It is easy to make. She made her cake from scratch but I use a box. She did white cake. My box mix has been white or yellow. Her white icing was home made. My white icing is can or box. Take a bag of coconut and cover the cake with it. If you do layers then add some coconut here. Nothing like the fresh sweetness of coconuts but for this I use a bag. It is easier/faster.
