Where Fairies Play

The scented garden where I wait for you
I sit and watch the fairies come to play
And hear them sing their ancient songs of May
Beneath the pretty bells of velvet blue.
My ragged jeans are wet from early dew
The moistness cooling down the springtide ray
And like intoxicating fairy brew
I wait in wonder for the sight of you.
For love alone is blessed on this, our day
By fairy’s wand that casts a golden hue.
In this our garden I will always stay
Within your heart that gives my soul its cue
To say those words here, where the fairies play
In love my heart is yours, forever true.

I Miss Him

I miss him

07/16/11
"come fluttering words, come drifting words to me ...."

My heart is as hard as those steps of stone.
Now he has passed and I'm all alone.

Bent to smell the fragrance of the flowers.
Has turned my tears into rain showers.

Death creeped in and took him away.
My colors of love have turned to gray.

Our love,life that we've both shared.
With the hurt my heart should have
              been spared.
He has passed and left me here
and my thoughts will never be clear.

There is no truth to this poem it's pure fiction.

Myth

The dragon's breath upon my neck that wreaks of rotten flesh that lingers
From fear to courage i un-sheath my sword laden with jewels crafted by dwarvin fingers

The sound of magic from my sword the echoeing cave walls bend
as inflations in my lungs fill up with gusts of breathless wind

The feast of my flesh or the slaying of the dragon soon shall begin
The pounding of my heart and the will to survive shall overcome my fear within

The battle begins in a darken dungeon where light shines through the fire
Where skeleton upon skeleton many a knights have stood there and retired

To face an advesary so great delights in glory so desired
Many have stood before the flames their souls set on fire

With a vicious thrust from hand to heart the scaley skin is pierced
severed into several parts the dragons will is fierce

But alas the mighty foe has fallen giving his magic to the slayer
and soon the temple of the knight becomes the dragons layer

Nightmare

Eyes in the mist,
Sword clutched in my fist,
Its being full of hate,
As I lie in wait,
Low to the ground,
Listening for the sound,
The creature comes,
It must be done,
For it hates the light,
And is full of spite,
Moving with shadow,
For its heart is hallow,
From the left it strikes,
Teeth gnashing it bites,
My blade scores a blow,
My sword begins to glow,
With a howl it cries,
I thought that I had died,
The sword burning bright,
There is shelter in site,
To wait there for the night,
My heart pounding in fright,
Waiting for dawn to make it right.

Standing

For the light will die

 my heart will cry

for my reflection will be no more

 I'm standing on the shore

for your heart will be the cure

 our love will be forever more

 look at my face so happy so complete

our life's will be forever so sweet

but for now my heart stands so incomplete .

                                                                                       the

Lines That Are Not Meant To Be Crossed

No more lines,
The papers black,
the page is full,
so take yours back,
no more drama,
no more pain,
and though the lines,
erased in vain,
could not save,
her mortal soul,
her heart is now,
a big black hole,
consuming love,
and light alike,
her heart and soul,
shall always fight,
over her mind,
and body too,
don't let her heart,
capture you,
chase you down,
then wraped in chain,
you'll very slowly,
go insane,
the lines connect,
the web is strong,
your mind is weak,
and won't old long,
she wrapes you up,
in spider's silk,
as you grasp tight,
the dagger hilt,
the dagger is quick,
she now is dead,
the voices flow,
from your head,
the evil looks,
for some place new,
and you know,
its after you,
see it's course,
and run away,
out of dark,
be safe by day,
where water flows,
on dessert sand,
on common ground,
not common land,
they battle now,
for spirits sake,
and leave ashes,
in the wake,
the sun and moon,
now watch and wait.

Daytime

I never ever see them move
Except a lone bicycler cruise
Window shut shutters glued
I swear upon a heart so true
 Someone's Peeking out the window

People moving to and fro
To the market and back they go
From school with kids in tow
Mechanical garages mysteriously close
Someone's Peaking out the window

I see a bicycle upon a fence
A house closed with no offense
Nothing else happens then
Occasionally they come or go
Someone's Peaking out the window

Out of sight they walk around
And climb a fence without a sound
Or go in the back if its allowed
The lawn is often carefully mowed
Someone's Peaking out the window

Out of the corner of my eye
Cross my heart and hope to die
An image jumps, leaps and fly's
Destination quite unknown
Someone's peaking out the window,

No one would ever believe
They come and go without reprieve
Know no work or morality
When I garden on my knees
Someone's peaking out the window.

Very soon I pray to leave
No memories to forget or grieve
No friends or loves to hold or see
Forced to leave without ample means
Someone's peeking out the window.

