Depressions Cycle

The many thoughts wishing that I was dead.
Not able to tell which voice is mine.
Just get out of my head!
The many voices that intertwine.

I hate that you know me so well!
Attacking the faith, that's keeping me alive.
Those little whispers condemning me to hell.
Is my death the outcome for which you strive?

With me gone, you'll be gone too!
No longer able to spread your spite!
You didn't consider that did you, you fool!
And now to defeat you, I might!

The many thoughts wishing that I was dead.
Not able to tell which voice is mine.

Depressions

Depressions in the paper
all of ,are lined with ink
this liquid I do savior
love, purpose and time to think

Depressions in my fingers
made by the writing tool
memories do linger
learning without the learning school

Depressions in the back of my head
made by my sleepless night
everything I love is in this bed
praying to God I do things right

Depressions on the wall
where I missed the head of the nail
hoping this time the fixture won't fall
even after the fail

Where we've been and where we've went
where is sit ,depressions will fit

To tell what happened
the marks from before

To show whats no longer there
anymore...

Depressions Lover

Depression accepted me and has always been there by my side
Came to me when I was alone and scared in my life
We were basically lovers, wouldn't let each other go
Depression told me it loved me when it stared in my eyes

Depression had a hold of me for so long, I found comfort in its arms
I was able to smile even though it was causing me harm
We became friends and I found Joy in my pain
Dragged through the mud, but I loved being the Boy in the rain

It was the only thing that made me feel like I mattered
Even though it beat me down, it held together what was shattered
It made me act reckless and appear crazy
But I was thankful for the company it gave Me

I've been depressions lover, but I'm finally breaking free
Took me so long to realize it was breaking me
I was beat down and made to believe I couldn't survive without it
But here I am, finally trying to live a life without it

Depressions

The feeling,
an ache in the heart,
in the soul.
Drowning in front of everyone,
they can see you.
You try to speak but only cough,
cough up the tears that fall into your mouth.
You scream for help,
but your screams fall to deaf ears.
Help me!
HELP ME!
PLEASE!
Please.
I beg of you........
I need help......

Depressions Curse

Its a wave of black smoke that just covers me
so suddenly, and there it traps me, drowns me
I cant breathe, can barely believe that im still alive
because all I see now is my empty life
im so alone, my heart has no home
I withdraw, close my door
my friends and family I ignore
this depression has its collar round my throat
takes me where it wants me to go

never knowing when the wave will appear
and no matter how hard I try it never clears
it controls me, consumes me,
and defeated me, im not who I want to be
my biggest fear is those thoughts I use to have
the pain I use to feel, yet still seems so real
to think about what it would be like
to end it all, for a rope to take it all away
it scares me to think what if the next time I follow through
show all the signs, and count my last breath - one, two

ive been so close
ive held the rope
gripping my skin
my throat closes in
this depression it hunts me like an enemy
like a gun pointed at my head, its right in front of me
so many things in my life get me down
just want to be free, and drop the knife
free from the torture and the pain that's inside
does anybody care? can they see the tears ive cried

Depressions

Waking up with the demon digging your bowels
Imagining other marvels, your mind on a different level
Hit the streets with a system in discomfiture
Nose in the air as to flatter any future

People look around without seeing, eaten into by sins, remorse or even longing for a better being.
People got sores they can't heal, come across each other and can't feel.

I walk, ma mind away, and feel nothing
Nor the fresh air that I breathe, nor the fresh breezes from the beach,
I am digging a gap between my life and I, not even hearing the honking.

For I am dating with a siren
She’s sucking blood, killing my soul and drying my heart up
She extends my agony in silence

Depression is getting our life sucked up
Survival trauma,
Hatred, cost of living, pressure, consistency of need, incertitude, ignorance in all its bliss
Our life, a daily drama.......

Depressions Last Breath

Blood staining shimmers
flow out behind
crack in my heart
break out in mime

Crystalline echos
bells did toll tell
darkness has risen
slaughter reigns hell

Split as it soared
crashed into soul
memories been bleed
stories be told

Burning through temples
ripped out of tombs
shrine that was body
now lays in ruin

Silent pleas reaching
strummed out by ten
streaming in whispers
prayers to the wind

Nights rocking earth
shaking the lean
black dog is birthed
all this unseen

Dawn is closing
breaking with breath
grasping be heard
depression’s little death

Slowing down time
raking through flames
mirrored in lethargy
Sleep my soul claimed

Dark..in depressions grip
   on an unending nightmarish trip

Dark..as thoughts unsaid,
   in machinations dread

Dark...as the human soul
   as transgressions take their toll

Dark...as a solar eclipse
    in life's sudden apocalypse

Dark...as moonless night,
    without a bright guiding light

Dark...as the hour before dawn-
    how will hope be reborn
