The wheels fell off my thingamajig
as a thingy
came loose in the whachamacallit
or perhaps it was the doodad
on the wotsit
which was the cause to stall it
and it'll take a few odds 'n' sods
plus a new doodah
and some hoo-ha
to make the gizmo
or doohickey
go again so
not to take the mickey
but prep the whole whoop-de-do
to look like new
I'll probably plop
for purchasing the gubbins
or bits and bobs
in a thingamabob
shop
and possibly more
at a whatnot
store
I love the cold as I lay beneath my
feather doodah, or chill-out
in my warm down-filled wind cheater.
I love to run through fields of ice and snow
with steam expelling from my mouth
with every each puff and breath.
I love to sip the steamy warm soup
with the cup warming my frigid lips.
For everyday I stave off
the cold embrace of death,
threatening to engulf me.
If I stop trying
and my energy fails,
my warmth will succumb
To the call of the cold,
forever wanting me to relent
and give up.
For to stay alive,
I must burn the food I eat and digest,
bask in the sunshine, sit by the fire,
to keep warm against the chill,
forever sucking heat from me.
The shrill chill encompasses me
with the cold embrace of death.

Maybe not a wordsmith ,
But this ain't my myth!
It's 4 am ,
thoughts oscilating from savvy to dof,
very clear as it seems.
But, O you hear the walls fleer!
On envisaging the dwindling dreams of idem ,
Or off , counting the lamb and calf,
Maybe this is just an other dream.
But the walls are the only peer!
Ain't a wordsmith ,
Maybe this is all my myth!

Willy Wonka has gone on vacation
I’m taking over from him for a while
I’ve developed a couple of products
and I hope that they’ll make you smile!
I’ve created a range of ‘round-to-it’s
they are essential for jobs that need doing
Like the tap that’s been dripping for ever
(It might stop the old cow from mooing!)
Just stick a round-to-it doodah on tasks
that you’ve put off for so many years
then it’ll stop the old gal from nagging
and give relief from her bending your ears!
My ‘mummy minutes’ can last for a long time
so I’ve developed a phenomenal time piece
when your children are constantly pestering
my timepiece will bring much needed peace!
This watch extends the time they are waiting
glance at the dial and you’ll see all the data
then sit back and relax, have some me time
tell the kids you’ll attend to them later!

Hello, I need a doodah,
An idgy widgy thing
They come in orange, red or black
Tied up in yellow string
I don’t know if you sell them
I only hope you do
The other shops don’t have them
They haven’t got a clue
One place, they had some whatsits
But they’re not quite the same
I’m terribly forgetful
I just can’t recall their name
If you have something similar
Then that might do instead
The colour does not matter
As long as it’s not red
Ok it’s not a problem
If you haven’t got them in
But do you sell those thingys
They’re sort of long and thin.

Twisters unlike Supercala-fragilistic-expealidocious
Imagining dreams he was socialistically-unrealistic
Can you imagine an imaginary menagerie manager
Or try imagining managing an imaginary menagerie
Ev'rything can be satisfactch’ll for Zip-a-Dee-Doodah
Of course some make a hoo-hah over tiddly-boo-yah
Reggie’s chilly cheap chip shop sells Daryl a freak dip
Frightfully silly of her for, he flamboyantly let it rip
Her croaking Frog cost truly a princely sum of snobbery
Forgotten hopes, forlorn, besotted froglips of buffoonery
When the bleak breeze blights the bright blighted blossom
Betty beat a bit of butter to make a batter better awesome
Such a floozy to improperly expect a decent cup of coffee
I made it in a proper copper coffee pot, served with toffee
Later I saw Esau kissing Kate; at least me’ thinks I saw
The sorriest saw I saw was rustic on sawdust in Arkansas