Royal Wonder

Royal wonder
~~~~~~~~~~~
All bards in times of old
would vie to compose ballads
of her beauty and charm
and flowing tresses spun from gold
so tender and lovely
like the goddess Aphrodite
pure of beauty and love
sends my heart to the clouds
personification of grace
and gentle like the dove
a sweetness that sets her far above
all the other maidens near
a smile that sets my soul afire
my burning heart and reeling mind
consumed and awash in desire
no mere words could do justice
if I wrote from now to all time
there’s no way to express what I mean
but the light in her eyes
and the joy that it brings
makes me bow to this beautiful queen
By Candle Glow
Through the night by candle glow
I stitch, patch, glue and sew
With deftest hands I repair the parts
And give new life to broken hearts
Jars of stardust, moonbeams glows
Angels feathers and fragrant Rose
Rainbows colours abound my store
With bottles of love ready to pour
Some come filled full of sadness
Drain them off and fill with happiness
And those that are full of sorrow
Stuff with hope for a new tomorrow
Those that come lacking of care
Fill with kindness, that they may share
And the childs heart that searches love
I fill with prayers from the lord above
The heart of a lover broken in two
The smallest of stitches and ksses true
Fill it with honey and beautiful dreams
Caress it with love and sentient themes
And those of the old that come to my care
I fill them with peace and memories to share
Those that come angry and so full of hate
I wash and scrub them and say they must wait
My work is nearly done as I start to yawn
My time is short if to deliver by dawn
The beating heart I replace whilst asleep
A kiss for your heart and away I shall creep
Form of One
Eyes blazing with fire yet black as coal
Hair glistens from the capture of souls
Beads of moisture on her body hold
The hearts of Lovers who dared.
Naked in the cave we were there
as her dripping form appeared,
echoes of time in perfect unison,
we stood and knew we were one.
.
Her body firm and tan in health
Silken skin as Nature’s wealth
Eyes blazing…
Lips moist and inviting in…
”...come to me…”
She dares the sin…
Gaps of light shed redemption
Legs strong and defiant in perfection
A Sensual teases with salvation…
.
Dark coals blazing, long hair glistening
My heart racing but I’m not listening
Memorized by the flame in her eyes
My legs betray and I’m frozen in time
Deep within a mysterious cave I’ve
become enslaved…to her rhyme.
.
Before I knew we were face to face
Desire over sense my heart replaced
Drawn to touch what a mind has chased
Felt in a dream but never embraced
”...can this be real…?”
Temptation lures the body to heal…
.
Naked in the cave we were there
as her dripping form appeared
steam from the heat of her skin
Lips moist and inviting in
echoes of love in perfect unison
Sin as salvation in the Form of One.
A Child's Dream
He floats along in his porcelain tub
on an evening sea of gold
and the ruby eyed fish wink at the child
as he shivers alone in the cold
In his nightshirt of cotton
he baits his small hook
with a heart that he picks from a pail
and raises the bed sheet
he dragged from his room
to give his wee ship a red sail
and the dolphins do smile
as they watch the young lad
when he drops the heart in the deep
for he wants to catch a seahorse prince
to ride and gallop and leap
the lady of evening encircles the boat
and strokes the child's soft head
then lifts him right up and carries her charge
back to his warm trundle bed
and dreams of the night in the little blue boat
are tucked away in a drawer
as the angel of sweet dreams tip toes away
and silently closes the door...
Journey To the Sun
...for the Rev. Eric Shirvell-Price
Morning; the child awakes,
steps lightly 'cross the threshold
of the courtyard.
eyes of the castle
o'er the glen ablaze with sparkling
brilliance draw his gaze, and
peak his curiosity.
Suited for all-comers with sturdy
leggings for his Big Adventure,
he takes on the day, as brave as good
King Arthur on a mission for the Grail.
Striding forth, his heart is beating
like a drum as he tarries by the river
to bathe his feet in icy water, wolfing down
the victuals prepared by a Queen.
Trudging up the hillside harder than
the journey down, wearying now his steps
are measured. He needs to claim his dream
though his eyes now see dull sockets where
the shining should have been.
Depressed, he sits exhausted to weigh
the reason why. As he turns, hungry for home,
his heart is leaping, for basking in the radiance
of the slowly dying sunset is his own bright shining
castle, eyes glittering like burnished gold!
I Skimmed the Earth
I skimmed the earth.........
In a blur of speed
The flexed wing......
The heart to lead
For, flying is everything....
I skimmed the Earth
The feel of wind on my face
The flying place............
The feathered wing
Wings, aglow..............
Not far to go
I skimmed the earth
What I look for............
In my heart ,I know
To fly through......
The Earths' beauty
Wings perfectly true
The blur of it all
Such wings!
I cannot fall....
They cannot know.........
Why I fly so
I skimmed the Earth
My heart aglow
The whys..........
The what fors..........
Natures' laws
The heart flies..............
Just cause..........
Skimming the Earth..............
My true sense of worth
