are fueled by their inking, that freely flows
From the divine wisdom and guidance of the rivers of God’s creativity:-

The ship of dreams
Opulent surroundings
Fancy bed linens
Luxurious dinner plates and tablecloths
Gleaming virginal utensils
Dazzling crystal chandeliers
Polished walnut woodwork
Gold gilded fireplaces
Wardrobes ready for furs and dresses
An experienced captain
Eager staff
Bustling activity
Musicians, artists, businessmen aboard
High ranking officials, wealthy industrialists, celebrities
Cruising flawlessly in clear blue sea
A haven and heaven during the day
Easy sleeping and dreaming in the evening
J.P. Morgan was disappointed to have to cancel at the last minute
Four glorious days of sailing
Around Midnight April 15th, 1912 the Titanic struck an iceberg
The chunk of devilry slashed a three-hundred-foot gash in the hull
Haphazard evacuation ensued
First lifeboat could have held sixty-five people
It left with twenty-eight
The dream ship broke in half after filling halfway up with water
In two hours fifteen hundred people died
The majority of them froze to death in the North Atlantic

Winter is when snowflakes are falling
Winter is when snowstorms come calling
Winter is when the world becomes white
Winter is warm fireplaces at night
Winter is snowangels and snowmen
Winter can turn us into slow men
Winter's a cup of hot chocolate
And a lot of within-the-house-dates
Winter is life inside a snow globe
Sweaters and mittens and woollen robes
Winter is when nature hibernates
Cardinals sing and we buy ice skates
In winter, the heat's never enough
But we need winter to make us tough.

We are the African soldiers,
The soldiers of Jesus Christ.
We are preaching the word of God to win our battle.
Heavenly Father clothed us with His weapon,
Which is
His positive word.
Holy Ghost clothed us with the powers
So that people can know Jesus Christ.
Our enemies use lies to destroy us;
They sing bad songs to insult us.
They are hypocrites,
Selfish fishermen fished in the furnace,
And vomited electric - fish.
Sunrise and sunset,
They are in the streets shouting:
“Shoot soldiers, and shoot officers in the offices “
They try to ruin our reputation with the fire and
We are the fire fighters who fight in fireplaces.
They are very stubborn,
Barbarians,
And blinds who had been blinded by bandits.
They forget that we are protectors
Who protect protestors.
Hypocrite hunters who hunt a hippopotamus on the huts.
Goodness is like the fire to them and
Badness is their cold drinks.
Jealous is their daily uniforms
And peace is like poison to them.
We are your true soldiers God,
Trained to teach different people.
Put to shame our enemies;
We are the powerful soldiers of Jesus Christ.

The broccolis in the forest,
Which make air to breathe,
They show their green feathers
That stem out of their sheath.
Fruits in our appetizers
Fragrance from their flowers
They work for our best
In how they influence showers.
Although their help is immense
We still cut them down.
We burn them for our fireplaces
And they continue to frown.
Soil erodes from places
As floods come sweeping in.
If we don't use common sense
Our end will be seen.
As always has existed
There is a solution to this.
We shouldn’t cut them down
But should plant more of these.
We should treat them as our own
For they are kind and giving.
Let’s all get unified
To get the broccolis smiling.

How special is a Christmas filled with the delight
of children as they rush down to the decorated tree
after having barely slept through the entire night.
Sweet anticipation on their faces all can see,
for they can’t wait to tear the wrapping off their gifts with glee.
How special is a Christmas filled with love and peace
as One born in a humble stable with reverence we recall.
Oh, that joy in all the world might finally increase
as we remember Him, an infant once so small
Who grew into the mighty Lord Who died to save us all.
How special is a Christmas filled with fun and song,
with jingle bells and sugar cookies and fireplaces’ glow.
Oh, that generosity were more than just one season long
and that the Christmas spirit inside us all would grow
so God’s love manifested all the world would know!

Alberta has pulled me many miles,
her hoofs are placed one after another,
But on this night of Christmas Eve,
She pills a load of hay behind her.
So many young smiles with laughter,
Candles flickering in windows,
With snow deep upon the ground,
Alberta pulled all behind her,
With Christmas songs being sung.
Fireplaces lit with stockings hung,
Sights of snow drifting to the ground,
Carolers singing at each door passing,
With smells of turkeys cooking,
Apple pies on the windowsills cooling.
Alberta an old friend of mine,
A cold winter night but still she trotted,
Trudging through the snow,
All for the faces with glowing smiles,
She kept her hoofs moving until the end,
Then sat in the barn with wondering eyes,
her hoofs tender hoping that someday,
They will invent a gas-powered wagon

sordid floors
dark paths
lily scented nights
crispy country air
crackling fireplaces
shadows under the moon
sounds of the night
silence in the dark
mingling
tangoing
in perfect pitch
the harmonious beat
of intoxicating drums
the twirling dance
of dizzying
village

Where is all the fuel gone to?
To fuel the raging fires in the world
Or fuel the warm and hearty fireplaces in homes….?
O! Where is all the bio-fuel gone to?
Has all the air gone to stoke fires at every battle station…?
Or has it gone inside cars to facilitate an enjoyable summer vacation?
Or has it all gone to fuel the windmills?
Or to serve as a path for many a biological weapon?
O! Where has all the water gone to?
To fuel water disputes around the world?
Or to cool the raging fires in the world?
O! Where has all the fuel gone to?
To renew life by renewing itself…?

I close my eyes and dream of winters so pretty that even angels sigh at the scene
cascading snowflakes softly falling, in shapes of doilies and paper ruffle dollies
Winter hats and muffle mitts of red, snowman whispers as red sled rides go by
carnival rides and children full of chide, what a wonderful world of white...
A winter scent of magic, white deer and shadowed antlers of incandescent wood
log cabins with fireplaces and verandas with copper foot welcome matts, come in
make yourself comfortable while the kettle roars to life, tea toddler or coffee lover?
Enter into my little jovial cottage glory and stay a while.
