The hill was bare, the sky undone,
The veil was torn without a sound.
Red streaked the wood, the earth stood still,
And love hung quiet, pierced and crowned.
But dawn returned in linen white,
A folded cloth, an open stone.
No trumpet called, just wind and light,
And grace that walked the garden home.
Now light outlives the longest night,
And hope is etched in every sky.
The hands once bound now hold the stars
And mercy reigns, and cannot die.
With God’s presence all around me,
Yet His gift is missed.
Unknown by many who surround,
Their blindness fills my heart with sadness.
For disbelief clouds what is clear,
How could they fail to see?
His omnipresence, bright and pure,
Hidden in the shadow of doubt.
His grace, a gift they need to hold,
A light to guide, a love untold.
Yet in their hearts, an unseen flame,
Burns quietly, waiting to claim,
God’s gifts.
Roll off. Roll off this earth.
Find rolling off earth is really rebirth.
Spinning time; earth time leads to rebirth.
New spinning more new is a gift
just for you.
Spinning here and now
perhaps nothing is left.
Roll off. Roll off this earth.
Spinning time;rebirth.
Knowing time,earth,birth,gift.
Just for you.
Centuries and quarter-centuries matter not
when you are forever alive.
Roll off. Roll off. Rebirth.
Happy Easter, 2025!
Fear of damnation
may keep some
on the path of Straight
And Narrow...but only love
leads to Father’s door and
welcome --
the convict forced to obey
rules of confinement, spirit’s
attempt at Heart’s realignment
earth is a humane
prison – isolated, in a galaxy
of limitless, greater fascinating
mystery -- truth~ our behavior
manifests as distance --
we have confined
ourselves in immeasurable ways;
Divine Connection why Christ
preached Love (above all
else) – saw death as salvation,
Evil, as surface preservation
and Eternal Life of health and Joy
(Son Relationship)
only after the Soul’s
Transfiguring Resurrection!
Thank you Jesus for dying for our sins. We didn't deserve God's Grace and Mercy through Your Sacrifice.
The Jewel of Jesus: He radiates the Love and Light, Hope and Peace we all need.

Easter is a time of reflection
Easter is a time of blessings
Jesus died for our sins
Jesus, the Jewel, in Heaven's crown
God created us to have Free Will
God created us to Believe in something
God created us to have Infinite Possibilities
God created us to have Infinite Creativity
We are given so many Gifts
We have His Compassion and Grace
His Mercy and Love and Guidance
His Son, Jesus, who set free our Fates
For Mankind was on the wrong Path
We strayed into the Darkness of the Abyss
Our Sins against each other and God
Compounded over Time and Space
Jesus was sent down to save us
Jesus was sent to Light the Way
Jesus died for our sins
So that we could Live another Day

Chocolate is for me,
Color me beautiful.
Can dip fried bacon or,
Crunchy with lots of nuts.
Could live with pineapple,
Causing smiles everywhere.
Candy box is great gift.
Bright light pervades the tomb.
Wrappings neatly folded, laid aside.
Perfect Son of Man resuscitates;
Adorned in power and majesty.
Darkness of death irreversibly erased.
Salvation in Christ’s sanctified being.
Lamb - head-to-heels immaculate.
Brilliance of dayspring greets groom.
Perfume of heaven saturates atmosphere;
The Rose of Sharon satisfies.
Lambent Messiah cast off sin.
His eyes bear no pain,
Nor shade onrushing sun.
Intensity of love and majesty;
Zealous to embrace His victory.
How do I compare to you, God
What is the scent of my desire
that the golden globes you trod
that the grandeur of the celestial choir
to quicken yet the voids 'neath this sod
oblige your condescension into Hellfire
The strongest flour
The oil, the yeast
Combined in love
Before the feast
Salt
From Celtic shores afar
With waters warmed
The ideal spar
For microbes'
Fertive final frenzy
The rising feeds
Much foodstuff envy
More patience
As to final hours
The mixture blooms
While hope devours
The prospect of
Eternal life
Once oven baked
With heat and strife
To crusty beauty
Rich and soft
The father proud
To hold aloft
Before
Serrated sacrifice
To eager lips
From buttered knife
A gift from God
This golden leaven
Food for the soul
A slice of heaven
Spring sunshine as winter has now past
That tempestuous wild weather did not last
Pollen-covered daffodils do permeate the air with their fresh scent
What will the pious sacrifice for lent
The easter hunt did unanimously excite
A fine lamb roast with heartfelt the family they did invite
Rabbits were seen but scattered when approached in the field
Churchgoers took communion and for the priest they piously kneeled
A time of sorrow but laconic love engulfed in the lord’s presence
A celebratory time for their children, in their element and entitled essence
BARABBUS, like all of us, had a choice to
ACCEPT and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior.
RELATIONSHIP, not religion, is the key
ALL of us stand guilty before God
'BOWED' must be our hearts' position
'BENDED' must be our knees' posture
UNCONDITIONAL love has been given
SALVATION for all has been made available
"Easter is on the way. Cute and soft bunnies are what little kids are dreaming about." Quote By Poet
My best friend is my honey bunny,
oh how we love to eat a pot of honey.
On a bright day that is sunny,
we will laugh until we have a full tummy.
You are so fun and cute,
even when we eat our fresh fruit.
For Easter I will dress you in a suit,
then to church we will be en route.
Among the myriads of ways, please listen
to three more of the shouting voices of Easter.
At a communion table in Jerusalem with a towel
In the hands of the Master, Easter speaks HUMILITY
As Christ stoopes to wipe his disciples' feet.
Easter speaks LOVE AND PAIN simontaneously
As Jesus expresses the sorrow that fills his
Heart at the realization of Judas' upcoming
Betrayal,, demonstrating both emotions as
He calls him friend in the very act of betrayal.
As Christ hangs from a cruel cross, Easter
Speaks of FORGIVENESS AND PARDON.
From an empty tomb, Easter speaks of
ETERNAL HOPE AND LIFE as Jesus is
resurrected from death.
The springtime comes; cherry snow reigns,
No further cold nor ice remains.
O Sakura your beauty known,
In Sakura my love is shown.
when students ask about metaphors
and similes
i love it
but please stop identifying juxtaposition
i hand them a
dictionary
look it up yourself pal
i never had a classical education
and can't pronounce Persephone
and don't
believe anybody can
so just avoid that bit of the curriculum
avoid the greeks
give me the graphic novels unit or give me death
metaphors be with you
