Premium MemberSURPRISE POET WITHIN

Jolt of inspiration
A person wanted to be a POET
But didn’t know where to start nor how to show it
Words starting popping into the POETS head
Words becoming sentences
Showcasing the instances
Poet to be felt inspired
Didn’t want to tire
Discovery was desired
Words open up
Distance being Close
Farness wasn’t found
Alpha Nouns and Pronouns
A true Poet in the making blooming
Word flow
Couldn’t let go
The Poet saw purpose direct
His eyes showed obvious
Word mount
Like a watery fount
Theory and Understanding
Wisdom through experience
A Poet to be had became
The Poet did see
One must test the waters and try, but requires effort
Every commitment needs determined
This is how a Poet is acknowledged
The focus up close
Discouraged by most
Surprise, Surprise
The Poet learned the concept of realize
The Poet Within.

Premium MemberThe Art was Most Masterful on the Dark Canvas

"Monet's paintings are best seen from afar than close up," ... by Poet.

Faraway the figment, like Monet the pigment,
the brother so gallant, how he flaunts his talent,
he paints at a farness, like a horse to harness.
On art, less than tasteful, funds spent a bit wasteful,
hence, see he a crackpot, three prunes be his jackpot.
The other, quill--fountain--built a tidy mountain,
first bees in a bonnet when he wrote a sonnet,
then that which was timeless 'twas wrote poems rhymeless.
Mom gave, 'twas none cheaply, had pockets dug deeply,
both brothers did cherish, their sinful ways perish.
Mom was not devious, planned she thought previous.
saw her boys sinister, she aimed to minister,
The Word generated, the cloth, venerated.
Conformed beautifully, her sons dutifully,
tale of our brotherhood, as she vowed motherhood.

Worried Outlooks - In Manitoba

Summer grasses, soft blown.
As deep therein
Of a sweet embalming
Lie; on sleep's brink.
Its this visual leisure
Now stood up for
Plain's dreamy farness, does more
Such to blur; shrink.

Star

The nearness I miss
Nor the farness I hate
The pure love I love
The memories we owned
The feelings we shared
Will all twinkle
All our darkness will be in vain
Will make me as a star beholder
You, who twinkle in the starry sphere

April's Sudden Enlightenment

April’s Sudden Enlightenment

By Stina Lu

April walks down from the decaying Chinese rose
Pushes away the flirty wind
Neglects the sunlight’s sudden closeness and farness

Leaves wear a shining green crown
which is granted by the season
All charming flowers are ordered to fade

The tadpoles are observant
They turn into frogs, boasting and swaggering
Birds in the woods are innocently delighted
Singing an ode on the shivering throne

A powerful symphony of destiny
has hijacked the fragile ears of April
Spring thunder is frightened into silence
Rains are hiding in the clouds, self-blaming

Wounded and scarred
Flourishing flowers of yesterday
lying on the ground
Under a Lime Tree is April suddenly enlightened :
Forgive all the lives, as the deaths always do

Clairvoyant Kinesics

It was 3AM I suppose, or to be precise
A complete hour of sleeplessness and
I was walking behind or rather following
The footsteps of that decrepit old body.
Her hoary head signified semaphores,
Illuminating and reflecting a way onward,
Onward to a curvilinear farness.
Her bent shuffled maneuvers were like
The surges of the tides that rise and
Culminate on the shore becoming arches
And while I was at the verge of losing myself
Amidst the labyrinth of her creased
And sagged skin
I realized that it was me.
It was kinesics with my distant aged self.

I just traveled
Through the furrowed copious vacuum
Of clairvoyance created in my mind.

Between Soul and Body

Why you seem sad?
How is for this moon to sadden?
Why pearls pour down from your eyes?
As the raindrops
What is the secret?
What is the matter?
What is the avail of sadness?
And we are hanging in ropes of the sin
And between rope and gallows
An orphan friendship
And between me and you
A new world
Between my eyelash and tears
Painful memories
My lady!
Between city and city
Long distances
Thousand barriers
Thousand souls immigrating
Thousand temples
Thousand priests
Thousand knights
Thousand nights
Thousand devils
And between heart and heart
Farness and yearning
Thousand mercies
Thousand pulses
Thousand love
Thousand addresses
Thousand words
Thousand lies
Thousand candles
And between eye and eye
Hidden Language and dialogues
Thousand tears
Thousand roses
Thousand tones
Thousand winks
Thousand whispers
Thousand touches
Thousand kisses
But between soul and body
One life.............One life.....

Winds and Wildlife

Creatures

winds and wildlife
giving the evolution time
creatures big and small
are appalled
but are so tall
to evolve and resolve
the call
the lakes and mountains
raise little fountains
spitting out the unknown
thrown to the highest place
the ice lenders
and the pretenders
depend on the mist
the mighty fist hits the grasses
the sun brightly glares
the stormy weather
lost forgotten endeavor
a voyage to where ever
the flowers grin in anticipation
sending us ecliptic messages
lost staircase of farness
captured with dearness
do not fear us
this is just
endomorphic electric
metamorphoses of literature
scriptures and pastures
let alone with one thousend dictators
masters and creators of the universes
