Premium MemberWhen Does Reason Trump Extreme Adventure

What price adventure
When the risk outweighs the venture,
No dishonor not to start,
Merely you just being smart.

If compunction is the cause,
That adrenaline rush which draws,
Take a breath and think it through,
Is the only one affected - you?

Does bravery need be so foolhardy,
With reason as an afterthought and tardy,
When blind desire clearly trumps all thought,
For ego trips that can be simply bought.

Extreme tourism knows no other name,
Never quite the path to everlasting fame,
At best it gives a sudden winded rush,
At worst with Death itself you'll surely brush.

So many have regardless met such fate,
Gone far too soon before their fated date,
For every mountain peak or ocean deep,
Lie countless graves where mothers sadly weep.

Premium MemberSelfishness and Greediness

Egoism isn't a sin
But not encouraged
When selfishness goes with greediness
Goes without empathy and sympathy
He thinks only of himself
Upon his own benefits
When in happiness
He keeps all to himself
He is the only one to deserve
When in sufferings
He says he should not be
The only one to suffer
When people suffer
He has no feelings for them
He always yearn for more benefits
Than he deserves
Greediness is always standing by
In his heart
A narrow view of thinking indeed
He doesn't realise
The world is not only his
Not even his God

Premium MemberEgoism

I
must live,
must be strong,
must not give in,
for my ego is far too strong to die
and I shall not succumb to pain or fear.
Time to stand up
Time to live
Time for
I.

Egoism Is Not Leadership

Egoism is not leadership
Their leadership
Never water our seed
Instead it is the bad
Infection that destroys
Our hope
Their leadership is
Nothing but dictatorship
No wonder poverty
Remain everlasting
On the same land
They were born

Egoism is not leadership
Their leadership bleed
Sorrow
It create too many
Innocent poor on too
Many common street
It never provide
Except for brutality
Their leadership is so
Selfish
It so isolating
It so destructive
It so abusive
It not for our good
At all
No wonder Africa
Still bleed till today

Egoism is not leadership
Their leadership force's
A good boy to be bad
It turns the innocent minds
Of the youth to a thug life
It drives our girls to
Prostitute from an
Early age
It drives too many
Youth insane
To the extent of risking
There lifes on the sea
Of Italy
For greener pasture
Their leadership is only
But based on egoism
And is so sad cos
Egoism is not leadership

Why Don'T We Want What Wants Us

WHY DON'T WE WANT WHAT WANTS US?

The world is full of selfish people
Since we only need what we want
Forgetting what wants us
Different people, different personalities
Not only should we care about our feelings
Why not consider those who care
Who would do anything just to see us smile

Egoism has become a conscious action
No one will ever be perfect
Can we really get all we want?
Unfortunately, what we want never wants us
While we don't want what wants us

If there is time for change
Let's change place and switch lives
If change is the only constant thing
Why not change what wants you
to what you want?

A state of dilemma; arduous toil
Which to pick in the conflicting positions
What we want or what wants us?
If altruism still exists
Why not go for what wants you?
Since egoism is the order of the day
Why not go for what you want?

Egoism

By Paris Thulare

It grows at home
It Affects the other part of the family as whole
As dull as bread mould
They catch the Cold

Relationships start flooding
Friendships start drowning
As bacteria it multiplies
As a virus it perforates

Instead of helping
They start separating
Instead of cheering
They start starring

They try holding you back with negativity
So you could see the impossibility
They love to be in charge
When the stage is not theirs they change

When you spit it out
They start giving you false eyes
They create Barriers
They can't handle the truth

why do we let jealousy rule our souls
it has brought extinction to many hopes
it has wrapped trust with mud
now everything is falling apart

Egoism

My Nature is very co-operative,
But imitated and irritated sometimes,
When lost its shadow,
And burns without smoke,
When a day comes,
That has never changed.

But I always blamed,
It was bad time,
Or It was my bad luck,
I saw this morning, someone’s nasty face,
Or a black cat had crossed my way,
But I never observed my weaknesses.

My politeness becomes always negative,
When a person blames,
Why do you ask my name?
That’s my personal,
Where do I live?
Why do I share my business?

Everyone claims,
He is innocent and honest,
A killer always pretends,
Although he takes an oath of his God,
He never stands with faith,
A lawyer knows crime but justifies only gain.
.
What do you think?
Is Judge N’t known?
A criminal is standing in front,
He is poison in society,
But he delivers justice,
If system proves him guilty.

Who is unconscious in this world?
A teacher, a doctor or a preacher,
But everyone blames to a politician,
Who is only responsible that holds power?
Only for justification his representation,
Is such day will come?
When I shall justify,
Your cooperation is genuine.
