With coriander cumin turmeric
basmati rice saffron and spice
onions chilli peppers
and all things nice
with chapati and chutney
a samosa or two
naan for starters
rogan josh vindaloo
not eye-watering
but tasty is best
tandoori tikka masala
korma's a meal with zest
chicken lamb chickpeas or lentils
a dinner for two you do not hurry
allow what you've got to simmer in the pot
if you want a winner curry

One Silly Tune

One silly tune was running up and down
It couldn’t find the exit from my head
I let it out when I went downtown
To buy some wine and cumin flavoured bread
The tune came back again, this time around
It sounded more complex to my ears
The sun and shades were playing on the ground
The same old pantomime they do for years
I went under the bridge, and watched the boats
Beside my table they were rolling to and fro
Until I recognized the same old notes
It seems that silly tune had found its home 
I leaned back on the bridge's stone cold wall
One silly gull just couldn’t stop complaining

I sat there, and of course, it started raining.

Olfactory poem

made my Drakes Breath chili for my friends ,
Hot peppers beef cumin veggies ,sauce and more,
Chili and beer ,the party never ends ,
One homie  stated. chili to hot  for sure.

( Cut off access after egg washing and filling)
3 egg and 1/4 cup of water egg wash


Center the pastry dough
Add procuttio 
Top with Swiss
Center egg

In a bowl
Cream the cheese , cream, butter
Add rest of ingredients mix smooth
Using a spatula or a piping bag
Cover the area around the egg
Top with mm Swiss and procuttio 
Use egg wash and add top layer
And using a fork seal the product
Trimming the edges
Bake until golden brown
Serve at room temperture

4 # of ground lamb
1 tablespoon of cumin

a halfed loaf of unsliced bread.
Use garlic spread and grill the

Huh, Miss

She slipped from among us
in search of good hummus,
like a whispery breeze

Whirled pestle like a dervish, 
a meter long wooden rod, 
in a mortar of clay.
 
Body swayed in rhythmic moves
as her feet anchored mortar.
Jingle of bangles added harmony.

Lunge of pestle into mortar 
pressed condiments to exude
and perfuse sauce with fragrance.

Oh! The aromatic bouquet, 
redolent of mother’s kitchen.  


Fingers measured blend of spices–
cloves, cumin, pepper, coriander, 
cinnamon and a glint of turmeric gold.
 
Her dawns began with cock’s crow.
She milked buffalo, churned yogurt 
and skimmed the spume of butter. 

Coaxed us into eating breakfast of Paratha, 
suffused with love, enough to last our
 two–mile walk and a day at school.

When we returned the house was clean,
floor was scrubbed and clothes hung on the line.
She heard our stories with love and attention.
