- One must make some choices,
even if some may be scary - quote by poet
Charming ancient cobblestone streets
Buildings meticulously maintained
Haunted castles with
bloody myths and dramatic history
Pitiful g r o a n i n g in a g o d f o r s a k e n place
The ghosts date back
to when the castle was built in the late 13th century
Teasing ghosts lighting candles in the middle of the night
G h o s t l y shadows in the yellowed g o s s a m e r
Restless and g r i e f - s t r i c k e n with echoes of aged stories
that never quite fade until they are given a worthy g r a v e

if your builders are digging and they find a skull
do they keep digging?
do you call the coppers?
won’t that set your closing date back months?
My builder shut down the big machines this afternoon.
He waved me over.
I was afraid to find out why.
I hoped it was not a skull.

lately
i have been seeing you in a different light
honestly
you have become even more beautiful throughout the years
unexpectedly
you make me nervous like the very first view of you
actually
that is a good thing
i have not been showing you the attention that you deserve
i let my being a bashful introvert block the Blessing right under my nose
this routine that we have been stuck in needs a laxative with a sincere heartbeat
i know exactly where we can rekindle, revisit, and reignite
lately
i have been seeing you in a different light
honestly
you have become even more beautiful throughout the years
obviously
i have been dropping the ball in a freefall to a potential hell
needfully
we gots ta get it on again like that old song goes
please take my hand for a date back to our natural roots
i would love the honor of that smile that more than won me over
please accept these flowers as a token of my appreciation, gratitude, and love
from here, let's rework the art that was once so beautifully made

True friendships date back to ancient times
Caressing the deepest part of a man's soul sublime
Touching the innermost
The fabric of our consciousness
An unbreakable bond lasting till the end of time

So expressions of judges in court, people could not track!
M and M's owe the Military their early success,
With no sticky trigger finger and stowed with no mess!
Cast as Han Solo in Star Wars, he was the man,
But Burt Reynolds dropped out before filming began!
When a person having their portrait painted failed to show
The artist James Whistler painted his mother don't you know!
The name Atari was chosen to make us think if they can

Who would date a poet?
And have her name grow,
As a garden's eden history,
Have her lips comply with ink that smear'd,
Ears breed on a poultry of recitations,
A fun-fare of words abridge.
**
Maidens wish all to be,
Such from his gourd of honour shall you drink in perissos,
Such from his robe, and by all tongues,
Shall your name convert'd,
A new age of fame,on a beauty brick,
A spade a spade,
The new beauty queen!
**
Then minds might date back to Venus;
Beauty-borne of Dione,
And non to dare you to a contest,as Arachne,
But in Argo, you and me will thrust,
When our ears begin to drown by Arion's love song,
What more an odyssey do lasses crave!
**
And if by the phoenix of Astarte you wish,
Then thy trust is mine a pleasure,
Cook not a phobia of distrust,
Grab my hands as heartily,
For I am Apollo, god of these bleeding lines.

If I could change my past, I'd change the date
I wouldn't have been born in thirty eight
I would move that date back a hundred years
And be in Texas with all of my peers
I'd still know then what I have come to know
And I'd stay way clear of the Alamo
I'd work as a cowboy and save my pay
They didn't know 'bout oil back in the day
I'd use my savings to buy min'ral rights
Keep 'em under my pillow those dark nights
Then when they have figured out what they got
I'll show my pillow for the whole dang pot -
Then when I'm rich I'll think of Mary Lou
Who dumped me for "someone better than you!"
With the change of a hundred years or so
I'll find her great grandmother who's named Flo
And then I will court her for all it's worth
My old Mary Lou may not come to birth
To change my past, I say it with a twinge
Looks like I'd go for money and revenge

What a taste,what a taste these dates?
The fruit not from desert but heavens gates,
Old and date back from ancient the dates,
In rich taste the fruit a poor's mate,
The seed very hard like some hearts,
Sweet the flesh to refresh passing dust,
No one hates,sweet,small dates pure,
In size to size dates a healthy and cure!

The plants on my windowsill are dying
My cacti looks weak
Only my Aloe Vera plant clings to life
I must water it regularly or it too will die
Plants are our fellow living beings
ands should be treated kindly
According to the learned scientists
Our ancestors date back millions of years
by this they mean such beings as Ramapithecus and the like
Plants were around then too
Our friends the flora of this world
will be here as long a man exists
"Life lives at the expense of other life"

Dear, Spring!
It's May! It's Spring! Sweet aromatic perfumes
Waft upon the breeze, conveying lusty thoughts
Of passion! Timid birds tweet beguiling croons!
It's May! It's Spring! Love seethes the air yet uncaught.
O' May! O' Spring! What stirrings rise deep within--
Intoxicating flowers breating out sin!
Aloft my thoughts are ellipting out of pace!
But, May! Dear, Spring! My heart beckons for a taste.

*Note: May Day festivals were once a very lusty, sensual, and erotic cellebration! Origins date back to include times of pegan worship and practices...including the May Pole Dance...it was the celebration of Spring--love and lust... :)

I've got a head full of memories
and a heart that some called gold,
I've laid beside the beautiful,
been sheltered when I'm cold,
I've danced beside the devil,
another story don't you know!!
but there ain't no remedy, no drug,
for the pain of growing old.
I still got my levis they date back
to sixty two, they hang there in the closet,
alone and feeling blue,
I just popped up to tell them how good
they made me feel
but they just turned back and told me
they're my scar that just won't heal.
So a word of wisdom, each day
just reach for the moon,
cause I gotta say it,
it's over much to soon,
enjoy all it's pleasures,
enjoy!! it please won't you,
and there's a pair of old originals,
you never know they might fit you.
