Jesus, Demon Dispatch

There once was a man who lived in the graves,
for many demons had made him their slaves.
But when Jesus he met
he would never forget
this complete stranger, willing to make waves.

When no longer the demons could torment
to a swine herd, they besought to be sent.
Jesus met their request;
human herd coalesced
all supplying their advice and dissent.

A Dispatch To Bus Drivers

All drivers of buses, you must be aware
of bicyclists who sometimes speed past
so quickly you don’t even know they are there.
Whatever you do, you must not drive fast.

Pedestrians sometimes come onto the street
when they ought not. It could mean tragedy.
Be careful so that your bus does not meet
with the body of someone you just didn’t

Good morning to all our school bus operators,
watch out for bikers, pedestrians and demonstrators;
the weather man is predicting rain, so watch the kids,
drive slower, and avoid quick stops, and sudden skids.

A reminder to watch out for kids on bikes.
We don’t want to run over the little tykes.
Slow down when they are nearing,
Cause they aren’t the best at steering.
Same goes for little ones near the bus.
Running over them would cause such a fuss.
